We noticed a nasty musky smell as we arrived and opened up the sofa bed to a absolutely disgusting mattress and we was told the sofa wasn’t supposed to be used as a sofa bed but sitting on it with that underneath is appalling and unhygienic.
The other mattresses on the beds were not as bad but very well worn out and slightly stained.
We did not stay and travelled back the same day.
The own refused a refund and seemed rather rude.

Perfect location for us as we were visiting Paulton's Park. The apartment itself was of ample size, fitting us and our two children in with plenty of space. Bathrooms are snug but perfectly functional. The place was clean, with basic functional products, eg. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Check in and out was simple with a key safe box and code given via text message. Plenty of sleeping space with 2 doubles, and a single, and space for a travel cot. 2 sofas in the lounge. All good but I found the beds quite firm, and my hip suffered a little, but that's just personal, nothing wrong with them. Were happy to find a fan available in each room for use in the heat. Was always spaces for parking each day. We stayed 3 nights.

Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.

We were disappointed with the property as it did not match the description. It is also too far from any shopping centres and the bus system is unreliable. Staff were very helpful and responsive. No coffee, tea or milk provided, one small soap, one toilet roll and a small shower gel for 4 nights. On request we were given extra shower gel and toilet paper. Outside was dirty with cigarette butts lying everywhere, no alarm clock, dvd player, bath, heated towel rail or safe as advertised(not even a towel rail). Lack of power points and no instructions for dishwasher and washing machine.

The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower.

The property is far from basically everything. You have to have a car to stay here otherwise you’ll walk a long way to get to anything or use Uber all the time. Doors in the property were not working/closing/locking and the dishwasher won’t open.

There was people staying in the other apartments but we didn't hear any noise. It was summer so I slept with the window open. There was very little traffic noise either.
The kitchen had everything we needed but we didn't do any cooking.
The couches were not very comfortable and the bed was alright but not a hotel mattress, so I don't think I wouldn't to stay for any length of time, but I would use again if I am in the area.

Very nice apartment. Bedroom verticals need replacing with room darkening drapes as windows face east. Caretakers were very willing to bring us what we asked for in the way of kitchen amenities and toilet paper but a chopping board should have been included. Toilet needs fixing - runs continuously. Enjoyed the second bathroom. Low mattresses and ceramic tiles (slippery when wet) make the apartment questionable for elderly folks.

We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. The guy who came to sort out the alarm also helped with the TV and he was really nice, even gave us recommendation where to visit in the area. Someone turned off the freezer so it was half defrosted when we arrived, we had to clean it first before as ice and water was failing out when we opened it.... but it was a good place to stay, my family enjoyed it.

Nice apartment with ample onsite parking. Very clean, everything worked okay. Got the apartment ready for 13.00 without extra change which was much appreciated. Could do with a few more of everything, ie plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Fine for me but may be a bit tight if 4 people staying. Nothing immediately close so to go for a drink, meal etc it was the car.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU... Uber failed to pick us up so we missed our bus to Stanstead Airport. We had turned our key in and it was cold and rainy. We called the manager. He told us how to get back into the building, got us a ride the 120 miles to the airport and couldn't have been kinder. Not many people will go the extra mile as this man did.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was easily big enough for the 3 of us, comfortable and clean, with pretty much everything you need for self-catering. If I had to be picky, if you used both showers at the same time, 1 of the showers lost a bit of water pressure, but it was still enough to shower and just a very minor point and not a problem at all. Would definitely stay again

The staff were great - accommodating with an extra parking space, responded to queries immediately and did everything they could to fix the issues we had. Cannot fault them.
But unfortunately the Wifi was so weak I had to sit by the door of the 2nd appt I moved into to be able to get strong enough signal to do simple Google searches for work - pretty uncomfortable sitting on the floor (or in the small reception area) for 8hrs at a time during a week.

The apartment was very well situated. Nice quiet area. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. Booking into the apartment was easy and our stay hassle free. Not the biggest of apartments but we out most of the day so didn't mind too much. Plus i didn't complain - had i maybe i would get moved to a larger one so can't fault management on it. Only thing I'd say is bring a brush or mop as laminate got a bit dirty. Also i took a small picnic mat so my little one could play on the floor if she wanted.

A great base for our 2 night stay. Spacious and comfortable decent linen and towels.
However I really feel the property could do with being cleaned properly - the kitchen was not very clean, cupboard fronts and handles dirty, the microwave was awful, inside covered in food from previous occupants. Also how can guests wash up when there is no plug provided in the kitchen sink. Thankfully we took dishwasher tablets and washed EVERYTHING before we used it! I’m thankful that I packed all my own cleaning products which really shouldn’t be the case when you’re trying to enjoy a weekend away.

Confirmation said apartment had a balcony with views over Southampton we were on the 1st floor and would have had a view of the carpark, only we had frosted Windows.
Kitchen poorly equipped with no coking utensils, no colander no chopping board no scissors. Took eggs to have scrambled for breakfast, but no mixing bowl or whisk.
Some of the furniture was chipped, and the laminate floor had not been laid properly and moved when you stood on it, quite dangerous.
The shower door had broken so they had but a curtain up but it was black so blocked out the light when you were in the shower.
Needed a degree in engineering to use the cooker.

Everything was ok. We wanted somewhere to sleep, chat and cook. However, due to the long list of rules, we felt uneasy cooking. There were no bath mats or hand towels in either bathroom. The shower door in the shower only bathroom did not close properly and so the water spilt out onto the floor, which means that not having a mat caused problems. There were cobwebs in the kitchen next to the washing machine and some of the crockery were dirty.
The location was on a very, very busy road and so I am not sure if I would recommend this property to friends on holiday. Maybe if I was working and looking for a long-term rent.

The apartment is on a main road and it's just too noisy. Having a conversation in the apartment was hard, whenever a truck or car went past (which was frequently) we literally had to stop talking until it passed.
