It is very old and dated.
The bed is shaped to all the previous occupants (saggy!). Of the 2 complimentary bottles of water, one had been opened and a mouthful taken out then it had been returned to the fridge Luckily I did not have a car as I would not have found a parking space! I was a late check in and all parks were taken.

Alot of lights where out. 2 in the bedroom and in the powderroom, bathroom light was out, had to shower in the dark. Ants everywhere and then a cockaroach crawled into my lunch bag overnight. Saw another and killed it. Smoking area was unsafe and no where near my room.

Affordable accommodation within a few minutes drive from beaches, especially in peak holiday time. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. Water available in fridge. The kettle was old, and the clear water area was blackened so it was hard to see how full it was, the lid didnt open and the filter missing. Hard to fill with no accessable tap, used a cup and vanity tap...but it worked, so I was able to enjoy a couple of hot coffees during my stay. The shower constantly dripped and it took quite a while for the hot water to come through then it was only a trickle so I just showered under the hot cause when you added even a small bit of cold, it all went cold. I only stayed overnight so I didn't get to raise these small things with the owners, Im sure they would have helped me out if I had more time there. The room had a good layout and was spacious and more affordable compared to other places I saw closer to Coolum where I was attending most of the day.

The motel had all that I needed for a quiet stay near the beach and the hinterland. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were fine to allow me to work in my room.

I had no trouble with wifi but did not appreciate the sign in the room implying that it was the role of the motel to provide accommodation and not good reliable wifi.

There was a bit of traffic noise from David Low Way but I didn't find this too intrusive and certainly didn't stop me sleeping.

A week later I am still trying to get rid of the bedbug bites. I’m also still waiting to hear from management regarding said bedbugs. I’m very interested to see how they handle the situation.

When arrived no one in the reception.
There was s note if not attended pls. Ring this no.on the mobile. When i rung she was so rude and told me it was here days off and she wont answer any questions. And she said ring the other no. When i rung she pick and said ill be there at 2pm for check on time. All i know 2pm check i went there hoping my son can used the toilet.
I book 2 rooms rm5 and i stayed at rms.the room smells like toilets. The moment i found out no milk in the fridge she was gone. I just milk from the other room. And also prior for that she told me she doesnt like online booking. Kids was so dissapointed swimming pool was out of service, that was supposed the highlight for the trip.

Units are very tired and in need of a makeover.
The unit had a terrible musty
and was not pleasant and did spoil our overnight stay.
I think there is a great deal of attention that these units need.
The unit needs a good clean and airing, including the carpet.
No dinner plates only bread and butter plates.
Our toilet seat was broken.

Property very “tired”. No advice to guests about the convoluted lighting system in the rooms. Bathroom lighting hopeless. No advice to guests about how to operate the heating. Main switch installed upside down in the bathroom. We froze. Staff helpful. Motel is convenient to lots of places. Would not stay here again.

We were woken at 1.45am with water coming in from the air conditioner. The water went all over the floor and onto the bed.. We left early and when I rang to tell them about it the lady who answered just said she was sorry. Not bad for what I thought a very expensive room compared to many others we have booked in the last couple of months.

The cost for the wekend was vrry good
I am a beach and pool person and the distance to the closest beach was not even 5mins away. I also went into the pool. The interior of thr pool needs work, and new pool furniture would be nice. All in all i would definitely recommend this Motel to others. Will definitely be returning for another stay.

Old style motel, but was ok for one night stop. Quick check in no issues. The motel was very clean, well done.
Smart TV and microwave and mini fridge as well as crockery, toaster and jug. Bed was ok. A bit noisy as close to the main road. Good wifi. Everyone staying there in other rooms quiet. Shops and pub close.

Motel in a really great location, close to everything you need. Property is really clean, has everything you need. I stayed for three days and found the property perfect for what I required. Considering it was a last minute booking in the middle of a holiday period I think the price was quite reasonable. I am a local and it was an unfortunate incident that caused me to have to stay here at the last minute but my son and I were very comfortable with free but really good wifi, very much found it a home away from home. How there was no table to eat and watch TV from. The fridge came alive at night and woke me up 3 times. Almost impossible to fill the kettle up from the bathroom sink, the container provided to do this was broken and full of dirt. The mattress was 100 years old and so was the motel. But that's what I get for trying to save $10 a night.

Very close to sunshine plaza and beautiful beaches. Owners are very nice people who will do what they can to make the guests stay more enjoyable. Our little dog Fifi enjoyed her stay and was very comfortable, our room was very clean and cozy. Overall my son, dog and I had an enjoyable 3 night stay.

Only 1/2 the down lights were working in the rooms. The pool water was not clear and the walls of the pool were not clean, like they were brown and you could see the clean path the pool cleaner made. Not a pool I'd let kids swim in. Location was good, but for the price of $198 the price was too rich. Even though we stayed the night of the 2nd of January which is during school holidays the price of the room should have been a Max of $110
