We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Island Magic! The hotel is so clean and all of the staff from the lobby staff to the bar/restaurant to housekeeping and maintenance are so courteous and helpful. The hotel has a full restaurant and bar but is also with walking distance to other places to eat and drink. There are several options nearby by groceries as well yet you are out of the main hustle and bustle a little further north. The location cant be beat! We will be back again!

Island Magic Resort was unbelievable! The help from everyone and the pick up from the ferry made us feel comfortable immediately. The location was great, walkable through the whole island. We didn’t even need a golf cart. and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was great and the pool was awesome. Top notch resort on Caye Caluker! Gregorio and Lorraine helped us so much. They helped plan our trip and excursions. Also they have bug spray and sunscreen available! Take savanna’s! Life saver!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Island Magic Beach Hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist in any way. My husband and I have decided to return again for a weekend getaway. The island is hugely relaxing, and the food along the strip is freshly grilled daily. I ate grilled jerk chicken for lunch and dinner until I left; that's how good it is. The prices are higher on the island. We did our souvenir shopping in Belize City at the Golden Bay shopping center. You will need to take a ferry to reach the destination. The ferry runs from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Caye Caulker is recommended for those who want to experience the culture and ethnicity of Belize.

Perfect location, although it was located on the beachfront, you can not relax in the water because it is only accessible by boat. Although there are a couple beaches in walking distance that you can swim into I thought this was the case. Staff is wonderful, beds were comfy, pool was nice with swim up bar and location was central to everything else. We rented bikes from Mario's across the street and were able to see the entire island and the north side in 2 days while doing other activities. It's definitely one of the nicer places to stay on the island.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time at Island Magic. The swings near the water were so relaxing. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a balcony and hammock, and ocean views from two windows which was great for watching the sun rise. All the regular staff at hotel and restaurant were wonderful. The last day they had a fill in driver for return transport to airport; the guy was quite a grump. That was my only complaint for the entire 8 night stay. Note: There is no elevator, so make sure you can maneuver stairs if on a higher floor. Great A/C in room!

There were many ants in my room, sheets and bedding was not clean. Shower drain was clogged up. Hammock outside and chairs were dirty as well. I definitely will not be staying here again. I brought my concerns to the front office and they didnt offer any solutions or accommodations

Lovely spacious room, bed was big and comfy. Was great having both a fan over the bed and aircon, room was well insulated we only used the aircon at night. Lots of natural light.
Kitchen area was large, great big fridge. Large urn of water was supplied and topped up daily. Balcony was great to sit on for drinks, enjoyed the hammock for reading after my swim.
All the staff were good, some were outstanding in the restaurant. The restaurant was such a luxury with water views from the palapa. We did try going to a little cafe down the road for breakfast then decided to return to our hotel to enjoy the water views and their breakfast instead. Wow the smoothies are delish, ice cold and huge! Belizean stewed chicken was very tasty, I miss it already!
Location, everything was easy to access, 5 minute walk to the ferry, laundry services across the street, supermarket a minute away. All other bars and restaurants just down the road.
Pool was great! Wasn't quite as small as it looks, loved the option of the swim up bar! Lots of chairs and lounges around the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Island Magic was great! The staff was so kind and my room was beautiful! Very walkable from everything. I stayed 5 nights there as a solo traveler. I ate at the restaurant twice and it was really good! I thought I’d utilize the pool more but actually never did! Spent my time out and about this beautiful island. I want to add that when I checked out they gave me a ride to the airport. About 20 minutes later a staff member from Island Magic walked into the airport and handed me my headphones that I’d left in my room. I was ECSTATIC! What a way to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the nicer accommodations on the island. Great stay thanks so much!!

Spent 2 nights in a basic room, and 3 nights in a pool view king suite.
Both rooms had everything we needed, AC worked great, and beds were comfortable.
The grounds were small but well laid out. Nice pool, \"swim up\" bar, and restaurant.
Staff was great. From emails sent previous to our trip, to any questions or needs while we were there, everyone was super helpful and friendly.
Will be staying here again in the future.

A very nice resort on Caye Caulker. This is not a luxury resort because that is not what this island is about. We had a nice ocean view room with small kitchen. It was clean and well appointed. The hotel had a nice pool and small swim up bar. There are not many beaches on the island but the hotel has Ocean front seating by the sea wall and is very nice. It was walkable to the whole island. The staff was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights, good location, walking distance to everything on the island. Small hotel with boutique vibes. Nice quiet pool & pool bar. Balcony with chairs table & hammock. Fridge with bowls, plates, and utensils . Staff were lovely, we did have to move rooms half way through, but it was no issue and staff were accommodating. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was very good. Bar has good drinks and a happy hour.

Little details like having ice cube trays in the freezers would help. We wish the walls separating the bedroom and bathroom extended from floor to ceiling for more privacy.

We had a magical stay at Island Magic resort, from check in to check out, the staff and resort did everything to make it the absolute best stay on the island! Gregory checked us in when we arrived and he was the kindest and most welcoming front desk person we've ever had. He introduced himself and told us everything we needed to know about the resort then took us to our room and showed us where everything was. His promise to make our stay magical was heartfelt and genuine!

We stayed in two different rooms, #7 and #11. Room #7 is absolutely perfect with a pool view and direct access to the pool. With a small kitchenette, full fridge and luxurious king sized bed, we were in heaven! They provided filtered water daily along with housekeeping, fresh towels and anything else we possible needed. They even gave us a broom when I asked as the sand would get to be too much for me!! Room #11 was much smaller with two queen beds and it overlooked the village but was still a magical room to watch the storms from!

The owners are as friendly as every staff member we encountered, you can immediately tell they take great pride in their resort and customer satisfaction. The location was perfect for us as it's at the quieter, less crowded end of the island and the restaurant onsite is a wonderful gem. The food and drinks are plentiful and everything we ate from the fry jacks to the pesto lobster were amazing!

We met a couple that has been spending their birthday there for 15 years and we see

This place was perfect. We had three girls in the two double bed rooms. We had a city view which was as expected ( we hardly are in our room so this stuff doesn’t bother us). The pool and beach were stunning! We did not eat there but had several drinks and they were all tasty! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the split and a 5 minute walk from the ferry dock. They did run out of pool towels while we were there but we just put them out to dry overnight. The cleaning staff was also phenomenal. They cleaned every inch and even put things away for us, very unexpected but wonderful!

You don’t need anything else.

The sewage odors around the facility are sickening, hold your breath.

But if that’s not enough, the water in the sink had to be turned on in order to get any water in the shower (weird). No Hot Water of course.
The toilet is not very private, so you’ll need to ask your partner to step out of the room.
The food at the restaurant is not great.
I read the reviews prior to bookin. I can’t believe nobody has mentioned any of this before.

Just an OK hotel. Compared to the last hotel we stayed at, service was not as accommodating. We checked in after the allotted time and the room wasn’t ready. Pool towels were unavailable another day. They wanted to charge for water in the room (last resort had a water bubbler for us). Maybe this is just how this island differs from San Pedro but wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Vacation starts at soon as you step off the plane when you book ahead through the hotel for roundtrip airport transportation including ferry tickets. The food and drinks at the hotel were good and prices were comparable to the options surrounding.

Good morning, i was disappointed with the service. This hotel is using stink well water for our shower! I paid for a pool view and was placed in a partial pool view and
right ouside of balcony was a water drain which kept the stairs wet and slippery
We constantly asked for fresh towels and wash clothes. I was told that the towels were being cleaned. About 20 minuters we see some others with many towels. I pointed that out and was told that they would bring towels to the room. We are black people the ones with the towel wete white people!we were treated badly.

I was really impressed by how clean and well stocked this hotel was. It looks better in person that in the photographs! My room had everything I needed, it was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and I appreciated the location. It was close to everything , including dining options, but was on the towards the end so it was quite and I was able to sleep. The swing area was closed when I went so I was not able to enjoy that due to the recent passing of the hurricane. But other than that, it was great. The hotel's service of coordinating taxi and transport to the island and hotel was amazing and for the price I would highly recommend it. It made the process of arriving to the property very easy ! I highly recommend this hotel!

The tooms are large, nicely decorated and equpped with everything you need, including a refrigerator and small kitchenette area.The balcony is large and accomodates a hammock for ultimate relaxation. There is a good restaurant overlooking the water where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Wonderful place, central to the delightful village of Caye Caulker!
