one night stay was excellent in every way. Easy to find. Good parking space. extremely clean and well maintained accommodation. Our room was at the back of the building and was very quiet. The Air conditioner was brilliant since our stay was in the heatwave. The breakfast was cooked to order. Perhaps a menu to look at in advance would be helpful but that is not a big issue. Would highly recommend this place and would look to stay here again.

A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you.

I had a really lovely stay at Victoria Park Lodge; my room was very clean and had all the conveniences you would expect in a hotel such as shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, comfortable bed etc. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble! The food for breakfast was delicious. The hotel is within ten minutes walk of Leamington town centre so it's very convenient and it was easy to park at the hotel. I would highly recommend this lovely, friendly hotel!!

Overall a good place to stay, ideally situated to explore Leamington Spa and Warwick and a short bus ride to Stratford Upon Avon, only £3 each way on the bus. What a treat we had! We are so used to staying a larger places that we have no real expectation. But it was lovely and quaint. They had oat milk in the room aswell as decaf tea which I never see anywhere!
The breakfast was amazing, personalised to your choice. There was also a continental breakfast laid out to have on top of the hot brekkie. There was gut health yogurts and my fav Actimel aswell as the usual.

Our room was smaller than I imagined from the photos but adequate. Main issue was the noise from the traffic on the main road and from people walking by as there is no double glazing and we were at the front of the house . No extraction fan or window in the small bathroom which led to a musty smell inside .
