Awful hotel, bitter miserable staff, terrible location and amenities. Emailed to say would be arriving early by only 2 hours and leaving without even taking last night. No replies, and reception just laughed. I guess they wanted money for 2 lousy extra hours after a long trip. Disgusting all round.

The water in the shower changes temperatures randomly to the point where you can’t get in without getting burnt.
The pillows were old and uncomfortable just like the mattress.

For the price, very good stay, staff was courteous and the breakfast was okay...my only complaint is it would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room, maybe a refrigerator or a microwave, but like I said, for the price, pretty cool hotel, located near train station....Thank you

Located on the chocolate river

Interesting place. The location was very convenient. Our room overlooked the river but the windows were hard to see out of as there had been a sloppy paint job in the past. The river was laden with silt so it was tan. Close to the city park and lots of good restaurants and night life. The photos show a bar and we went for a drink one evening while waiting for our friends. They don't serve alcohol. The photos looked better than the reality. For the price paid it was acceptable.

The hotel was fine my reservation was cancelled upon arrival by someone else who had access to my phones, social medias, apps and e mails who's been following me around and using my brain function and activity for there simulations and personal lives without my permission or consent abusing me the cancellation wasn't done by me and the money wasn't refunded back into my account I only stayed 1 night there upon arrival and I paid separately because of the cancellation

Great location, excellent staff and spacious room but the room itself needs some upgrading, such as towel rack, some hooks to hang clothes on or clothing rack with hangers. Other than that, we had a great time.

This hotel was advertised as luxury four stars and not sure how can that be possible. 2-3 stars and it’s generous. Their coffee was instant, and orange juice was tang. The breakfast was not optional so you have accept what they give you which for me was chicken salad sandwich!! For breakfast. The room, I meant you can see the images…

Hotel with Old World charm. Across the river from Art museum and city park. 5 minute walk to Plaza de Armas and shopping. Hotel is connected to an Italian restaurant with a bar and good food that provides room service. (Carmines). Professional staff. Direct TV. Fast WiFi. A/C. Room prices are a great value compared to many places I have stayed...

The staff were friendly, kind, and service oriented. This is the only thing I found ok with this hotel.

The pictures of the rooms on the website do not represent the actual condition of the hotel. We were in a quad room that was overcrowded. The drapes were coming off the rails. Some windows look out into the an unkempt interior of the building. There were 3 separate toilets and showers in our room; however, one shower stall did not have a light fixture so it was not safe to use. The other one floods when used. The a/c was not working but they got it fixed. The phone does not work. We didn’t have enough towels and soaps; the bathrooms did not have bath mats and face and hand towels. The towels we were given were very old. They provided these items when we requested for them (the bath mats were torn at the seams. There were no hangers for clothes or racks in the bathroom to hang towels. There were no ledges in the shower on which to put one’s bathing supplies. The breakfast was not good. The sandwiches were made with loads of mayo with some shreds of tuna one day and some shreds of chicken the next. It was served with some slices of fruit and a small slice of cake. They provide instant coffee from a sachet. The location is indeed walking distance from interesting places but you’d be better off choosing one that is on the opposite side of the river. A short distance from this hotel is an area with a lot of homeless people, peddling goods on the street.

It is very good price for this 4 star hotel, staffs are helpful, nice breakfast included. but the trade off are: the room has no chair and table, no tap water(only hot one), and it is locate in gangs area, a little bit risky for senior tourist(heart attack)

Staff is nice, area has some places that are in a walking distance, the breakfast is small and basic so it’s worth skipping and going somewhere else. Bed was comfortable and heater worked well but the filter was so dirty that it bothered our eyes and nose until I cleaned it myself.

El chef in fue rápido , me gustó la habiatacion , estaba limpia , me encantó que hay suficiente agua caliente , la alberca estaba limpia , tiene aire acondicionado , fue tan placentero nuestro descanso que nos olvidamos levantarnos a desayunar , el personal de la noche un joven me dio buena orientación para salir a comprar , se los recomiendo queda cerca plaza de armas , cerro Santa Lucía , cerro san Cristóbal , museo de bellas artes

Henkilökunta oli parhaimmillaan, mutta minua häiritsi huoneen varustetaso ja toimivuus: ilmastointilaite oli koko ajan täydellä teholla (+17 astetta) eikä sen kaukosäädin toiminut. Ainoa keino oli irrottaa sen virtajohto pistokkeesta. Kaipasin huoneeseen jääkaappia, pyyhekoukkuja kylpyhuoneeseen sekä telinettä wc-paperille. Huoneesta puuttui juomalasit. Pieniä asioita joilla on asiakkaalle iso merkitys ja jotka on helppo korjata/muuttaa jos on halua se tehdä.

Principal observação: O café da manhã é MUITO simples. E os ovos são cobrados à parte, cerca de 4.000 pesos (R$ cerca de R$ 25,00 por UM OVO). ABSURDO!
O lençol de um dos quartos estava SUJO, MANCHADO de algo na cor de SANGUE, tivemos que pedir para trocar.

Alguns funcionários não são muito simpáticos. Atrasamos cerca de 20 min em um dos quartos o horário do checkout. A funcionária veio batendo com MUITA FORÇA na porta e gritando (em espanhol) que deveríamos desocupar IMEDIATAMENTE o quarto senão seria cobrado na recepção. Apesar de ser um direito deles cobrarem em caso de late check-out, não nos ofereceram o serviço ou simplesmente cobraram. Primeiro ela foi no quarto bater com MUITA FORÇA e GRITAR!

Não vale a pena, poderia ser muito melhor.

Foi bem ruim, não tinha internet, dos 3 recepcionistas que tivemos contato um foi mais ou menos os outros eram frios e indiferentes e as vezes grossos, equipamentos em mal estado de conservação, controles remotos sem funcionar um condicionador de ar que parecia ter sido achado no lixo, banheiro com um acabamento ruim e com um ralo muito pequeno que entupia o tempo todo, não tinha panos de piso para quando vc sai do banheiro e a pessoa ficava com o pé molhado, não tinha frigobar nos quartos, café da manhã é mediano, mas dependendo da pessoa vai achar bem fraquinho.

A hospedagem foi um pouco frustrante pelas condições do apartamento. Precisei mudar de quarto porque tinha vazamento do teto direto na cama. Mudamos de quarto mas tivemos banheiro alagando, chuveiro solto e cortina caiu. Mas a cama é confortável e o café da manhã é o suficiente para viver rsrs

Se o Hóspede gosta ele volta e divulga para outros

Chegamos cansados da viagem e no quarto não havia toalhas ,qdo solicitamos pois queriamos tomar um banho o recepcionista disse que o hotel estava lotado e as toalhas estavam secando, e não forneciam toalhas de rosto,quarto sem guarda roupas e nenhuma estrutura para receber hospedes de outros países, não faziam limpeza diaria nos quartos e trocas de toalhas e só trocaram a roupa de cama após 5 dias de estadia depois que solicitamos, houve caso de hospedes que ao chegar no quarto encontraram roupas de cama e toalhas sujas , quarto com mofo.
Banheiro sem porta papel higiênico e escova de vazo sanitário.
No banheiro não havia chuveiro apenas ducha de mão.
Não seguem as regras de acordo com a lei do consumidor.
Pessoas reclamando que na divulgação do estabelecimento e fotos não condiz com a realidade.

Had a three different 3-day periods at hotel, meanwhile I had excursions round Chile and then returned to Santiago.
Hotel location was perfect for me cause I do not need high standard conditions or room service.
Around hotel was lots of local restaurants to choose, easy to walk almost everywhere, local Cabify and Uber had an easy access to front door.
Personell at reception were fantastic, attendantive and glad.
Outsourced breakfast service and breakfast generally was a disappointment - ready “plate” on a table and “coffee buffet”. A bit groomy faces with a couple who run the place. Luckily great lunch restaurants were nearby.
Room was nice, just for my needs. You can also ask room on a higher floor or backside of the building ‘cause there is a busy street at the hotel.
Good bed, comfy lining and pillows. Helpful house keeping ladies.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a experiência que tive durante minha estadia no hotel. Desde o início, enfrentei problemas que impactaram negativamente a qualidade do serviço oferecido.

Primeiramente, o banheiro do quarto não estava devidamente limpo, o que causou bastante desconforto. Além disso, houve problemas graves relacionados à caldeira, fazendo com que o banho fosse uma experiência extremamente desagradável: a água oscilava de muito quente para muito fria em questão de segundos, tornando impossível relaxar ou tomar um banho adequado.

Para piorar, houve falta de água em determinado momento, e a solução oferecida foi que eu pegasse todas as minhas coisas e me dirigisse a um quarto longe do meu apenas para tomar banho. Isso nos obrigou a carregar diversos pertences até outro quarto, o que foi cansativo e inconveniente, especialmente considerando que o banheiro disponibilizado era pequeno e desconfortável.

Esperava uma solução mais eficiente e respeitosa diante desses problemas. Esse tipo de situação comprometeu a experiência da estadia e, honestamente, não correspondeu ao padrão mínimo de qualidade que se espera de um hotel.

Aguardo uma resposta sobre como o hotel pretende lidar com essa situação e evitar que outros hóspedes passem pelo mesmo transtorno.

Det var gångavstånd downtown. Hotellet har lite speciell inredning som säkert på sin tid ansågs cool. Nu känns den något daterad. Rummet saknade garderob och det fanns inga krokar att hänga upp kläder på. I badrummet saknades krokar för handdukar och det fanns inte utrymme att ställa ifrån sig toalettartiklar.
När jag kom fanns det inga handdukar på rummet.
Frukosten var ganska bra. Det som kallades apelsinjuice var närmast utspädd söt saft.
Sammantaget blir betyget medelmåttigt. Fördelen var att läger var ganska bra.

Cute “boutique” hotel with good location for city centre and helpful staff. But I had a problem with opening the door lock that seemed to have existed for some time. Also nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

Foi uma estadia tranquila! Porém precisa melhorar em alguns pontos como , ter frigobar nos quartos. O serviço da limpeza, tinha dia que não deixavam sabonetes as toalhas sujas dobrava como se estivessem limpas. O lençol da cama com sujidade demorava de trocar. E o café da manhã inicia muito tarde as 08hrs e sempre a mesma coisa. Mas o pessoal da recepção maravilhosos super atenciosos e agradáveis.

Chegamos às 3h da manhã no hotel. Chegamos cansados, depois de viajar um dia inteiro. O hotel ficava numa avenida bem perigosa, diferente do que constava no site. Dizia ser perto de pontos principais, mas era um lugar isolado, com um valão na frente. Entramos no quarto e a janela dava de cara com um gerador alto. Simplesmente não tinha vista. Era de cara com outros quartos e o barulho do gerador não parou a noite inteira. O quarto não esquentava e o banheiro estava sujo, com um maço de cabelo. Na parede tinha um buraco. O nosso chuveiro não esquentou e tivemos que tomar banho com a agua semi gelada. Não tinha água para tomar no hotel. Tentei cancelar na recepção a hospedagem e não dava. Tivemos que pegar outro lugar pra ficar e gastamos ainda mais. Foi uma experiência bem ruim, o lugar era assustador. As fotos são completamente diferentes. O quarto é minúsculo, e nas fotos parecia ser minimamente confortável. Tem uma cama que ocupa o quarto inteiro, o guarda-roupa era pequeno e não cabia praticamente nada. Sem contar na iluminação. Mesmo de dia, parecia de noite. Fomos embora às 11h da manhã. Ou seja, ficamos horas lá dentro só pra não sair de madrugada porque realmente a avenida era bem perigosa.
