This property was everything and more than we could have imagined. The spa facilities were incredible, we had pickleball, bowling, 8 wonderful restaurants, a variety of well placed and positioned pools. The room was spacious, and an excellent ocean view, with roomy deck which also had a hot tub on it. There was great music available, and the beach was an excellent walk. We will go back to this resort. Staffing was excellent also. The food was above the quality of most resorts in freshness, cleanliness and choices.

Room was great…pictures misleading though…aggressive time share/resident club reos, particularly the third person who gets involved as you say no…i hate the aggressive táctics especially at the beginning of your stay…it leaves a bad taste in your mouth….credits you received per night can’t be used on most things, and the things they can be used on only can be used on particular days can only be used on spa, dolphin and one other thing which i forget, and it is a discount not an actual isabel credit in that you still have to pay 30% of the services which are highly over priced….the best part of the trip was all the waiter staff from poolside to restaurants…they were amazing all round, couldn’t help but tip every single one…wouldn’t bring kids under 5 here or to cabo in general because there isn’t much for them to do…also there are still alot of things you have to pay for even though it’s all inclusive.

Good food and drink, beautiful beach, clean, lots of pools with excellent staff, pretty grounds, families seem to really enjoy.
CONS:
Far from Cabo San Lucas - cab ride $45 and an hour from airport, lacklustre entertainment, vultures surrounding you after check in to entice you into a breakfast that is \"not time share\" - trying to push the legacy club. When our dude said \"I work on commission and need to feed my family\" I was out.
Make or break: BREAK
Weddings literally right outside our balcony. Could not enjoy a coffee in the morning during set up or take down or a drink before dinner on our ocean view balcony. CRAZY!
I would never return to a Hard Rock Hotel based on this experience.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were wonderful, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive - I can’t think of a single flaw. We especially loved the teppanyaki and Italian restaurants, and spent most of our days at the members pool. Each day we had room service breakfast on our deck overlooking the ocean while whales played. I was sad to have to come home.

Great rooms. You can never go wrong w an all inclusive. Definitely don’t waste 3 hours of your time and do the presentation. It’s like a time share. Very sales oriented. You get $1500 hotel credits, but the only availability was a massage 1 day so I left w $1000 in hotel credits.

It is a newer hotel in Los Cabos area. The room is spacious and clean. The food are amazing, better than most of all-inclusive hotels. We especially like the food from restaurant UMO, very tasty. The service is good, staffs are very helpful. Before the trip, I read some reviews that the hotel may be noisy due to parties, it didn't happen to us. There was a wedding event near our room corner, and it ended at 10:30 pm per hotel quiet policy. We enjoyed the stay, and will come back next time.

If I could vote it 4.5 That's what I feel it should be. Only improvements would be less time share peeps trying to push the deal on whatever they were trying hard to push. And the baked goods in the cafe are always stale. I wouldn't eat anything in there unless you're drunk last midnight. And too many weddings. (Every night outside) Im 45 with a kid and I like night activity but man it's loud until midnight at least. Sometimes 1 am. But this resort has way better food than most & fantastic staff. It's clean and a newer building. (under construction on far nightside from the front. (looked like an add on...... ) noisey over on that wing only .

Food was great and the Deluxe Family suite was perfect. We have 2 kids and 2 adults in our group. Poolside Wood fired pizza, Italian Restaurant and steakhouse were very good. Spa was great as well. Hydrotherapy session was great with steam room and sauna. Melli doing activities in the pool was awesome and kids enjoys volleyball and water aerobics daily. Our poolside waiters were Fredi and Neto and they were unbelievable. I didn’t want to go back to Mexico after my last Cancun visit but my wife convinced me to try Cabo and the Hard Rock. We went for 7 days and rooms were great and all had good mattresses, bathtubs and showers. Maid service each day was great as well. Nightly activities were great as well. Great place to watch NFL playoff football as well. Great atmosphere. Couldn’t really ask for more in a resort and the service from the 3 individuals above in particular made the stay next level and enjoyable beyond my expectations. Booking again next year.

Everything was excellent!! We loved it! Room service was the BEST so fast and so good! The concierge Hussein went above and beyond for us. We couldn't find him when we were leaving to thank him personallywe had a terrible experience unfortunately with the people that were putting together the excursions and we’re offering free excursions in exchange change for having us attend a presentation. Our backs went out during the trip. We were in a lot of pain and we could not go on the excursion, nor could we walk around the whole property for the presentation when she misled me to believe that it was in a room sitting or something for one hour. Then when it came right down to it, it was going on extensive walks around the property and inspecting and looking at various rooms and things. Inappropriate for us we couldn’t do it so we tried to cancel, and then we were told that we would still have to pay for the excursion, even though we could not attend because of medical issues. Very, very disappointed at that and ultimately we got out of it and had to sign a settlement agreement saying we would not discuss it. Well, I’m discussing it now. I guess that’s OK because you asked for the info, you asked me to tell you how everything was and as far as the hotel goes, it was wonderful, but those services for those people that were doing that well that was abysmal, and I felt that they were liars and cheats, and just as bad as the people in the airport right before you walk outside in SJD. .

The hotel operates like a cruise ship. Activities run all day, but most are structured around cost control and operational efficiency rather than guest experience. Pool hours end early, rules are unusually restrictive, and policies are designed to simplify operations. The issue is that the entire operation is built around selling timeshare

Despite being all-inclusive, it is only inclusive at a very basic level. Anything better requires payment, in many cases, payment is not possible unless you first go through the “Vacation Planning” desk, which is the disguised timeshare operation. The adults-only pool has no shade, while cabanas sit unused but can only be accessed through Timeshare desk. The spa credit offered at check-in also requires going through the same desk

Restaurants are first-come-first-served, but lines can reach an hour. Food quality is consistently poor, not due to preparation but to low-quality industrial ingredients

The kids club is heavily restricted. In a hotel of this size, limiting access to 15 children at a time, parents are made to reserve the day before. Staff are friendly but clearly inexperienced and unprepared

In short, service is poor by design. Staff are polite and apologetic but powerless. If you are comfortable with friendliness masking minimal service, this hotel may work for you. I am not the target guest and not going back.

We had a wonderful week after Christmas at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. The resort is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent, especially for an all inclusive. We loved our room- swim up suite. That was a great option for our family to have a more private pool in the afternoons. The room was not that large, but it worked for our family of three. Our favorite restaurants were Umo, Zen and Toro. Visited the spa for a few massages one day and that was a great experience as well. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome experience! Room housekeeping was great, bar service was excellent. Welcome mimosas at the Market was a nice way to start each day. Lots of entertainment for the kids. Appreciated the entertainment staff, although could use more female dancers. Pool seats were hard to come by, but staff was very helpful. All of our dining experiences were wonderful, except the first night we ate at the main area Mexican restaurant and the service was a little slow. Italian and Japanese were our favorite. Staff were all very friend and attentive. We booked 2 tours through the hotel, and they were smooth sailing from transportation to tour guides. All excellent! Spa service was very nice with the perk of complementary hydrotherapy. Massage was just ok as the pressure was a little light. Will definitely recommend and plan to return! Gracias

MOLD in Bathtub, shower & outdoor tub! This was a suite. Filthy. Floors wet with hairy floors. Yuk! Flies over all Buffett food areas. Will hold you hostage for pay if you don’t have your bracelet for the room entry. No drinks offered upon arrival. Once you check in they stick workers on you to try to get you to do a house tour for free stuff, once they see you can’t be hussled, those guys are angry at you. No hospitality. No greeting you or smiling at you. The women workers here have terrible attitudes! The kids club is a joke! Location sucks! Good luck.

What’s disappointing is the food, very few choices and the choices available not up to the mark. The hotel has an Indian head chef but Indian food was the worst of all.
The other part that feels like a rip off is the activities, extra charges for every activity on top of what we pay at the resort. Especially the ATV/UTV, Camel ride, sky biking package activity is a scam, for a group of 7 we paid $1225 to reserve at the resort but at the location they collected another $375 for some fees, insurance etc…on top of it photo package was next level scam, the guy said they will charge $250 but ended-up charging $280 citing “some” fees. If you can avoid this ATV/UTV activity recommend by the resort, try something outside.

Amazing stay at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. Perfect for kids, nice pools with water slides, kids arcade, bowling, kids club etc. Big shoutout to the entertainment crew - Andy and Lore, they kept the crowd alive with daily activities in the pool. The Christmas pool party was amazing. Huge thanks to the Concierge team, especially Gonzalo from Concierge team made us feel like home, he was regularly in touch with us and also spoilt us with Christmas gifts! Thanks to Gonzalo.
The restaurants were superb, food was delicious. Umo and Teppanyaki at Zen were the highlights. Also The Market had such great spread of food- I was surprised to find Indian cuisine (really yummy Indian food). Not to forget Caffeto for yummy ice cream, coffee and quick snacks. Also Pizzeto for quick pizza by the pool.
Overall a great experience and worth the money.

The room cleanliness was terrible. You can visibily see the dirt on the floor, mirrors and other surfaces. It was if the room had not been cleaned from the past 6 guest. They are adding another building so the partial ocean view is obstructed by the construction and if you step to the very tip of the balcony you see more of the ocean. I reported the issues to the staff and they were very nice. However, the new room they put us in was dirty as well. While using the bathroom I saw a roach and the room was not fully clean. The Zen restaurant was closed two of the nights while there and the iPad that had information regarding activities around the hotel had the wrong dates. So I missed the fire show and foam party. Overall I would never stay again and my experience was horrible. I moved my flight up on my departure day so that I can leave as soon as possible.

It was a wonderful stay, the room, common areas, and grounds were very clean. The service was incredible, very attentive staff. Pool-we spent our pool time at the family pool, the entertainment staff does a phenomenal job keeping everyone engaged. Lily really worked hard at keeping the pool goers engaged. Joan our server at the pool was excellent, he provided top notch service, checking on us regularly and fulfilling drink and food orders accurately. Restaurants - we ate at all the restaurants and they were wonderful. Los Gallos the mollete for breakfast is so good as was the chilaquiles and ceviche for lunch divine. UMO the brisket para taquer is excellent for a starter. The short rib and Chamorro Cochinita Piblil, were excellent. TORO- Excellent service by I think her name was Catalina, we went with the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly, excellent flavor just seasoned with salt and pepper the marinated vegetables are very good too and Cacoa for dessert is a must. Caio - WOW!! Italian is my favorite and this restaurant is top notch, this chef really has put together an absolutely delicious menu. Parmigiana di Melanze - Phenomenal!!! The Surf n Turf is excellent and worth the extra expense. La Roman pizza excellent flavor, I prefer a crispier crust but not a deal breaker. Arrabbiata was excellent I am a huge fan of Tagliatelle and this dish did not dissapoint. Caffeto - coffee was excellent we had it daily. Zen - very good rib eye bao buns were delicious.

Our room was not in the best state. Booked a room for 4 but my two boys didn’t fit so we had to ask for a roll in bed. The pull out bed was so I uncomfortable the springs was all you could feel. We had to ask for a pillow top and extra blankets to put on top of it and still he had a terrible sleep for 5 nights as it was so uncomfortable. Our shower amenities were empty also and we had to call down for soap.
Our food bar was never restocked the whole stay but our families in others rooms were everyday.

Our key pad to get into our room died and they sent us to the front desk twice before they realized it and then the door people took another half and hour to fix while we missed lunch with our family.

We were very disappointed in these things and we shouldn’t have this much trouble on an all
Inclusive vacation for my moms 80th.

The resort was good and the food was good overall, however when we went to our room. They gave our room next to staff work area, there was lots of noise and sometimes it was hard to rest due to the amount of noise. Also, I was expecting partial ocean view but our front desk guy gave us resort view which was showing the area were they set up the parties, this was another bummer since there was lots of noise from different preparations such as thanking.

Room was good, staff was good, food was good, Toro Steakhouse was amazing, Eden pool and Pool Bar were phenomenal. Omar and Yoni had amazing service. My only reason for 4 stars is that breakfast was not great, it was just average and I consistently had to say “no thank you” to being upsold. Overall, great hotel for families and first timers.

This hotel was horrible. We selected the swim up suite but the swim pool was full of bugs and was freezing. Room was dirty, still had prior guest leftovers. Stayed in three days but still not clean up. Entire hotel management and services was not professional.
