Lovely hotel for a short, quiet break. Rooms and hotel felt modern and well designed, and staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was decent but it was a shame there were no other options for a lighter meal or snack (e.g. in the bar) and the room service menu was very limited.

Room was nice enough and sea view was beautiful. Our air conditioning didn't work unfortunately but in January this wasn't a major problem.

The area is beautiful, with direct access to a long, untouched beach. Not much in the surrounding area so a car is recommended.

Ideal spot to chill

The Melia Innside has a great location, set back from the sea but with a totally uninterupted view of the sea. The reception is excellent, helpful, efficient, friendly. The room (downstairs with garden) was spacious and clean. The room bar was empty except for one bottle of water provided for the duraiton of the 4 nights. Self-serve dining room was well laid out, with a variety of areas to suit all tastes. Breakfasts were great as were evening meals. Although at brakfast there is a large choice of drinks (water, juices, even what looked like sangria) in the evenings there is nothing at all perhaps to ensure that drinks are purchased as extras. I did try the wine by the glass and in two instances, it was obvious that these had not been opened recently as when the same wine was bought by the bottle it is was perfectly ok. Without exception (in my case) the restaurant staff were very freindly and at all times would go out of their way to assist. They did put on some live music during our stay which let's say was almost entertaining. The infinity pool is very nice although luckilly it was not heated as otherwsie it might have become crowded given the numbers by the pool. Overall experience was excellent and yes, I would go back.

Beautiful Hotel , very updated and still as new. The room & terras are very spacious even with a lounger! Its next to an amazing kite surfing spot. High quality food on the buffet (only). We loved the outside area with not only sea view but also a cinematic view of the stars at night. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere in the Hotel with super friendly staff!!

The only negative thing for us would be that there are many cats around and lying in the loungers on the balconies/gardens. Also some pigeons in the swiming pool area. I'd suggest to take more measures and get rid of the cats and pigeons (example spikes on the parasols) as they cause stress for guests, like myself as I am alergic to cats.

All and all a good hotel

All and all I had a good stay here however,
Think some of the personal can be a little more friendly.
The guy at check-in was very welcoming and check-out was also easy and fast.

The room was very clean.. practically spotless! Bed very was comfortable. Internet/WiFi had a bit of issues on occasion.

Breakfast was superb - a very large and rich variety.
I didn't try the dinner buffet so can't comment on it.
Found it a bit disappointing there's no alternative dining option for dinner (no room service option). This is probably due to the CoVid-19 situation, however as the hotel is quite distant and isolated - I would still expect them to offer food from a menu (a-la-carte) and not just the buffet option (which also had a cheaper price if you commit to the buffet for all of your stay vs. if you choose to have it just once - something I find quite unfair).

With regards to the room - had expected a little more.. I got a room which is located at the end of a somewhat dark hallway which is somewhat remote and isolated (felt like I'm going to the engine room), when I mentioned it, I was offered to pay for an upgrade with a sea view. The next day I was offered an alternative room however I didn't want the trouble of switching rooms.
All and all I had a nice stay, however I'm not sure I'll choose this hotel again in the future.

Hbtq-friendly design-ish hotel with amazing views and perfect location on the Jandia beach. Best hotel in Fuertaventura? On the flip side: Not all rooms have unobstructed views of ocean. Food is ok but could be more fresh, especially for vegetarians.

Pros:
The hotel is great because of it's location and the views. The food is also good.
The pool is great and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Cons;
The service is not that good. If you book a junior suite, you should expect: No toothbrush or creams or bathrobe in sight. Or any type of amenity whatsover in the room. The towel service requires a 20 euro deposit per towel... For a towel that is worth 5. Every towel change requires a payment of one euro.
However, if you pay a 30 euro upgrade (per night) you get amenities.
There is one complimentary water bottle when you arrive and that's it.

I'm not asking for more, but most hotels (in the area), have these services when you pay for a junior suite.

Lastly, they don't allow cash payments at the pool bar, only credit card. It is against the law to refuse official currency as payment....(management should look it up).

Overall, it is noticeable that there are different management departments in this hotel. Some are doing their job whilst the others are not. However the view is still great.

The location and views are amazing.
The food and drinks are excellent.
Most of the staff/service are super helpful and hard working (thumbs up to the restaurant “Julia “ is the best .
l loved the pool but that would be great to get a jacuzzi or two somewhere around.
Now for the bad part that made put only 4 stars instead of 5 :
The staff at the reception is not on the same level as the rest of the establishment . I would have appreciate to get local tips , options with witch shuttle/bus to use to go to the airport and some recommendations of how to use the bikes they rent you ( THINK ABOUT TWICE if you want to go to Costa Calma biking .... It s very windy and with up and down roads and you definitively not want to use the main narrow road that have cars and bus and truck driving waaaay too fast and passing by waaaay too close to you . Made myself and my fiancée felt insecure.

Great room, definitely worth the extra for sea view as the location is beautiful and the balcony has a double sun bed and gets the sun all day. Lovely pool area and no problem getting a sunbed (towels provided free) at any time of day (we went in March). Fridge in room and good rainhead shower. TVs have a female usb cable to connect your own cable and hdd, which is a nice touch. Downsides: lack of parking, you have to just take what you can get on the roads and you really need a car here as there's no good restaurants or shops within walking distance. As many others have said, the food isn't great - loads of choice but mostly lukewarm and not particularly tasty. And really, brussel sprouts at breakfast? Less choice and more quality is what's needed. Definitely avoid the evening buffet. Lastly, keep a note of what you spend. Everything goes on your room and the way the bill is presented, impossible to work it out. I knew mine was wrong so got a more detailed bill along with all the receipts I had signed and eventually saw I'd been charged twice for a 43 euro tab. Luckily I did this the evening before we left so had time to figure it out. Don't leave it till the morning you're leaving if you're in a rush!

Practically on the beach, clean, new, modern hotel. Breakfast was amazing and a very large variety of different foods. Dinner was quite expensive and not as good a selection/variety. Staff were very helpful

Only negative they started to empty sewage one into a tanker one afternoon while we were by the pool creating a lot of noise and an awful smell for over 1 hour

Calm stay in Costa Calma

We went for a couple holiday for a week and booked a room with a sea view. The room is really airy and spacious, but unfortunately they don't do double beds, they put two single beds together which was a bit strange for travelling as a couple. The WiFi was a bit slow in the room, better in the public areas. The pool area was really nice with plenty of loungers and infinity pool. Unfortunately, the view is a car park so this could definitely be improved. The food for breakfast and dinner was great and fresh in general, however, we found some items to be under cooked, e.g. raw chicken and pork for dinner. The area of the hotel is really quiet, there is literally nothing around so be prepared for a full relax :) Can get a bit boring at the evening, the entertainment in the hotel could be better.
The staff is nice and friendly in general, however, we found some to be under trained and quite rude.
Overall it's a nice 4 star hotel which is very airy and new, the prices are also reasonable so if you want a quiet couple holiday to disconnect from the busy world then I definitely recommend.

I was staying for a week with my sister with half-board option. Hotel facilities are nice but room could be cleaned better and one more restaurant a la carte would not be bad. Also, we found that reception was not really helpful if you ask something and also I would expect hotel to have basic medication like in case of allergy or injury. But in general price/quality is quite fair

Modern, bright, clean, well decorated hotel located on a stunning beach and lagoon.
We stayed in a junior suite with beach view. Definitely recommend paying extra for beach view.
Room was almost perfect, just missed a kettle. However, upgraded suites do have tea/coffee making facilities.
Fantastic restaurant, half board included breakfast and dinner buffets which were much better than expected (compared to previous hotels). My lady is gluten free and was pleasantly surprised by the options and clarity of labelling.
Fairly isolated away from more touristy hotels which we enjoyed.
By far the best smelling hotel we've stayed in, lobby, bars and restaraunts always smelled so good.
Would definitely stay again

Très bon séjour. Le point fort de cet hôtel est la déco chic bohème. La chambre spacieuse bien décorée avec terrasse vue mer est tout à fait ce que j’aime! Je rajouterai pour un 4 étoiles, un stylo et un petit bloc note:). Propreté impeccable.
Les cours de yoga sont supers; peut-être en rajouter vers 18h (Retour de plage). Des randonnées plage pourraient aussi être proposées pour animer un peu l’hôtel. Les jeux de société dans le salon si accueillants sont un plus.
L’espace piscine est très joli mais petit par rapport au nombre de chambres.
Les espaces verts sont beaux et bien entretenus. J’ai bien aimé y croiser les chats.
La venue du Mr avec son rapace était aussi sympathique.
Faire un mini marché nocturne aussi serait une bonne idée (expo bijoux artisanaux, artistes locaux); étant donné que l’hôtel est isolé.
La cuisine est très bonne et variée (exceptés les desserts et glaces, pas à mon goût). Les fruits et jus de fruits frais sont vraiment appréciables. Merci pour ce séjour.

Ruhige Lage und toller Strand. Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort.
Auf dem Hotelgelände und leider auch im Hotel ( Restaurant) sind einige Katzen, die durch das Hotelpersonal betreut werden. Zusätzlich noch die Hunde der Gäste (Restaurant, Sonnenliegen, Bar ).
Was mit einer Allergie sehr problematisch ist.
Ansonsten kann ich diese Hotel für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im INNSiDE Meliá Fuerteventura.
Das Essen war top – es gibt eine wirklich große Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: alle Getränke außer beim Frühstück muss man extra bezahlen, was uns vorher nicht bewusst war. Zudem sind die Preise nicht gerade günstig (z. B. Aperol 10 €).

Die Lage ist wunderschön, der Poolbereich sehr gepflegt und man findet eigentlich immer eine freie Liege. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass es sich um ein Adults-Only-Hotel handelt – am Pool geht es also eher ruhig und entspannt zu, was für viele ein Pluspunkt ist, aber eben nicht für alle.

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, wir haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Increíble. Todo perfecto. La cocina hacía todo de manera impecable.

Lo único es que sugiero mejorar algunos detalles por el gran nivel que tiene el hotel. El inodoro tenía tapa de plástico antigua, lo que no se alinea con el gran nivel que tiene el hotel. Y sugiero que se tenga un aparcamiento considerando que hay que tener coche sí o sí para una buena experiencia estando alojado en este hotel.

Sehr gut: Der Lagunenstrand, die chillige Musik am Pool, die moderne Einrichtung, die Balkon-Betten, das Frühstück.

Nicht so gut: Die Abrechnung ( wir hatten Halbpension nachgebucht und sollten sie bei Abreise nochmal zahlen UND man hat uns erst nicht geglaubt). Unser Zimmer wurde nur 1x gereinigt, teilweise war bei Rückkehr am Nachmittag das Schild (make my room) verdreht auf (do not disturb), aber gab keine Reinigung. Das Abendessen war nicht so gut: Das Fleisch war nicht so guter Qualität und die Beilagen kompliziert in Töpfen mit Deckel oben auf dem Tresen (also: nicht richtig warm, man konnte die Auswahl nicht erkennen und es stand zu hoch.

Todo super bien! Hotel renovado hace relativamente poco. Desayuno de 10! Atención del personal EXCELENTE.

Como comentarios, la comunicación entre los distintos bloques es algo incomoda y compleja, la llave de la habitación se desmagnetizaba constantemente si la acercabas a un dispositivo movil (a mi se me desconfiguraba todos los días)

Erster Besuch war leider besser

Ich war bereits vor zwei Wochen hier im Urlaub und entschloss mich, wieder in das gleich Hotel zurückzukehren, weil mein erster Aufenthalt so gut war.

Ich habe mich vor dem Eintreffen beim Hotel dreifach beim Hotel schriftlich gemeldet und gebeten, man solle mir bitte ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage des Hotels geben. Dies wurde leider nicht nach meinem Wunsch umgesetzt, was ich enttäuschend fand. Bei meinem Besuch war die Reinigung des Zimmers auch viel besser, als bei meinem Besuch vor zwei Wochen.

Was mich aber am meisten enttäuscht hatte war, dass ich meinen eigenen Hausschlüssel im Zimmersafe liegengelassen habe und das Hotel war nicht im Stande, diesen zu \"finden\". Am gleichen Tag nach meiner Abreise meldete ich mich telefonisch und mehrfach per Email beim Hotel deswegen. Der Schlüssel wurde angeblich nicht gefunden, obwohl ich diesen im Safe bei meiner Ankunft eingeschlossen hatte. Ich muss nun all meine Schlüssel und Zylinder ersetzen lassen.... DANKE INNSIDE MELIA :-(

Erst einmal war der erste Eindruck sehr schön, Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet und toller Blick vom Balkon. Das Bad war zwar renoviert aber leider etwas gammelig und nicht unbedingt sauber, leider auch keine Fenster zum öffnen nur Glasbausteine und daher nach dem Duschen alles sehr beschlagen.. Gruselige Mülleimer. Leider hatten wir nach ein paar Tagen Bettwanzen feststellen müssen. Das Essen ist nach einer Woche ein bisschen langweilig, sonst aber gut und am Strand wäre es toll, wenn es ein paar Sonnenschirme oder Liegen gäbe, das hat einfach gefehlt. Hinfahren würde ich nicht noch einmal, da da Erlebnis mit den Bettwanzen uns gereicht hat, waren total zerstochen. Auch die Möglichkeit Getränke zu kaufen, außer im Hotel an der Bar zu hohen Preisen ist etwas schlecht. Strand und Pool sind wunderschön.

Super hôtel ! La chambre avec la vue sur la plage est magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins.
L’endroit est calme et agréable. Nous n’avons pas l’impression d’être dans un endroit touristique. La plage garde son coté sauvage.
Ce séjour nous a complètement permis de nous déconnecter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

A very nice and quiet hotel with an georgous view if you book the ocean/ocean-garden view.
Very helpful staff. The food buffet has a great choice of various meals. Unfortunately the cooked food on display was cold very fast because they do not use warming plates. So the taste was limited. It is just a case of handling and not of cooking.
The room (3108) was fantastic and the king bed was very comfortable. Big low entry shower but the toilet had a mouldy smell and the door was very very used.
Also plenty of moskitos are around in the evening. There shall be moskito lights available what we were told unfortunately on our last day....
In total a good medium class hotel but the high pricing during new year was not according to the standard we expierenced during our stay. A modernisation has to be done in future to fully meet a correct service/price level.
For people who look for a quiet & close to a fantastic beach vacation, it is a perfect accomodation with lovely staff.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel um Ruhe zu finden und runter zu kommen. Das Speisenangebot ist frisch, abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Das Einzige was dem Haus fehlt ist ein ein eigener Wellnessbereich mit Saunen. Hierfür muss man im nebenliegenden Meliá Hotel reservieren.

Das Swimmingpool wird nicht geheizt, dementsprechend ist das Wasser eiskalt.
Gut gelegen zwischen Morro Jable und Costa Calma Zentrum.

Das Personal war sehr(!) freundlich, die Unterkunft wunderschön. Den Strand erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuss durch die Lagune.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine grosse Auswahl, beim Abendessen waren wir jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Durch die Bewertungen hier haben wir mehr Auswahl und Abwechslung erwartet. Besonders die Fleischgerichte waren eine Zumutung (roh, zäh, gummig, da es schon lange steht) und es gab fast ausschliesslich Schwein und Rind. Die Gerichte standen jeweils sehr lange und wenn man nicht zur richtigen Zeit sich gerade Essen schöpfte, war es bereits lauwarm und nicht mehr frisch. Da es rundherum zu Fuss keine Restaurants gibt, konnten wir leider auch nicht ausweichen.

Wir werden bestimmt nie wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen. Aber zuerst das Gute: Die Lagune ist wirklich toll. Das Hotel allerdings überhaupt nicht. Nachdem unser in unserem Zimmer mit Garten und Seaview die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und wir bei 29 Grad kaum schlafen konnten und wegen den vielen Mücken in der Nacht nicht lüften konnten. Wurden wir nach zwei Nächten für die restlichen fünf Nächte in ein sogenanntes „Upgrad“ mit vier Betten (wir reisten zu zweit) und mit Blick auf eine weisse Wand verlegt. Als wir bei der Reception anständig zurückmeldeten, dass wir mit der Lösung nicht wirklich zufirieden sind, wurde uns gesagt wir sollten mit dem „Upgrad“ zufriedensein und wir erfuhren eine gleinde gesagt respektlose Gestik. Nachdem wir auf Meilia.com gesehen haben, dass wir an jedem Tag (bis zur Abreise) ein Zimmer mit „Garden and Seaview“ hätten buchen und einchecken können (!) haben wir unsere Entäuschung darüber an der Reception zurückgemeldet. Wir erhielten dann für die letzten zwei (!) Nächte einen Discoount von 20 Euro pro Nacht, also 40 Euro angeboten. Das ist wohl ein Witz, das Hotel hat unsere gebuchte Leistungen (Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Zimmer mit Garden and Seaview) während sieben Nächten nicht eingehalten. Wir haben den Discount mit den lächerlichen 40 Euro beim Auschecken dankend abgelehnt. Das es Probleme geben kann können wir verstehen, wie aber dieses Hotel damit umgeht ist nur peinlich. Kein „tut uns leid“ nichts dergleichen - nie wieder…!!!

Hôtel au bout du monde

Hôtel merveilleux dans un endroit de rêve.
Décoration sublime dans tout l’hôtel, surtout au bar. Une playlist superbe dans tous les espaces, dès le petit déjeuner. Chambre très spacieuse avec un balcon équipé d’un double lit et d’une chaise longue, vue sur les dunes et la mer. La nourriture est bonne et saine, surtout pour le petit déjeuner. En revanche, il n’était pas toujours facile de trouver un bain de soleil autour de la piscine. On reviendrait avec grand plaisir.

Keine Bademäntel vorhanden. Kein Teekocher, bzw. kaffeekocher im Zimmer, gibt es inzwischen in jedem billigen Hotel. Speiseraum Abends für diese Jahreszeit 12.2021 zu kalt. Kaum Heizstrahler vorhanden. Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Lagune mit einsamen riesigen Strand. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Zustand war top! Service perfekt, Zimmer stets sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, das Essen war Klasse, die Bedienung flott und nett. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

L’accueil a été très froid !
Des documents nous ont été donnés pour signature, le personnel était agacé qu’on prenne le temps de lire avant de signer…
Toutes les chambres sont équipées de climatisation. La notre ne fonctionnait pas et l’accueil qui était au courant, ne nous a pas informé.
Pas de réparation possible, pas de ventilateur à disposition.
Résultats, nous avons passez 4 nuits à 29'C.
La chambre était infestée de moustiques.
C’est juste décevant de payer un tel prix et de ne pas avoir les services qui vont avec!

He pasado dos semanas en agosto en el Hotel Innside by Melia Fuerteventura y mi impresión ha sido muy buena. El personal atentísimo y muy amable, las habitaciones e instalaciones amplias y limpias y la comida bastante buena. Lo único negativo, por poner algo, sería lo siguiente:

- Algunas toallas de la habitación estaban en bastante mal estado para un hotel de esta categoría.

- El aparcamiento es una explanada de tierra. El aparcamiento de asfalto es mínimo.

- Por las medidas anticovid sólo puede ir una persona cada vez al gimnasio y es necesario reservar. El problema es que el personal de limpieza acaba su turno a las 16.00 h, por lo que no se puede ir al gimnasio más tarde. Entre la necesidad de reservar, que sólo va una persona cada vez y que no se puede ir después de las 16.00 h, se hace bastante complicado encontrar hueco en el gimnasio.

No obstante lo anterior, mi experiencia ha sido excelente, he disfrutado mucho la estancia y todo el personal del hotel es amabilísimo y servicial. Si vuelvo a Fuerteventura no dudaré en repetir.

Un oasis en medio del desierto

Un hotel con unas vistas y localización increíble.
La piscina infinity está climatizada, lo cual es ideal ya que en la zona hace mucho viento.
El buffet está bien, variado.
El personal de recepción me pareció poco profesional y no muy dispuesto a ayudar… nuestra habitación estaba a 29° porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Nadie vino a revisar el aire aún habiéndolo avisado, nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Tuvimos que estar con el balcón abierto del calor que hacía en la habitación…
En resumen, un hotel con grandes posibilidades pero con un servicio no acorde al potencial que tiene el mismo.

Idéal pour le Kitesurf. Hotel sympa. Le début de la semaine a commencé avec une nourriture excellente pour terminer avec de la viande dur et plus aucun choix de poissons. Dommage. Ce qui est très génant aussi est que la partie Kite est top mais c'est une usine à fric. 2 heures de lessons privée - 228 Euro......

Endroit magnifique

Le lieu est sublime, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Je vous conseille de prendre la chambre vue mer. On déconnecte complètement. Très bon buffet. L’hôtel est joliment décoré! Seuls bémols : Acceuil extrêmement long, il n’y a que deux personnes à la réception et on a du faire la queue 45 min avant de pouvoir Check in. La piscine est superbe mais un peu froide, elle n’est pas chauffée. Il n’y a pas de signalétique pour le ménage (ne pas déranger ou faire la chambre) Du coup, la femme de ménage a tapé à la porte alors qu’on dormait ce qui est assez ennuyant.
