A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you.

I had a really lovely stay at Victoria Park Lodge; my room was very clean and had all the conveniences you would expect in a hotel such as shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, comfortable bed etc. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble! The food for breakfast was delicious. The hotel is within ten minutes walk of Leamington town centre so it's very convenient and it was easy to park at the hotel. I would highly recommend this lovely, friendly hotel!!

Overall a good place to stay, ideally situated to explore Leamington Spa and Warwick and a short bus ride to Stratford Upon Avon, only £3 each way on the bus. The hotel is a little tired but clean and comfortable, breakfast is excellent with hot and cold options, staff are brilliant, would stay here again.

What a treat we had! We are so used to staying a larger places that we have no real expectation. But it was lovely and quaint. They had oat milk in the room aswell as decaf tea which I never see anywhere!
The breakfast was amazing, personalised to your choice. There was also a continental breakfast laid out to have on top of the hot brekkie. There was gut health yogurts and my fav Actimel aswell as the usual.

Main issue was the noise from the traffic on the main road and from people walking by as there is no double glazing and we were at the front of the house . No extraction fan or window in the small bathroom which led to a musty smell inside .

Breakfast service was slick, professional, very friendly. Great to hear the various options for a hot breakfast. The full English was delicious. I loved the char on the grilled tomatoes! Everything was done perfectly including the toast. Mum was offered an extra teabag for her teapot when I said she loves strong tea.
We were in Leamington Spa for a late night party. This B&B was perfectly located for that. We left thinking about planning a return to explore the town and surrounding areas knowing full well where we have no hesitation in staying again. And we will be recommending highly to family, friends and colleagues.

Everything was done perfectly including the toast. Mum was offered an extra teabag for her teapot when I said she loves strong tea.
We were in Leamington Spa for a late night party. This B&B was perfectly located for that. We left thinking about planning a return to explore the town and surrounding areas knowing full well where we have no hesitation in staying again. The staff were amazing at this family owned hotel. It’s close to the centre of Leamington and a nice walk into town. Breakfast was amazing every day and my single room was small but adequate. The attention of the management and staff to make sure your needs were met were really pleasing. My only gripe was that my bed had very squeaky bed springs and every turn was loud enough to wake me up! Other than that, highly recommended.
