Hotel a little out of the main centre but only takes ten minutes to walk there. Near a bus stop to the station. Everything felt new and efficient. Room quite expensive, maybe because there aren't lots of hotels in Lugano. Room itself was sizable.

Everything was walkable. Good links to bus stations especially with the Ticino ticket that gives you free public transport. I wasn’t aware of this until the concierge informed me. Room was nice enough and breakfast had enough options.

Very new and modern. Great spacious rooms. It’s certainly not 4 stars, but we had a very pleasant stay. And shout out to Katia - she made us feel very special and welcome!

It’s around 15 mins walk to the main areas, but a nice quiet hotel room. Which we appreciated.

OK but nothing special

The stay was pleasant but it was definitely not a 4-star hotel. It was more like an upgraded ibis, friendly (except one manager looking guy at the reception) but basic service and super standard facilities & breakfast without any special charms. No complaints, but I would stay at a different hotel of the same star-rating next time which I stayed before in the area. Location was good.

Very clean and modern hotel that is in a nice, quiet location. It is walkable to the old city and lake (flat sidewalk, roughly 15 minutes). The staff were friendly.

Great stay, would come back

Friendly and professional yet down-to-earth staff. Katia at the breakfast service was one of a kind, someone you won't forget about. She was relaxed, charmy and \"everywhere\" at the same time - great hospitality!
The hotel is 10 minutes from the lake, and it's fresh and clean. The only downside was the pillow which to me was too thick.
All in all, very good stay!

After check in, turned on the air conditioning unit beginning temperature of 22... After a few hours the temperature had climbed 22..23.. 24.. I had called and spoke with Sergio at the front desk, he had come up to take a look. The unit was indeed on and running full speed.. he simply turned to temperature request to 10 and assured that it will be fine in an hour or two.. it continued to climb 24.. 25.. and 26 by midnight.. I had opened the window to do the best I could to cool the room down, the best I could get it down by in the morning was 23/24. Was unable to sleep, was very uncomfortable and had better stays far out in the low country of Appenzell.. certainly not a city 4 star hotel where I booked the best room they had. Very unpleased, I spoke with Tatiana upon checkout and explained the situation once more. She issued a sincere apology, but was unable to do anything for me since we booked through Expedia. Looking for some assistance please, booking through this service has left me in a position of inconvenience.

Good hotel, but more targeted to business travelers. The room is great, bed is comfortable. Parking is underground, and the entrance is quite narrow, but its handy.

Excellent modern hotel

This is a chic modern hotel well situated at around 10 minutes walk for the lake, the town and the Monte Bre funicular. Rooms are very chic. Personally we don't go a bundle on the glass enclosed toilet and shower room concept but it certainly reflects the modern styling. Breakfast was very good with freshly squeezed orange juice, plenty of choices and the fanciest coffee machine you will ever see which made a very nice Latte Macchiato. The receptionists were very helpful, happy to print out bus timetables and even luggage. Really an excellent place to stay in Lugano.

Reasonable price but good hotel

If you are visiting Lugano, you can consider staying in this boutique hotel. Very nice rooms, good linens, toiletries, free flowing tea / coffee supplements, daily replenishment of bottled water and cold drinks. Best part is the very cooperative and helpful staff and very good breakfast.

Great, Modern and Clean

The Hotel is brand spanking new, very simple and clean. I chose this instead of all the previously visited hotels in Lugano, because I appreciate the new, modern look and I am developing an adversion for drapes and old style furniture. Included breakfast is really good. Only downside is that there aren't any additional perks, like a gym or restaurants.

About 15-20 minutes walk to the center where all the nice restaurants are. I recommend this hotel as other hotels closer to the center are much more expensive.

We are Americans who were in town to visit one of the universities with our son. We choose this hotel since it was close to Piazza Grande, had free wifi and had a breakfast included in the rate. First, we prepaid for a Junior Suite for 4 people, and were told upon checkin they had a problem with our room. So they upgraded us to two separate rooms next to each other for no additinoal fee. Then, the hotel receptionist in the evening was absolutely spectacular. She went out of her way to translate for us, she also gave us free bus tickets/tour tickets, and ensured the taxis took us where we needed. She even ordered us food delivery as our Italian was not so great. I can’t say enough that this hotel had service that rivaled your very high end five star hotels. Well done and we would highly recommend to any Americans traveling to Lugano!

We only stayed at the hotel for one night. It we were very impressed with the hotel. Hotel is not located in the main part of the city but it is within walking distance to the Piazza. You can catch buses to the hotel if artived by train. The reception staff was extremely helpful and recommended us a nice restaurant for dinner. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Hotel is new, stylish, modern, clean and nicely equipped. Staff is friendly and efficient. Note that hotel is not in center of town, but 10-12 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away (bus stop is a block from hotel). Area is quiet. Complimentary tourist pass given at check-in provides free bus/tram/funicular travel and local discounts. Bathroom has glass walls with curtained divider - which can be awkward/ inconvenient if sharing your room with another person. Great restaurant nearby - Ristorante Canvetto Luganese.

The hotel is quite new and modern, facilities are ok and staff is kind. It is just far away from being a 4,5 star hotel (Swiss Standard). Bed's are rather unconfortable, there is no restaurant, spa etc..Underground parking is super tight and room design is rather simple (boring).

1.雖然離車站稍遠，但從車站走到飯店都是下坡，入住後即有免費市區交通卡，所以隔天前往車站，在附近搭6號公車上坡至車站只需五分鐘車程，而且巴士時刻表相當準點，非常好控制時間。
2.隔音超好，住宿當晚有歐洲杯球賽，外面即使有歡呼聲，房間內什麼也聽不到，只是住宿的房間可能正好有管線，偶有呼嚕嚕聲，但不至於擾人。
3.房間裝修算蠻新的，我主要過夜，為了隔天早上往琉森的觀光列車，這裡比起車站旁的房價，相對優勢。
