I’ve stayed many times and I’ve always had a comfy clean stay . This last time , there were no little towels , room was very warm during the night . The AC wouldn’t get cold til it was down to 65, the first night the elevator was out and a big cockroach was in the RR . I think it was a bad time to book for me . Other than that staff is always great!

My husband and I have always chosen to stay here whenever we’re out of town because it’s been one of our favorite places. However, our experience last night was very disappointing. We had our baby with us, but the hallway and our room smelled strongly of weed. We politely asked the front desk to change our room, and the staff acknowledged the smell but told us to wait a couple of hours to see if it would go away before deciding what to do.

That response was very frustrating, especially since we had a baby with us. We ended up checking out that night and moving to another hotel. We truly hope management sees this and considers issuing a refund, as we didn’t pay to stay in a room that smelled like weed. It’s unfortunate, because we’ve always enjoyed staying here in the past.

We liked the cleanliness, staff, and service, but we weren’t a fan of the water pressure and temperature, amenities, or property conditions. It seemed like the owner was trying to cut costs everywhere. The water pressure was low, and the water was cold even when we turned it all the way to hot. The room had very low lighting, the soap and shampoo were not very good quality, and it seemed the AC was running at an improper level in the hallways made it smell like mold. We didn’t try the free breakfast, so we had no comments on that. We stayed at this hotel twice but we were so disappointed this time.

Hotel smells very strongly of mold. Room was dirty. Literally a dirty rag was left on floor in corner of bathroom. There was mold growing up side of wall. The shower faucet didn’t have any pressure. When I called the front desk. The woman Sharma, was Very rude telling me to turn and move the shower head around till it works. When I told her no, it doesn’t work. She told me to stop being rude. It’s not rude to ask for a new room, and let you know what was going on with this one. Breakfast was stopped an hour before it was supposed to be. Was told, it’s closed when I asked at 8am. Was supposed to be open till 9.

2. No bedding for the pullout couch, the mattress on the pullout was very thin, you could feel the bars through the \"mattress\", the sheets/comforter given for the pullout were very thin
3. They closed down breakfast almost 30 min before the reported end time. Didn't make any fresh breakfast items almost 45min before reported end time.
4. Only given enough towels for 1 person. Then has to return those towels before you were given another set.

Couldn't be happier with our stay! The entire staff was wonderful. Breakfast was as expected, when we checked in, they explained to us how breakfast worked. I see a lot of complaints about it only being waffles. Well, they tell you on the paper they give you at check in that Monday through Friday. It's just a standard cold breakfast, Saturday and Sunday are continental breakfast. Our room was cold. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave worked great. The pool was clean. The entire hotel was clean and my son and I had a wonderful two night stay.

Pictures are nothing like what you see in person. Literally walked into our room and walked out willingly to take a loss on the room because there was no way we would be sleeping there. Spoke to a representative and was refunded $100 from total stay. Wasn’t looking for a refund but just letting them know they need to update their pictures because it’s false advertisement. Smells, furniture was dirty. Couldn’t pay me to stay here. By far the biggest disappointment. Ended up booking a different hotel.

The first room they gave us was full of Mold on the ceiling and smelled bad. Dirty stains were everywhere on the carpet. Then we asked to change the room. The second room still had Mold on the ceiling and mold in the shower. The girl at the front desk doesn't seem happy when we ask for a room change. She told us that they don't have many rooms available to change, and the rooms with mold will be given to someone else after us. Stay away from this place. The hotel is old. From the outside, many missing tiles. Inside, the room was moldy and smelled bad. They know their room has mold, but they will let customers stay in the Moldy room anyway to make money. This is a serious health hazard violation.

I enjoyed that the room was cold and not humid. Aside from that, the whole hotel smelled dirty, the elevator seemed unstable and was out of order for an entire afternoon, the toilet paper in our room was not changed, we were only given 3 towels for four adults, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, and the breakfast was not good. Staff was kind.

They refused to give me house keeping services, I live there for 14 days! No house keeping, no change bed sheet, no clean towel for 14 days! They refused to give me clean towel, I have to wash them by myself.

I will report this to their headquarters. Service? No service at all, all staff are rude. Elevator broke for one week. Breakfast is very bad.

Receptionist, Sunny, is very pleasant, he listens attentively to questions, explained the reason of our downgrade clearly, and responds to essential requests with utmost courtesy. I would say he is one unique and significant good review to me and my family. I’ve stayed here before (several times) booked in my name and my partners name . This is the first time I’ve encountered a problem and it was not addressed . The shower would not work , it only dripped out and not like a regular shower . Nadina said “that’s how all the rooms are” no it is not bc I’ve stayed before and the shower was never that way. I asked to be moved to another room bc we needed to shower . She said it was not possible and it was full. It was not bc there were bookings online and ppl walking in to check in . My entire stay was not enjoyable and I was not able to clean , this visit gets 0/5

The room doesn't have enough light, the plug-in outlet for both side of the bed is not working, the sink water takes a long time for the hot water to come out, the curtain shower can't closed entirely to cover the shower tub, the safety safe is broken, the hanger only have two hanger and I can't hang enough for me and my husband clothes, the sofa looks dirty spot on it, and the bathroom tub is not clean with yellow stains.

This place has no business charging their rates at what they do. Ive stayed in motel 6s 10x more clean. The hotels locks all exits except the front door at night and late into the morning. You cant get out even with a keycard. They claim its because of the homeless in the area. I dont know what that has to do with me being able to leave through an exit.
The room was nasty. The couch looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Nasty stains and tears. Stay somewhere else.
