One of, if not, the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff was wonderful: professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. The spa services excellent. Many dining options both in the hotel and downstairs in the marina. The beach next to the hotel was incredibly beautiful. Just an excellent stay. Definitely going back.

Location with Many Restaurants close by - walking . Real good !
Room was nice and big and their Gym is great
Cons:
The hotel is a religious hotel. You be shocked over weekend is like religious praying everywhere and even room service is not available. Only take out from their restaurant. Luckily many options to eat around.
- Pool on weekend summer - forget it . Like a baby pool
I would not even dare to get it..or get some lap swim. forget it
I cant compare it to the Kempinski pool which was so much better
Pool is also small.
- beach just ok - close by. But could not swim due to black flags
- Staff - Not well trained. too many not Ritz like mistakes. They never answer the phone right away which was more than once. Seems like not enough staff. Also ball men and getting car take too long. Not good
Their manager tries, but their staff not well trained and not Ritz like service one expects .
- mostly in summer - not worth it in my opinion. The religious take over in Shabbat all over and it is not pleasant in lobby and in pool.
- Their Breakfast is ok. Repetitive and expensive.
- Spa Massage is Ok. Compare to other top 5 hotels - Below the competition

Extreme seafront weather

We had a great stay over a long week end however there was an extreme storm wind/wet friday night our room was sea facing one of the best in the hotel however due to an inherent fault with the building or window/patio construction there was excesive noise sounded like an airplane inside our room Dina at front desk she was most helpful moved us to a new room and refunded that night

We 3 days hunkered down at the Ritz Carlton during the Hamas bombing and the staff treated the guests like family. The food is 5 star, abundant buffets, excellent wines, amazing desserts. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and casual, the room was terrific. Great pool, wines, ok gym, nice lobby area to hang out in.

Probably the best beach resort hotel in Israel.

Stayed for 5 nights.
This hotel offers exceptional service from friendly and interesting staff members.
The rooms are huge.
Starting at about 55sq metres upwards and all seem to have spacious balconies with either beach or marina views.
Celebrated my birthday at the hotel (they ask in advance about your type of trip and things that you like).
On my birthday,a lovely cake,a bottle of fizz,a frangravt gift,balloons and a sketch of my wife and I from the photo were all lovely touches.
Dining room food in the Herbert Samuel was exceptional.
This is a luxury hotel at the top end of the price range in Israel and one that we cannot wait to return to in the near future.

I can't believe that The Ritz would lend it's name to a property with such a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. While some of may be a result of the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, the fact is that in our 2 rooms the floors were literally sticky and there was hair in the bathtub.

The deluxe room/ marina view was magnificent. Pool on roof is on the small side but free bottled water and sunscreen was a nice plus. Also champagne on arrival and bottle of wine in the room was 5 Star. Herbert Solomon is top notch dining, but for that price why scimp on no tableclothes for dinner, especially since that is the breakfast room?!?

The Ritz is a beautiful hotel, but for me personally it was a little strange that the doors of the bathroom opened into the stall itself and shower. It was difficult getting in and out. I also heard the winds whistling through the entire night as opposed to it being quiet and soundproof.

Nice location right in the marina with a great steak-house on site. Property is new, rooms are large. We stayed in a suite with 1.5 baths. Only problem with this property is room service. We were there for 6 nights and constantly ordered room service. No matter what we ordered, the kitchen would always mess things up, from not delivering what was ordered, to forgetting napkins, to not being able to make simple pasta for a kid, to taking 1 hour for breakfast. Every room service order became an ordeal and a small adventure. The staff would apologize and try to make things right, so A for problem solving, but C- for attention to detail the first time. Room service lacking proper Q.C. Otherwise, we would stay again and again. Suggestion to management: “Get your act together in the room service department”.

Beautiful view but a bit expensive

We were updated to a Suite room free of charge and the view was amazing. At first, it seems we were going to pay for the parking lot but in the end, we got a 2days pass for the parking lot which was located under the mall. The taxi service isn't very accessible, we waited for a long time, but in the end, we decided to walk instead.

The hotel is wonderful, it looks great, feels great. Excellent location on the marina with many shopping and dining option. The on roof pool is amazing with great snacks and cocktails.
But, and it's a big but for me, the bed was horrible, I couldn't sleep. I cam to rest and left exhausted.

—The room, the view, the bathroom were very beautiful and pleasing.
-The breakfast was great.
-The spa was okay.. but we had higher expectations.
*** The in-room dining menu was poor and limited. we had no choice but to eat outside, -when we did actually order to the room late at night it was overpriced and not worth it at all.
***Check in and check out had some fine print we were not aware of and only learned upon arrivals that they need to hold an extra security deposit of 50% the room price,
-They only deal with local currency and dollars, we paid the security deposit with euros but received the deposit in the local currency for their lack of options.
-compared to other locations, not the best Ritz Carlton I stayed in and definitely doesn’t meet the international standards.

The hotel is well located and felt upmarket. Room was excellent with a great view of the marina. However, the Ritz Carlton experience was as luxurious as we expected. The guest areas were compact and too busy so couldn’t find a seat in the reception / lounge area in the evening. Lovely stay but didn’t really feel like value for money.

Our room wasn’t ready due to a mirror being broken so we were kept waiting at check in for 2.5 hours.

Hotel was full and they were struggling to find an alternative As a result, hotel offered an upgrade for the remainder of the stag and was given a spectacular suite.

Did not meet expectations!!!

We were really excited about staying at the Ritz Carlton. As we were close to arriving I called the hotel to find out about parking. I was told they were filled find a lot somewhere!
We pulled up to what looked like a service entrance and no one was there to help. We had to double park to get someone. We arrived at front desk next floor for our 2:00
check in which was not ready until 3. At this point we were sorry we ever came here. We did not have a very good feeling! The room was clean, nice view, at this point we no longer cared. We went down for there special
Hummas treat in lobby at 6. We came at 6:10
nothing left. The little things and employee
attitudes just made us want to leave. If it was
Not for Katie the Guest Relation Manager we
would have left. She went out of her way to make things right with special treats and just caring. Nobody else did!!!! We decided to go
else where for dinner on the Marina. Location
and food was great! Next day we decided to get up early and just leave. To our pleasant
surprise breakfast and staff were great!!!’
Over all it is hard to correct first impressions!
We just wanted to leave!

Susan from reception was exceptional! Breakfast was good, pool area too small, rooms didn't seem 60 square meters. The hotel is kept impeccably, was surprised that for such a steep price no bath robes no turn down service. It was mymothers birthday and they put pretty balloons in the room with a small cake and cava which was lovely. We didn't take the dinner that was included in the half board and I asked to have a voucher for it for another day and the manager refused. I found that not very accommodating.

They were very very nice when we arrive but once you start asking something I took time the cleaning lady came into my room when I told her not to come in I told her a time I will be out I came back three hours later it still wasn’t clean at 4 PM they promised me they will compensate me for something it’s over a week nobody got in touch with me

Yet another winning stay

This is about the 6th or 7th stay and the standard if the hotel is always excellent. We got a very early check in and also late check out.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Will definitely stay again

It is deemed to be the best hotel in Israel

The hotel is nice, but it is overpriced (it cost me more than twice as much for the same 2 nights than the Ritz-Carlton San-Francisco), and they have a big drawback - there is no entrance to the hotel from the marina after the shopping center has got closed.
However, the staff is friendly and helpful, which is always important. I am grateful for the hotel to be able to check me in very early in the morning on the day of my arrival.
The restaurant is amazing.
Overall, it may be a very pleasant experience, especially if your stay is longer than 2-3 nights and you have a chance to use all the available facilities.

The room was spectacular. Views of the marina and a bit of ocean. Every little detail was considered. Room service menu is too narrow and not great. The rooftop pool is gorgeous Concierge excellent. Can't wait to stay there again.

A room with a view

Very nice place with a wonderful view. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast delicious and has parking. I will come back. It is a little far away from downtown Tel Aviv but if you are driving this is not a problem.
