Comfortable and Practical

We stayed in the hotel for one night after a family reunion. The hotel served our needs well. Convenient location if you need an affordable place to stay in the Sharon region.
Breakfast was well made but the food selection is mediocre. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

This is an acceptable hotel which worked well for a business trip. The staff are helpful and there is access to a gym and pool. The business lounge closes at 5pm which wasn't helpful as that's the time I would have used it - during the day I was working outside the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained but slightly dated, and I had to unplug the fridge at night as it was so noisy! It's the only hotel in the area so likely I would stay there again.

Lobby is small has only front desk, stuff is nice and close to the 4 road. The big problem - the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We actually felt the springs of the mattress. They didn’t manage to help us with that as it was Pessach and the hotel was full. Also the room and shower doesn’t fit 4 stars hotel. Maybe 2 stars.

The hotel is not bad. Pluses: friendly front desk staff, free bikes and free access to Holmes Place.
Downside: the room is never cleaned. They change towels, barely straighten your bed and they don’t even bother in replacing or cleaning your used mugs and water glasses.

Luxury in Ra'ananna, Israel

There is one hotel in Ra'ananna, and it is worth the price. It is new and very put together. The clerk was very personable.

Room amenities included large bottle of water and one of wine, enough towels, and robes and slippers. Best for me was a LARGE shower.

Breakfast was excellent and not expensive for the buffet spread and choices.

Would stay here again.

The hotel has deteriorated since we last stayed there. The biggest issue we experienced was unfriendly & surly staff, starting with the check-in. There is obviously a training or employee relations issue in this hotel. Our room was in a poor state of repair - curtains would not close & toilet did not flush. Almost forgot- the Sabbath elevator broke down and we were forced to climb 11 flights of stairs.

This is another example of what can be a good hotel but is in Israel. We arrived at 11:30PM and ask two rooms, in one room 2 adults and one child, and the other room one adult. At the front desk, the hostess was more interested in the personal WhatsApp than provide us a room suitable for us. They give us a room for 3 people with only one bed. When I complained they say us that we didn't ask for an additional bed so was our fault.
Also in the restaurant for breakfast, all the staff weren't wearing face masks which is mandatory inside Israel.
I short another example of the employees without training in a country that lacks good service and customer satisfaction.

Don't book, because you will end up having no room

DON'T BOOK - the room isn't granted, even you have a confirmation!
Arrived at the Hotel, and including the fact i had my confirmation code, they told me no room available in the Hotel, and they don't have me in the system!
Took me ages to find a Hotel and i had to drive back to Tel Aviv. Asked at the Hotel if they at least taking care of the Taxi - of course NOT.
So if you want to stay on the street without a room - especially after a long flight go for this Hotel.

Caveat - I try to write informed, well-rounded reviews of great, mid-level and terrible hotel stays to be helpful. Usually they include good and bad, however there was very little good about this stay.

We were only there one night. It seemed fine overall and was clean (enough). there were two major problems - first, the bed was awful - we were there with a lot of people and may had a hard time sleeping. Secondly, and one that could have/should have been fixed asap, we had a huge blockage in a shower. My husband dealt with it during his shower then I asked for someone to come asap to fix it before I took mine, as we were getting ready for a wedding. They \"fixed\" it, I jumped in and Nope! blocked up with who knows what - gross. They should have just switched our room. the next morning, we went for breakfast, which I thought was included but it was not, and I had to fight for them to gve us a breakfast in exchange for the problems we had It was a buffet - should have been no need to even ask.

This is not in line with the Prima brand.

Don't care about there visitors

It was my second time there, after in the first time no one answered in the reception when the TV didn't work. This time the visit began with 20+ minutes of check-in without any reasonable reason. It continued when I found out the shower don't work as it should, and I had to hold the small head shower with my hand. When I did the check-out the morning after, and complained to the person in the reception about the shower, it didn't look he was bothered about that. I need to think twice if will go there to a third visit.
