Perfectly located this hotel offers alot for the price- great concierge assistance, the front desk could not have been more helpful, morning breakfast was well done (pressed cloth napkins, fresh squeezed orange juice), the room itself was spacious, living area and separate bedroom, great closet, the bathroom beautifully appointed, contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is fairly new. I likes the locarion (roght near the Central bridge ). Ataff was friendly and had good recommendations. Only draw backs were there are at least a d9zen switches in every room. There were 6 to just control the 2 windows in our room (3 apiece) and we nevwr could figure out how to turn off the lights in the qindows.
The gym litwrally is three machines (treadmill, stair climbwr and bike).
Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

This is truly the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was absolutely incredible - we received a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon and my husband organized a surprise wine tour in the Tuscan region. The hotel worked directly with the taxi company to coordinate our travel. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable. Thank you to the front desk staff and the staff in the restaurant. You were fantastic and we will see you soon!

The hotel is next to the Ponte Vecchio and close to the Duomo and Uffizi gallery. It is in the ZTL area, so the hotel offers a parking garage for €20/day and registers the vehicle for the guests who drive here. The hotel is noisy due to the traffic. There is no way to turn off the AC so the fan keeps blowing cold air. We had to open the windows to let in the fresh air, but the cars driving by is very loud late into the night. We were on the 2nd floor, but the walls of the buildings trapped the noise and amplified it. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is standard affair. There are dining options nearby, and the hotel location is perfect.

Not sure who thinks clear glass and a view of the toilet and shower from the bed is something people want. They need to change this. Otherwise wonderful place to stay.

The location is perfect for walking to all major landmarks in Florence. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We never tried the breakfast nor used the spa services. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on the top floor and the inside of the hotel because the sound of the street gets a bit loud in the morning.

My wife and I stayed at this property for three nights following five nights in Rome. The hotel could not be better located and is one block from the entrance to the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. The staff, Tatianna in particular, were energetic, friendly and helpful at every encounter to ensure our stay was exceptional. The Executive Suite room we had was very well appointed as the hotel has gone through a recent renovation. Excellent air conditioning, large bathroom, very comfortable bed and small kitchenette added to the experience. The add-on breakfast was plenty for our needs. The breakfast area is small, but the buffet was more than enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Florence Location, Strange Smell

Great location in the heart of Florence, steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and close proximity to all of the main attractions! The staff is so kind and accommodating and was super helpful and responsive as soon as we booked our reservation from afar. Our main concern was that there was a pretty strong scent as soon as you enter the hotel lobby, and also in our room, reminiscing of wet dog. We ended up canceling the second half of the stay to move a bit further out of the city into Tuscany to get to a place with some less people, a beautiful view and a pool.

Simply the best

We stayed here for a small family wedding. The staff were so helpful and truly contributed to making the wedding and the trip an amazing experience for everyone. You will not find friendlier or more helpful staff anywhere in Europe. They took care of everything including complicated laundry tasks, shopping recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation. The spa was a relaxing treat after long days of travel and the rooms provided plenty of space to unwind. The location is close to everything while being away from the main tourist area. Wonderful chic hotel in a terrific area. The suite room was roomy, well appointed, clean & very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and made our stay extra special. Great area for shopping, sight seeing,

We absolutely loved the location! So close and walkable to everything we wanted to see, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge and plenty of great restaurants and wine bars but on a relatively quiet side street.

Staff were amazing and very friendly with each encounter. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. So conveniently located, very clean, spacious rooms and excellent staff. We enjoyed the hospitality - breakfast, happy hours & their helpfulness.

Didn’t get to experience the spa. However will definitely stay here again in future & highly recommend the hotel.

I selected this property for the location at first, but I was so impressed with the hospitality and how nice the accommodations were that I will definitely make this one of my regular choices for Florence. Loved staying at this hotel, decided to extend my stay by an extra day and will absolutely stay here whenever I return to Florence. The hotel is very conveniently located and kept in great condition. The place was very clean, the WiFi was super reliable and they also provide you with a cell phone to use during your stay at no additional cost. The staff also goes above and beyond to help with all of your needs. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay! We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Staff was extremely helpful with supporting us during our honeymoon providing cafes, dinner reservations, and navigating city. They even booked us a private driver to the country side with stops in Siena and San Gimignano, as well as made us lunch reservations at winery. We will definitely be back to Florence and stay here again!

The staff was great. Location perfect. AC not really cool even if you put it at minimum. The door in the bathroom is completly clear wich it make it very uncomfortable. From the bed you can see the toilet. No to much channels in the TV. No even one in English.
