Reuma is a very nice, available, and communicative host.

Cleaning is twice or thrice a week, which is great.

Location near the beach is great too, and the beach view and breeze from the balcony a big advantage.

Could not ask for more!

I felt like I hit the jackpot walking into this apartment. Gorgeous layout. Beautiful view from balcony and a bottle of wine welcome me to the luxury. The location is terrific, the security staff friendly, the pools just as advertised and the beach across the way incomparable. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed for a second time at a two-bedroom suite at Marine Heights, having enjoyed our trip earlier this year. The beach is very close and there is a nice balcony. The property is relatively well equipped though note that extra items such as hair drier and iron have to be specifically requested in advance. Daily cleaning is welcome and well done. We hope to return

Loved the location! Loved the flat itself, was very convenient and had everything we needed.
Only things that weren't great was the TV that only had Netflix working even though was supposed to have normal channels. The other thing was the main bathroom that needed some updating. But we will come again as the price was definitely worth the location and the property.

Not a hotel at all

You cant possibly call this a hotel.
Its a group of \"serviced\" mini-apartments with zero (and I really mean zero) common hotel area.
It has all the disadvantages of an apartment building ( i.e. no one to help luggage or provide any service) and the disdavantages of being an hotel overseen by security guard, where neither he nor the manager lift a hand to even carry a bag or push a pram to the lift.
Don't order an extra pillow else they will send security to inspect the number of people in the room.... babysitters count for guests.

The bathroom is miniscule and basic at best.
The guest toilet is so small you can barely get in if you wish to close the toilet.

The cleaning staff are friendly and helpful.

Very Well located apartment on beach front

Apartment was very well located (just by Dan Acadia) with a beachfront location (just cross the road).

We had daily cleaning (except Saturdays), with towels provided for the room and the pool as well as our own allocated parking spot (but getting in was a bit tricky).

Only downside is that the toilets and the bath/shower are very small rooms.

Very nice and comfty place right next to the beach

I guess everything was OK just these little frustrating touches e.g. when we arrived thinking from the hotel description that indeed it is a sort of hotel well... it isn't. At the reception nobody asked for my id and I wasn't asked for any deposit (not sure where hotels.com had info about that from). Actually the reception staff was surprised with our arrival and took them quite a while to gather the info about our booking. While that was very worrying they were all nice and very apologetic about it. I asked when the check out time was, the reception staff asked the gentlemen sitting in tve back office and came back saying it's before 12:00. Today at 10:55 I got a call asking why I'm still in the apartment when the checknout time is 11:00. When I said that I had been told it's at 12:00 I heard that OK, he will believe me that it's what I had been told. Well... small things but frustrating and can change a very positive view of the accomodation provider.

Great service! beautiful and spacious suite!

Amazing location with ocean view. Beautiful suite ! We got free upgrade to a bigger suite and as courtesy a bottle of wine to our room just cause we got our room only minutes late ...:) loved the place and the service!!!

The only two positives are the location (right next to the besch) and it’s on a quite street.
BUT, it’s an old place, not well Keped, the shower are VERY thiny, the place was dirty and with very little amenities.
It screams Cheap cheap cheap.

Outstanding value near the beach

Excellent apartment on 2 levels. Very spacious living room. Reasonably sized and appointed kitchen. Decent size bedroom. Small balcony. 2 bathrooms, both VERY small. Cable TV + WiFi (the latter was really fast).

Pool available but closed for the winter season (well, Israeli winter - we happily bathed in the sea)

5 mins walk to the beach; 15 mins walk to a big mall with shops and restaurants.

On-site restaurant is also available. Free secure parking on-site.

Definitely recommended for location, value-for-money, and service.

Would recommend!!!

This hotel is great for families with kids (not too young as there are stairs in the living room and going up to the top bedroom). It fits 6 comfortably.
The location is practically on the beach with many beach restaurants, the Hertzlia Marina and a mall (with a supermarket) minutes away. The biggest perk is the Italian restaurant in the same building.
The air conditioning was great and made the whole difference between the scorching heat outside and the cool room inside.
The pool is really small and should be considered if you have small kids/ don't like the sand/ too many jellyfish in the sea.
All in all I'd recommend it.

This was a great choice for my family of 5-we took two rooms. Although it doesn't have grand services like hotels, it is a great deal for it's excellent location near the beach & restaurants-perfect for us! and a much more manageable price!

The building itself is in a poor condition, however the rooms are great! very comfortable, big and very clean. We had an ocean view and it took us 3 min walk to get to the beach. The hotel manager was very nice and allowed us to do an earlier check in. worth the price will come back

Stunning beachview apartment

I really couldn't be happier with our stay. Tsipi, the manager was so friendly and helpful. All of the staff I met was equally helpful and kind. Our room was stunning. We had transferred from a nightmare apartment and I was just hoping for a decent end to our vacation but instead we got a beautiful little paradise.

Great accommodations and location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Marine Heights Suites. The location is great -- right across the street from the beach! The balcony for the room had a lovely table and chairs where we had breakfast in the morning overlooking the beach/sea.

We only spent one night there, originally booking a 1 bdr suite with a sofabed, since we were coming with my mother. We originally looked for 2 separate hotel rooms, but the ability to have 3 people in a suite for less than what we would have paid for two rooms at a 3-star hotel was great. And when I sent them several questions about their facilities--specifically regarding accessibility for my mom--they upgraded us to a full 2-bdr suite, which was really lovely.

As other reviewers have noted, this is an apartment hotel, not a full-blown hotel. So you won't get the same amenities/services as you will at a full hotel. That being said, the price and location made this place really reasonable. Also, the bathrooms are very small -- but the pressure in the showers is fantastic.

Tzipi and Yuval were both very friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides parking for its guests as well as a complimentary bottle of water and wine.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to people.

Great apartment on the coast.

This is a beautiful apartment complex, not really a hotel, although there is maid service. The apartment was well furnished, with kitchen including dishwasher and laundry facilities.Our apartment was on two levels, a living room and kitchen downstairs and bedroom upstairs. It is across the road from the beach, and close proximity to restaurants. Tsippi who manages the property is wonderful. I had problems with a rented car, and she handled the contacts with Budget and made sure the service was well done. The apartment was very clean. The only negative aspects is the size of the toilet-bathrooms, rather on the small side, although there are two of them. We were in apartment 110 which has a view of the sea, facing North., and was in great condition.

The location is right on the money. It's right across the street from the beach! We were able to take morning strolls on the beach, which is so nice and clean. The best beach in Israel, in my opinion. The hotel room was a nice size for three adults and two children. The room was a bit dated but it suited our needs all in all. My only frustration is the pool hours. It's peak of summer and the pool closes at 6 per 6:30 I think. There is still at least two in a half to three hours of good sun light left. We didn't get to use the pool because of this. We checked in late in the afternoon and only stayed one night. The hotel manager was kind enough to give us a late checkout to try to make up for some of the lost time. We choose to spend that extra time at the beach, which was worth it.

I would boycott this place.

We were very disappointed. We stayed here last summer and while we knew that this not a full-service hotel, we were still appalled at how much the building, service, and condition of the room had deteriorated even in just one year. No hotel staff available for much of the time were were there, just a building security guard. Room was not clean, and management was indifferent, blaming the owners. There are so many better options in the area, and for a MUCH better price.

Perfect place to 'crash out'

We were three adults in a one bedroom apartment - an extra bed was put up in the living area downstairs - there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the luxury of having our own living room and small kitchen area where we could store food and drink in the large fridge. Great location - entrance to the beach just over the road opposite the hotel . Only 10 minutes walk along the front to the Arena Mall with its shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel also has a small pool. We had a great break.

Good base for Holiday in Herzliya,

Hotel offers good accommodation, even the double room I was offered had two shower and WCs and an extra bed-settee. Breakfast was taken in the Dan Accadia hotel which is legendary even as Israeli breakfasts go. This hotel is a two minute walk across the car park from Marine Heights.
The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful, even arranging my online flight check in for me.
Highly recommend the whole experience and would definitely stay there again.

We only spent one night at this great hotel/apartment building. Centrally located in Herzlya across the street from a gorgeous beach. our room was a duplex and was absolutely beautiful. 1.5 baths and all modern decor and construction, full kitchen, balcony. My daughter asked me how much I thought this apartment would cost if it was in New York City and I told her about $15,000 per month. I highly recommend this location. Oh and the property wqas run by Tzipi was was very sweet and cooperative. She even lent me 300 sheckels to pay for our cab from Jerusalem because I couldn't find a cash machine. Now that is what I call service.

Marine Heights - Superb

We stayed at Marine Heights for a family wedding and on arrival we were greeted by the concierge who was extremely helpful. The apartment was spotless with stunning views, modern and airy.
A special mention must go to Tsipi Laor who showed us around our apartment and went through how the tv,air con etc worked. Nothing was too much trouble for her and on departure she was so helpful and organised transport to the airport. She was extremely professional and made our stay trouble free. Will definitely be returning.

where by you come and go as you please. a perfect place for a good night's sleep with the action and the \"noise\" at the 5 star hotels along the strip
A most pleasant surprise was that the breakfast we served at the 5 star Dan Acadia Hotel
5 star meal for 2 1/2 star price tag can't beat that

Close to the beach, but somewhat run-down

There are good news and bad news about this place. For each good news, there is a bad one to balance it out. Would we go there again? Probably yes, since we now know what to expect.
Good news/bad news combos:
Apartment building is close to the beach, but the walkway to the beach is dirty and by some 'shady' looking shops.
There is a swimming pool on premises, but there is no water in it.
There is a nice kitchen in the apartment, but no grocery store nearby to buy groceries and use it. Since we didn't have a car, it was no use for us.
Here is more: there is no shower, wardrobe or even shelves downstairs, all of it is upstairs, in the master bedroom. Out of two building elevators, only one was working all five days we were there. And in general, the whole building has an abandoned feeling about it.
On a positive note, nearby hotel Dan Accadia has a beautiful pool and breakfast to which tenants of Marine Heights have an access.

The location was perfect-right on the beach!

This is not a hotel. It is a coop apartment bldg with one floor of rental apartments. No restaurant or bar, small lobby, just a couch and chair, Several great places for food nearby. Felt very safe,guard on duty 24/7.
Each rental is a small duplex with living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and loft bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi in room works well.
We arrived late and there was only a guard to greet us. We had to wait 10 minutes for the reservation person to return.
Everyone very nice, helpful and friendly.

Disappointing, no pool and no hotel services

The apartment itself was adequate and quite comfortable, about 3 star standard, but very disappointing for the price and apparent star rating. The so-called ApartHotel was non-existent - no facilities at all, apart from room cleaning which was fine, but no option to have breakfast, despite it being an (expensive) option on the 'hotel'information and prices through Hotels.com, and the pool was empty and so unavailable during our stay, due to 'problems with the pool'. Apartment guests were offered a letter to permit access to the hotel pool across the road, which was very nice, but denied by hotel staff at busy periods, ie the weekend, so of only limited value. I suggest those offering accommodation for rental there check out that what they say they are offering is actually available to potential customers.

1. The room is really cynically designed. The badroom part doesn't have any space to move and no furnitures to put the closes on. The bed have 2 mattrasses with a big gap in the middle. If you leave the closet doors open you can't move around the bad.2. The bedroom shower fill the bathroom with water and you have to use all the stack of towels to wipe it out. 3. In the half bathroom you can't sit straight since the sink force you to sit in a twisted mode. 4. The parking lot is so small and nerrow that you need a very good driver to get in and out of it.

Seasonal swimming pool - the pool could be closed

We booked this flat only because it offered the use of a swimming pool. When we arrived we were told that the swimming pool was already closed because it was out of season. At the time of confirmation of our booking we were not made aware that in October when the temperatures are still high the pool would be closed. All the surrounding hotels and the block of flats across the road had their swimming pool still fully functional. We asked The management to organise the entry to one of the hotel's swimming pool but they were unwilling to do anything for us! We believe that the pool was closed in order to save money because the apartment hotel was half empty.

Super-nice suites

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Upon arrival we ware told our room was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. The size was no problem as we are only 2 people, but it had a better sea-view and we loved it. The room is very nice, with cable-TV in each room. a full size refrigerator and the most-comfortable-sofa-in-the-world in the living room. (we crashed on it for hours). As it is part of an apartment building the lobby is not your typical hotel lobby, but the check-in was very quick and easy. We also got a free late check out and had a few more hours to crash on the sofa :). We paid for breakfast, and we did get one, and it was very nice, but don't expect your typical hotel buffet or anything like it. It's a voucher for \"Cafa-Cafe\" (a restaurant chain in Israel) located in the building. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. We wouldn't take it again... You can find nice places to get a nice breakfast around. We had a gift delivered to our room, sent from Taiwan, and it arrived on time and in one piece. The one-person staff was very nice and kind. It's a nice \"hotel\" and a nice experience.

An ideal place for rest and romantic night close to the Marina. I appreciated the design and the quality of the suites furniture. Late check-out (12:00) enables to take all your time and enjoy a coffee cup (available in the kitchen) while seeking at the sea shore from the room...

Beach-front or business trip Hertzliiya Pituach

I was looking for a basic, safe, and reasonably low-cost place to stay that was walking distance from the offices I was to visit for a business trip. I think actually this was not cheap, but Expedia packaging hugely reduced my airfare, so it seemed cheap!

The place is a three room apartment, not a hotel. Front desk folks were strictly one at a time, some were a bit reticent to talk to me, but the majority were _really_ helpful, spending ages explaining to me how the local transport system worked, how to find entertainment,a nd more. (I had learned a bit of Hebrew, but could not possibly make an effective web search for say \"karaoke bar\" since I couldn't even write the characters on my keyboard, never mind know what to write, or even less, understand the results!)

The cleaning staff was helpful, kind, and did her best to stay out of my way no matter what.

The place was right on the beach; that wasn't my priority, but it might be for others, and that was really nice, it also had a small balcony that two could sit on with a tolerable view of the sea and enough space for one to do a little secluded sunbathing without the sand of the beach itself.

Don't stay here if you want the services of a hotel, since it's not a hotel, but if you want to explore, are willing to eat out, or want to cook for yourself (which I did--there's a decent supermarket in the \"Arena Mall\" which is perhaps 1/4~1/2 kilometer walk away and has lots of fresh veggies and everything else) then its great.

Will stay there again.

This apartment was beautiful and included all the necessary amenities of a home. I would recommend it to anyone. Very clean. Understanding management. Friendly staff.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach/boardwalk and a great outdoor bar called Yam Bar. Also, walking distance to the marina which has a great shopping centre and restaurants of all varieties.

Marine Heights- a good bet in an expensive area

Have stayed in this area many times and thought we would give this a try as it was a bit more affordable. This is not a hotel but a block of appts. with some let out for holidays. Overall we were very satisfied having stayed in February in the worst weather imaginable-howling gales and driving rain! The appt. was spacious and clean and well equipped. Bathroom was very small and cramped and seemed unfinished with bare plaster above the tiles. The welcome at the desk was polite but little information was given and neither was there any information in the appt about the facilities, fire procedures, cleaning etc etc. This would have been useful as we did not realise the room was not cleaned or changed on a Saturday and we had no idea how to get some heating on in the appt as it was so cold. We had pre paid for breakfast in Cafe Cafe which overall was ok but rather repetitive. Probably best to explore the area but we were just glad we did not have to walk anywhere every day due to the bad weather. We would stay again but hopefully in some better weather!

Avoid from this hotel for short term visit

Firstly the enterance of the hotel seems like more than 50 years old.You don't a lot of chance to eat at breakfast while the hotel doesn't have restorant There is a cafe is called \"cafe cafe\"
You have to choose your breakfast from the menu.If you love to stay at apartment with kitchen this hotel may fit but If you are going to stay for your business trip or short time holiday avoid from this hotel

I chose this hotel because it was in the area in which I wanted to stay, Herzliya Pituach, and was one of the best priced in the area. Also because I was travelling alone this time I thought that a self catering appartment would be ideal.
I was really surprised & pleased to see that the hotel and my appartment were as good, if not better, than the photos showed - it's usually the other way around!! The hotel is much bigger than it appeared in the external photo & the appartments have apparently been recently renovated & had everything needed. The duplex design is very clever & the decoration tasteful.
The hotel staff were lovely - unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful
There were a couple of problems when a thunderstorm knocked out the wireless broadband & there was part of a day without water due to a burst pipe outside, but they were of the 'these things happen' sort!
All in all I was very impressed & would definitely use this hotel again.

Maine Heights Herzliya

Marine Heights conveniently located across from the beautiful beach provides a comfortable,tasteful and peaceful respite. The rooms are modernly furnished with taste and flare. There is a spacious balcony and self catering facilities. I recommend you request the rooms with full ocean view to make the most of your stay. We stayed in a duplex with two rooms and a living room with my in laws and felt very comfortable and felt the price was extremely reasonable for the deal we got.
Nearby are all facilities of the Dan Accadia, the gorgeous Marina with exculsive stores and resturaunts and of course the beach! A perfect destination for those who are beach lovers and want to relax as well as experience a chilled ambience.

Marine Suites Herzliya

This apart'hotel is situated just steps away from the superb beach at Herzliya Pituach near Tel Aviv. The beach has a promenade lined with many inviting bars and restaurants where you can sip your cocktails while watching the sun set over the warm Mediterranean. The room was very comfortable and the duplex style made it feel very spacious. All the staff were extremely pleasant , helpful and hospitable.

Déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel qui n’en est pas vraiment un (pas de réception, pas de restaurant, etc...), accès parking compliqué on doit à chaque fois appeler pour ouvrir la barrière. L’immeuble est vieillot même si les chambres sont spacieuses et plutôt bien équipées. Globalement décevant compte tenu du prix.
