The laundry was in the carpark and bed sheets and towels were drying up against dirty walls and amid cars and exhaust fumes. I didn’t want to get into my bed that night or use the towels after my shower.

I have booked a room for 2 brcause i had a training on 6 am and the hotel is near and i needed a good night sleep.
I didn't get that,haven't slept for a minute.
The room next to us were drunk teenagers,that partirf all night.
The entire floor smelled of smoke,police were cslled by the hitel and did nothing.
The hotel didn't offrt any compensation,not even a free breakfast,nada.
The room with the drunks stayed after we left,so the hotel didnt even kicked them out.
Also,because of the war there are many people there that were evacuated from yheir homes,older folks,they all complained as well.
A hotel that cant dral with drunk visitors that disturb everybody else is not one that i will visit again.
And about my training? Had to delay it ,too tired and cant make it.

The hotel overall is good. Spa area, swimming pool and saunas maintained well and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel location is right across the construction cite , so it’s noisy. The most horrible part of my stay was that my hairdryer exploded in my arms. There was small fire , plastic smell and hot particles of plastic wend to my face. The hotel staff arrived to my room within 5 min and changed the hairdryer. They said that everything is ok now. No one asked about my condition.

Poor facilities for business travellers. Business lounge not accessible to bookings through this website (despite being advertised), and only open for a few, daytime, hours each day.

Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly staff, great facilities and good food.
Unfortunately there is some local building work close to the hotel for a new metro line which caused some disturbance during the night - obviously this is beyond the hotel's control, and the NXY itself was excellent.

Modern hotel in a convenient spot in business area of Herzilya but also only a 15 min walk to the beach and marina. It was a good base for us close to local restaurants which weren't as touristy as the ones in the beach area. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there were a few local options walking distance away. Overall the hotel staff were helpfull, however they do need to improve the housekeeping. We felt that the room cleanliness could be improved. The spa facilities, pool and gym were an added bonus, but again the cleanliness of poolside loungers can general tidiness could be improved

Overall my husband and i enjoyed our stay. The area was great, near the beach and many restaurants. We felt safe walking around. The staff were nice. Only thing was that the sheets were stiff. The sofa bed was dusty and the shower was not cleaned properly. There was soap scum on the walls and the floors were concerning and so we wore shower slippers when showering.

The hotel is new and very stylish. However, no room has any view- other than an awful loading area. The room is large and cosy, bathroom is excellent. Met Staff that was nice and cared, but there were also receptionist that simply said helping me to find Covid testing place, or taxi. That is disappointing in a $200 per night hotel, so should be concerning for the management.

I had a two nights stay in the hotel, I'm local so it's a stay to just clear the head not as a tourist. The location is decent, it's close to the Arena, and to done restaurants around. But it isn't by the beach or has some nice view of the city. Less traffic is found in this area. But i would consider the location as a tourist if it fits my needs.

Great hotel, very clean and comfort room, good breakfest, very nice spa. The hotel is in the center of herzeliya, near by everything you need. Tha parking is with money but you can pay just 45₪ in the hotel, witxh gives you free in & out all the time. I defenetly will come again

On the whole it was very good. A few things need to be looked at though 1/ no menu in English. 2/ very, very limited menu 3/ Room service is available but no menu in the room, in order to order room service the menu is read to you over the phone or you have to come down to the bar to order; a bit pointless if you're looking for Room Service. 4/ the only person who ever answered the phone when calling from the room was the Front Desk, no answer on Concierge and no answer from Room Service, either the telephone service is not working properly or there's noone to answer the phone.
Breakfast was excellent, except for hot beverages you have to wait in line, so by the time you get your hot beverage your hot breakfast is cold or the other way round. Also, waiters should not remove personal items from the table when cleaning, I left my hot breakfast to wait in line for my tea and returned to my table and found my table completely cleared including my brand new magazine i had bought and brand new mask which i had just pulled out of my bag and of course my breakfast was gone, I wasn't happy.
All employees of the hotel were very helpful and very polite.

This hotel is perfect for a couple's getaway. The room is very nice. The hotel has a very sexy atmosphere. The spa facilities and the pool were great. The breakfast was amazing. We spent one night in the hotel and wished we had more time.

Old hotel not comfortable. The bathroom not allows to close the shower door. Some design problem! No kids shows on tv. The door lock didn’t worked at the beginning, was necessary to call for technician. And it took a while.

This property was amazing. Very luxurious. Unfortunately for me, it was my last night in Tel Aviv so I did not get to take advantage of all the property had to offer. My only negative comment is in regards to the smell of the duvet cover in the room. I had requested a non-smoking room, and it appeared that I was checked into a non-smoking room. But the duvet cover smelled like cigarette smoke and the futile attempt to cover it up or get rid of it. That was fairly unpleasant, especially when going to bed.

Has potential - misses what’s important
This is a newer hotel in the area that has potential, but clearly is not paying attention to what is important. Let’s start with the positives:
- comfortable bed
- nice bathroom
- large screen TV
- Nespresso in the room and capsules are replaced each day as you use them
- nice decor
The problems:
- cockroaches 6-7 cm long
- AC malfunctions because a sensor interacting with the drapes fools the system into thinking the window is open and shuts off the AC. Staff couldn’t figure it out, but I eventually did - they should know the property better than a first time guest.
- WiFi speeds were absurdly slow 4.8mbps download, less than 2mbps upload. Modern hotels have a minimum 20mbps upload and download.
- The door of the room (243) doesn’t close and lock by itself. I learned this the first night yet cleaning staff don’t know this and left my door ajar all day while I was in business meetings in Tel Aviv - fortunately nothing was stolen, but it is another example of staff not knowing the property they work in and not paying attention to fixing important details.
The positive silver lining:
- Front desk staff are amazing, particularly Yael at the front desk at 02:00 who helps guests with taxis to the airport, makes them coffee while they wait, and engages them in friendly conversation.
- Wait staff in the restaurant were friendly and provided morning service with a smile
- comfortable bed

Rooms are clean and spacious, good wi-fi. However, service needs improvement. Gym and spa are not open yet, so i was told to contact front desk to go to their partner hotel, herods. First, the front desk girl just transferred me to the other hotel, to ask if the spa is open. As they put me on hold, i called the front desk again and told her to call that hotel and find out and then get back to me. What she did only to tell me that you can only use the spa if you book a treatment. Again, she could not tell me what times for treatment were available and told me to find out myself. Not what i call service!
Also, information on hotels.com is wrong: it says breakfast costs usd 15-25. However, at the hotel, i found out it is ils 120 (= usd 30) and the told me that the price on hotels.com only is for pre-booked breakfast...

We had an amazing time at NYX Herzliya. We were upgraded to a suite for the weekend, which was amazing. They brought us wine. The breakfast was awesome. Everyone was friendly. Many of the staff were excited to practice their English with us. Never knew about this place and I'm glad we stayed here. The only improvement I would make would be that the person who sits outside the hotel could be more proactive getting people checked in and arranging taxis.
