Really well equipped apartment. We looked at hostels and came across this places, as the hostels aren’t great in Hervey Bay. This place was a hidden gem, got a nice balcony, could catch up on washing and was a nice treat to watch some Netflix in bed. They also allowed storage for our bags when we went to K’gari island for two days. Highly recommend this place.

Comfortable bed. Old complex that they have endeavoured to present reasonably well but dirty door mats inside and out and unswept outside deck and nails banged into the kitchen cupboard door to hang tea towels when a nice white hook would look better, chipped crockery, let it down. Couldn’t leave any food on the kitchen bench as ants found it straight away. Good location.

Old and run down, the only reason I stayed there was because they are pet friendly. Would not stay there again. I paid 5 nights for $1350. Worth half that price. Was clean but that was about all. Could not use the garage as it was full of junk and furniture. The internet reception and wifi was really bad. The tv did not work due to the terrible wifi. No dish sponge. The kitchen power pints trigger the safety switch to turn off . The dog patio enclosure was doggie and run down. The whole experience was below average. The only positive it was quite.

What a gorgeous, comfortable room I stayed in! The bed was so comfortable, you could smell the clean sheets the moment I walked in the room. The armchairs were the most comfortable recliners and the TV was huge!!! The stovetop and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you! The water view was a nice bonus.

The older gentleman that showed us to our room was very nice & polite, although could not get fan to work.. Waa close to the function we were attending.. Only downside to our stay was the cranky lady cleaning the pool demanding that the outside light get switched off, even after I explained that the gentleman had switched it on & told us to leave it on as we were leaving for our function in daylight, he didn’t want us forgetting to switch it on for our return. .. The way she spoke was rather rude & abrupt.. Light was turned off for the 10 minutes before we left… no dramas…

We liked that the property was ground level, it was dog
friendly, which we were looking for.
close to the walking path and view of the water.
It had a private & quite feel. It suited our needs, which is what I look for when booking.

It was nothing like the photograph above. Too small. Bathroom vanity was only big enough for a toothbrush. Nowhere to put items in the bathroom. No Mirror. Floors were dirty. One chair. Booked for 2 nights only stayed one. You get what you pay for I guess.

Great location, walk across to beachfront. The Cabin is made of wood therefore if someone is walking upstairs we can hear quite well otherwise it is a perfect relaxing room. Love how the cabin is right infront of the Pool. Overall i would rate a very relaxing place for a holiday

No toilet paper at all was provided. Lucky we had some in the car. There were steps down to a garage that were right next to the fridge. My husband got up in the night to get a drink and fell down the steps and bruised his hip. In need of a gate at the top to prevent falls.

Loved staying here! We will be back!
The high ceilings in our upper floor room created a lovely spaciousness and room was light and airy. Loved the skylight in the bathroom!
The interior decorating was tasteful and our room had a kitchenette complete with toaster, frypan and saucepans, a stovetop and microwave.
The pool was lovely. The area was comparatively quiet with lovely views. Staff very friendly.
The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own milk, as not much is supplied.

It’s rundown and needs renovating! Everything is falling apart! The interior is dated. The window coverings are minimal and allow a lot of light into the bedrooms. The queen bed is uncomfortable. The linen was clean, kitchen has lots of cutlery, crockery etc in very old cupboards.

We, unfortunately, could smell cigarette smoke from other guests coming into our room. We had to close our sliding door, which we preferred open for fresh air, but couldn't because of the cigarette smell. Other than this the property was quite nice for the price.

We have stayed in many places in the bay over the years as we have family there
But I think we have found the best so far after our recent stay at Boat Harbiur Resort
The managers Michael and Amber are so friendly and accommodating , you can tell their number 0ne priority is making sure their guests are taken care of and they have an enjoyable Holliday . The grounds and gardens are very well kept and clean ( just beautiful)
We totally loved this place , it had a very relaxing feel to it . The Studiios ,villas and cabins have a lot of character to them with there outer wooden structures and each has a lovely private verandah , there are beautiful tropical gardens in between and surrounding each accomodation option
The room we stayed in was lovely - very clean and comfortable . It had a comfy bed , great shower , air con , good little kitchen with cooking utensils to cook your own meals if you wanted too ,and a nice little private verandah to sit and relax
The beach is right opposite if you want a swim , with some lovely shady parks to have a picnic or read a book , it’s also in walking distance to some lovely restaurants, the local club and the urangan fisheries which sells fresh seafood or throw a line in off the rock wall if you like fishing ( we caught a couple while we were there :)
There is a lovely pool and bbq area at the accomodation also , which we made good use of during our four day stay
If your after a quite , relaxing Holliday , this is the place

The managers Michael and Amber are so lovely at boat harbour resort , very friendly and accommodating, my partner loved chatting with Michael , there was a slight hiccup when we arrived and even though it was out of their control , they went above and behind to rectify it (, thank you so much Michael and Amber this is just another reason why we will choose your accommodation next time we are in the bay )
It’s a beautiful place to stay , very relaxing, private and quiet- The property has a lot of wood decor to its structure and surrounded by beautiful gardens full of birds , each unit or cabin has its own private verandah , so beautiful and such a relaxing feel to it , The bed comfy , very clean , great shower, air con , nice little kitchen - everything we needed for out 4 day stay
It’s right opposite the beach with some lovely parks and in walking distance to the marina wich has great restaurants , a club and different eateries
Also the urangan fisheries which sells great fresh seafood is about 5 minutes walk from the accomodation.and you can even throw a line in off the rock wall if you like fishing ( we caught a perch and a flathead 😊)
They also have a great bbq area and pool , which we took advantage of while we were there
I totally recommend this accommodation too anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Hervey Bay

Great location for a bit of peace! Close to a range of restaurants and Boat Harbour itself. Nice rooms, plenty of space. Very helpful and nice manager. Enjoyed our two night stay. One and only negative were the noisy people on the upper floor of our sons room.
