The gym and talent inside. Extraordinary. Some appeared to be built in a lab. That said my boss was subject to a guy with half his crack hanging out which is why I did not give 5 stars. Not sure what that guy was thinking.

We got a very late check out, which was very considerate. And we had a fruit basket and cake waiting for us, which was a lovely touch.
The bad:
There was no heating and it was a cold December night. The reception said that this is due to the entire floor being either heated or chilled. A poor excuse, they should have a personal heater ready for the guests use.
Another problem is the terrible view from the room. Just bland, grey walls.
The building itself is nice, however, and well decorated.
Still, not really worth the expenditure. As often is the case in Israel, the price is far to high for what you get.

Pool is closed and so the business lounge. There is a room with no windows and looks like a storage room converted to a work room -- it's the only room avail for office work. No fun. The nice room is locked and the reception tells you it's occupied. Not much of a service. But clean and I like the outdoor sitting area. I wish they had a fire pit there.

Poor service and maintenance
The shower had only cold water (4 days!). The issue went unaddressed and with no updates until I managed to switch rooms on my last night. The reception desk was unusually rude about requests to change rooms. That included mentioning twice that it is my fault that I am unhappy with my room. The breakfast waitress forgets your coffee order so frequently that you might as well assume it is the norm (they are busy chatting). The cleaning crew plays music out loud while cleaning. The overall feeling is that the hotel is so hip that the most basic of the hospitality business is forgotten: the pluming should work, and hotel guests should be updated about maintenance issues.
Save the cute factor and opt instead for Harods Herzeliya hotel nearby, which has a nicer pool, access to the beach, a wonderful breakfast, working plumbing and they are genuinely happy to have you as a guest.

We asked for a quite room not facing a busy street. Our initial room had a strong smoking smell so we were moved to another room that was facing the main road. The manager insisted that this is the only room available. At night when I sat on the bed, I discovered that the bed was missing one of it’s legs. Magically, at 11 pm they moved us to a new room that was quieter, at the a higher floor and not facing any street. The next day our room was not cleaned. The following days I asked the front desk to make sure that the room will be cleaned, but still it was not cleaned in 3 of the 5 days we stayed at the hotel.

All employees are very nice and helpful, almost all of them know both English and Russian languages.
Pool is located on the roof with a great city view. Please note, the pool is outside and the temperature of water depends on the weather conditions.
