Great location, close to Disneyland entrance and walkable to various restaurants. Requested an adjoining room at the time of booking, and also called the hotel a month before our reservation to let them know we would like adjoining rooms. They stated this would not be a problem. Upon arrival, not only did we not get adjoining rooms, but they placed us on a whole different floor, they stated there was nothing they could do about this, and had we booked the room through them versus Expedia, they would consider switching some things around. When we book through Expedia, I do not want to feel punished by the hotel. This really soured our experience as a family. More than this, we found the beds to be very, very firm. Not the kind of bed I hope to sink into after a long day at the park.

The carpet smells really and is very dirty to walk on. The room smells like mildew and mold. We did enjoy the pool and the walking distance to the park but will not be staying here again.

The elevator was out of service and we were in the 4th floor with two seniors who are handicapped. It was such a disappointment. Also, saw cockroaches in the stairs area. My father also had to kill a gigantic cockroach that he saw in the bathroom of our room. I am very disappointed with this stay. I told the hotel staff my concerns and all they did was wave the parking fees. I would like to speak to upper management about this. They have all my info to reach out to me and make this better. We have pictures and videos of what I just mentioned!

Score is mostly for location. This is a very tired, run-down hotel in a great location. The walls were paper thin and the sink didn’t drain…but the bed was decently comfortable. Pool was fun for the kids and the staff were friendly and helpful.

average at best… the lock mechanism for the bathroom is awful. my daughter got stuck inside twice. dried buggers on the side of one of the bed on the sheet.
refrigerator didn’t keep the drinks cool
keurig didn’t work but besides that staff was super friendly and helpful they let me park there before my check in time.

The place was very dirty . The door to the hotel had a huge crack that will allow you to see people walk by. It was hard to sleep- they need to work on making the rooms sound proof. I suggest you look at the bed and around it before staying there . The ac unit hardly worked - cheap model mounted to the wall

Nice clean property however the restroom sink and toilet water smelled like sewer. We bought a bottle of water so we could brush our teeth.

We also had the “room occupied” sign out on door and room service still tried to come in Thankfully we had the emergency lock on so they could not open the door very far.

We had a family suite we booked through hotels.com. It was on the 4th floor directly under a roof top bar. This was the worst hotel experience we have experienced. I was not warned of our room being directly under a bar. The bar had a live DJ that blasted music and base until 11:30. The base could not be blocked out. Chairs were scrapping across the floor. There were tears from the kids and no sleep to be had. It was rough. Although the hotel staff was professional and kind, this could never make up for not being able to sleep in your own hotel room. Have a rooftop bar and grill directly about a family suite should absolutely be a conflict of interest for the building owner. Will never stay here again. Our reservation was for two night. We found another hotel after the first night it was so unbearable.

The accessibility room bathroom would not shut or latch. This is fine if you do not wish for privacy. The door was extremely difficult to open and close. Imagine a pocket door idea that is not easily shut or opened without able bodied assistance.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Very close to the main Disney entrance, lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff is lovely and willing to store our ice packs in the housekeeping freezer each night so they were ready for use every morning. There is only one elevator from the main lobby, but it is quite large and fit multiple families at one time. We did not have a chance to use the pool or any other facilities, but the room was perfect for our needs.

Room wasn’t available on time, when I got to the room, I was missing a bag, (had my passport, medications, etc) was eventually found room looked nothing like the pictures on line. The proximity to Disneyland was nice. Our room was 2 doors down from the laundry, constant carts and staff going by, also staff being picked up from work outside beeping horns and such. For the price I was expecting better rooms. I have a scooter and we had to move a table to fit it in the room

For this being a good neighbor hotel to Disneyland I was kind of surprised. We were in a luxury plus room and the description said it was one of the newly updated rooms. This room was barely updated. The air conditioning was so loud while running and in the middle of the day while we were at Disneyland, it would randomly turn off. We would come back to a hot room. Staff was friendly but I don’t know if we would stay here again with all the other offerings along the same street.

We arrived to the property at 4:30pm and a room was not available. We were asked to come back at 5:00 to get the room keys, which delayed us getting to our event. The next morning when I turned on the water to take a shower a bunch of little black bugs came flying out of the drain.

I had an awesome stay! Rooms are very clean. If I had to gripe about anything, would be to have a freezer in the refrigerator. Maybe an extra trash can near the restroom. A safe would also be nice. The staff was very helpful. I will be going back for another stay in the near future!

Parking is a bit of a challenge if you’re driving an SUV or pick-up truck. Little to no space to get out of vehicles once parked.

Hi We are from Central Cali (Merced County) I booked two nights stay to take my mom (her 1st time to Disneyland) and my daughter who just loves hotels. Staying at Grand legacy at the park was an amazing experience. Great walking distance to both Disney attraction and Garden Walk. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean, everything worked! Loved the pool, hot tub and splash pad. We gave this Hotel 10/10. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and whoever is reading this review. We will be coming back to the Grand Legacy at The Park. Thank you! ❤️

Room was clean, no smells, fridge cold, A/C worked well, T.V did not have original remote and could not see info on current channel. Also, no issues with key card. The mattress was fine and good multiple options of the 4 pillows. Room service was quick and friendly. Only minor issues was only one hook to hang a wet towel or a hand towel since the dry towels took the bar, and the T.P. holder did not latch securely that caused the roll to fall on the floor.

The main attraction of this stay is the proximity to Disney main entrance which you can’t beat. It’s no frills, motel style accommodations. But a steal for what other hotel/motels were charging.

Overall it was great for what we needed but guests should not expect anything more than location.

I chose this hotel based on its proximity for walking to Disneyland. Room was nice and clean on the surface. But I noticed a bit of a smell from the plumbing at the sink. There were also small flies collecting around the drain. Not that big of deal but when combined with lack luster water pressure from the sink faucet and shower, now leads me to believe more of a plumbing issue in general. What I cannot confirm is if it’s isolated to my room only or an issue across the building. Luckily most of our time was spent at the Disneyland Resort parks and the room was great for walking back after long days in the parks. Sleeping amenities were comfortable, AC worked great (bit noisy), had a midsized fridge and microwave in the room. Only drawback for me was the plumbing issues.

It's really close to Disney to walk. The pool was nice. The bed was lumpy and housekeeping was on demand only so our beds never got made and sometimes we were out of supplies. It's not horribly unclean but it is dated.

The hotel is good and I’d stay again because the convince to Disneyland is great but I’d hope the people next to us the next time are not screaming at their kids.

Booked two rooms, one for my partner & I ,and my granddaughter. And another one for my daughter & her family. Our room was a bit small for two adults and a small child with a stroller. Eufrocina checked us in and was able to upgrade my daughter's family into a premier room with no extra cost. Which helped quite a bit since there were 5 of them. I also requested a cot but since it was first come first serve, we were told it wasn't guaranteed for the first night, but def the next day. According to my daughter they did deliver a cot for my grand daughter that very same night. Which was awesome! She also let us check in on the premier room earlier as it was available already! And was able to give my daughter the key to our room on their way to downtown Disney to meet up with us for our 4:30 reservation @ Goofy's Kitchen. She def gets a 10 for the extra effort she did on our accommodations. I am so pleased . Hotel is close and def walkable to Disneyland. Lots of eating places nearby. Pink Pig Boba Pizza next door had awesome pizza's & my daughter's family ate there twice. Will most likely stay there again next time we go to Disneyland.

I booked a room for my family of five so we could spend a day at Disneyland before departing on a cruise to celebrate my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, our stay began with a major problem. We later learned that Expedia apparently never forwarded the information that there would be five guests staying in the room.

When we arrived, the hotel staff informed us that no rollaway beds were available. Their only solution was to provide extra blankets and suggest that I sleep on the floor. Needless to say, this was not an acceptable accommodation for a family vacation that had been planned well in advance.

I then spent more than an hour and a half trying to resolve the issue with Expedia. During that time, I was disconnected three separate times and received very little assistance. After repeatedly explaining the situation without making any progress, I found both Expedia and the hotel staff to be unhelpful, which only added to the frustration before I eventually gave up.

What should have been an exciting start to a special family trip turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Between the booking error and the lack of support from Expedia, I was extremely disappointed. I would strongly recommend confirming all occupancy details directly with the hotel when booking through a third party.

The bathroom door was a barn door so it didn’t close all the way and the flusher was very hard to press down to flush.
