Cons:
-Bathroom was extremely poorly laid out. As average size people, we could barely fit on the toilet. This was partly due to a giant sink and yet there was little room around the sink to put things.
-There was a dirty towel in our bathroom (with a stain that was removable)
-Small room
-Breakfast was ok, nothing special

Due to the poorly planned bathroom in particular, and the small size of the room, I cannot recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again.

Variety of breakfast options which we constantly being replenished by staff.
In the heart of old town with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Bus stops also nearby which makes it very convenient base to explore.

The hotel itself is a lovely little boutique property and the staff were the best i have encountered in Spain.

The only negative I can say is the images make it look like it is located on a nice flower lined lane, when in fact it is a scruffy back street with (harmless) homeless people sleeping every night. It felt slightly misrepresented when we first arrived.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere with ease. There were plenty of nice and tasty restaurants around. I especially loved learning about the history of the building from one of the employees. I will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place!

The hotel is good by itself it was clean and the air conditioning is superb the problem is the access to the hotel. The street access are for resident only so you can’t get there by taxi or rental car, you will have to walk with your suitcases a couple off narrow streets/alleys. The staff doesn't offer to help take your suitcases or any suitable solution so if you have any type mobility issues or just too much luggage reconsider staying here.

Beautiful Palma in great hotel.

A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out.

Excellent stay. The hotel has the perfect location in the Old Town.
Everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Loads of nice eateries and bars in the area.
Only negative was at night the aircon was turnt to heat mode and this made the room uncomfortable if you like a cool room.

Great location , enabling you to walk easily to key locations. Lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. What I liked least, was some chair fabrics such as in reception area were grubby. On arrival to room there was a smell of sweat. The shower grouting needs a deep clean. This did not impact on our overall stay.

The hotel was a lovely old convent that is up a quiet alley just off the main area. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and there is an outside courtyard that has tables, couches, heaters and a staff that caters to you. The room was very clean and really quiet. We were on the third/top floor and there is an open deck on the roof that was not available in March. We really enjoyed everything about this property. When we left, there was a bag with breakfast for us.

This hotel is wonderful and a true hidden gem. Situated in a back street tucked away from the main shopping streets in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Palma you could not ask for a better location.

The property itself is appointed to a very high standard and the staff are so extremely helpful and really made our stay special.

This is quite a difficult review to write because we really loved the hotel but the behaviour (shouting, swearing, screaming) of another guest led to the police being called on at least two occasions, one at 02:30!

Our misfortune on night 1 of a 2 night stay was to been in the next room to this individual, so we aked to change rooms for night 2. May in reception arranged this for us - she was amazing throughout our stay, a real credit to the hotel and the wider company.

Unfortunately, this person started performing again on the 2nd evening with police again in attendance but we went out for dinner & all was quiet by the time we got back.

Would I go back - yes, we were just unlucky and I would not that against the hotel or the staff, who were clearly not used to dealing with such appalling behaviour. If it was my business, I would have a zero tolerance approach to such behaviour and this individual would have been told to leave after the first instance. Maybe that is something the company can reflect on when they next review their policies and procedures.

The reception to the hotel was very pleasant and situation very good. However, the room was tired, dirty, flaky paint, ill fitting doors, mould in the bathroom and small. This is more 2 star. Raising concerns with the staff they said there was nothing they could do and there was no manager present. Dreadful experience. Poor breakfast. UHT milk. Limited choice as they ran out of pastries and said once they are gone there is no more!

Icon Rosetó is a lovely little boutique hotel in a converted convent, in a great, central location, just 10 mins walk from La Seu, 7 mins from Passeig Del Born and 12 mins from Plaça de España. Breakfast was lovely, and receptionists were friendly and helpful. Despite the central location, it is located in the middle of back streets, so is very peaceful and quiet. We had a room on the first floor, with a spacious terrace with loungers and a table and chairs overlooking the pretty courtyard. Loved everything about this hotel.

Thanks so much to Diego and Tanya for a pleasant stay and helping us to book taxis and a museum experience. They were friendly and attentive. Wonderful reception.

The bed was very comfortable and 1 bottle of water was provided daily. The room has strong airconditioning, just remember to close the windows so it can turn on. The breakfast was great too. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to the amazing cathedral.

The only thing is the water easily escapes from the shower to the bathroom floor. The foot towel becomes soaking wet. There is also no shelf in the shower to put your toiletries. This can be taken into account if the hotel is renovated. But I would still be happy to stay there again.

This hotel is in full construction mode. Scaffolding all over the court yard and jack hammers and loud bangs of sledgehammers. There was no indication of this going on and the price did not reflect this inconvenience at all. When we asked about why were not informed about this we were told that they also were unaware of this happening. Which is obviously not true. The scaffolding alone would be a big job. The pool was a pile of broken concrete. The water was shut off twice and once was in the morning in the middle of trying to shower. We had to complain extensively to only be compensated by one night. Then we had to pack up and move to they’re other hotel which was a much smaller room since I originally paid for a premium room with a balcony etc and we didn’t get that in the next hotel. Also lost water in the new hotel as well. I would never recommend this hotel or the hotel tres which is the second one.

A most fabulous hotel

A fantastic hotel in the heart of the city, with beautiful rooms, a fabulous and delicious breakfast and the staff are so friendly. Great facilities - fridge, normal amenities, slippers provided and a nice touch of giving us a little platter after we had checked in. The roof top terrace is also brilliant. Super clean, excellent location, quiet street. This place used to be a convent so just imagine how different from all other conventional hotels. Classic but with all modern comfort. The hotel is in a prime location. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is decent, but it's the same thing every day. It gets boring if you're staying there for five nights like we did. Our hotel room was clean, but the setup was very inconvenient: a tiny little sink right next to the exit door, no sink in the bathroom, and barely any table space to place your stuff.

We arrived on Friday 28th April 23 - staff were amazing. However on Saturday we advised one member of staff that our shower was flooding and water may seep into the bedroom and it needed attending to. When we went back to our room on Saturday we assumed all was fixed. However when we had a shower on Sunday morning the whole bathroom was full of water. I asked to speak to manager on Sunday evening and was advised they will be back in on Monday. Having spoken to the manager on Monday, all she could offer me was 20 Euro refund or change to a different room. However I was quite disappointed with the level of professionalism as would have expected a better compensation. I refused the change of room as would have expected this to have been offered on Saturday as I said to the Manager \"no point moving for one night\" as we check out on Tuesday Am.

We feel this has ruined our Stay! Would've have expected a better level of service for a highly rated hotel.

An excellent location for exploring the city, close to sightseeing spots! The hotel was very nicely decorated. The terrace on the top floor was fab - beautiful views and nice to spend a bit of time. The staff were all really friendly and great service. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The only minor issue was the bathroom would completely flood when showering - we were in the accessible room so there was no edge on the shower - the shower curtain did not stop the water spreading and the entire bathroom floor was covered. The breakfast had a great selection and was tasty.

Nice boutique hotel but disappointing check in

We really enjoyed our stay here .... but guests have to be prepared for the slightly off the street location. The area near by has many shops and restaurants and is convenient enough to the downtown and Cathedral. We enjoyed the breakfast in the garden area. Our only disappointment is that when we arrived we were given what is probably the worst room in the hotel. Small, interior without a view, a bit dreary in fact, with tiny & not updated bathroom. We asked for a different option and were then provided with a much better room, same rate and same size but courtyard view and updated bathroom. We should have been given that room to begin with.

Great location

Superbly located in the heart of Palma. Modernised old building around a lovely courtyard. Staff fantastic. Stayed in April, Hotel was a little short of open amenities as a result.

This hotel is in a brilliant location for discovering Palma Old Town. The front of house staff were more than helpful in all manner of things, and the breakfast was excellent.

My only gripe was that I booked a superior double room with twin beds (Expedia states that twin beds are possible in this style of room) unfortunately this is not the case and only double beds available. I had to change to a much smaller room which was disappointing as it all felt a little squashed. Having said this it was no fault of the hotel more Expedia.
