From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place sets a high standard for hospitality and guest experience. The resort itself is top notch – beautifully maintained grounds, modern facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our vacation feel truly special.
The staff deserves special praise. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What stood out most was how they remembered our names throughout the stay.
The gym facilities were excellent. It was well-equipped with a wide variety of machines, plenty of free weights, and ample space.
Dining was another highlight. We ate at multiple restaurants throughout our stay, and the food was great each night. The variety of restaurants made for a unique dining experience for each meal.

Well maintained and staffed luxury resort with strong amenities. Due to its location the beach is not swim able, the only flaw in this beautiful place. A long shuttle ride is needed to a related property to get into the ocean. There is no airport shuttle: a private transport must be arranged separately.
Restaurants are all excellent and the all inclusive plan covers nearly everything on the menu.

Staff in general were amazing. As an American born into tipping culture I brought a lot of small USD bills to tip at least $2 USD per drink and $5+ for room service and additional $5 for housekeeping per occurrence. Awesome service the entire week, except for our last day where we felt the pool service was lacking - we had the impression our tipping may not have been good enough. We felt a bit neglected during our 6 hours by the pool, the server checked in once and we flagged him down for our other 3 drinks. here are a lot of upcharges to eat at the best restaurants - you also have an option for shuttle service to other company owned properties including all-inclusive perks for food and pool/beach access. Overall a solid experience, do not go here if you are looking for a deep nightlife experience. It gets incredibly quiet and nothing to do after 10pm. You’ll have to take a ride to Cabo proper for any late night fun outside of your bedroom. Great couples escape. I needed a massage and overspent at the spa, but loved the experience, convenience and service provided. Additionally, the beach is dangerously beautiful, reserve a cabana or just go and watch the waves roll in FROM A DISTANCE. Cabana is well worth a beach day away from pool politics. Reserve your pool spot by 11am - might be worse in busy season.

First, our initial room was not cleaned properly. The sheets were dingy and stained, which was very disappointing. Additionally, there were no bath towels or washcloths in the room, requiring us to call housekeeping for basic amenities. The room also had a strong sewage odor. After we reported the issue, maintenance visited our room twice before we were eventually moved to a suite. Unfortunately, the suite was no better, as the sewage smell remained present.

Second, the food quality was inconsistent. Meals were frequently served either cold or only slightly warm. The only positive aspect was having access to the dining options at the other two properties.

Third, while most staff members were friendly and courteous, we had a disappointing experience at the bar located near the lobby. On Saturday, my sister and I visited the bar and immediately felt unwelcome. The bartender never acknowledged us or offered assistance. We asked if the NBA Championship game could be turned on since we were the only guests at the bar, and we were told it was not possible because Amazon Prime was unavailable. However, after leaving, we were able to watch the game in our room without any issue, which made the explanation seem inaccurate.

Lastly, this property has potential, but needs improvement. Housekeeping staff should receive additional training on proper room-cleaning standards and on removing stained or worn linens and towels from service.
And all guests should be treated respectfully.

We had a great overall experience at this resort. The food was outstanding and easily the best all inclusive food we’ve had. There was a great variety, and everything was fresh and well prepared.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they are definitely showing their age and could use a remodel. That said, the property was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

One feature we really appreciated was the shuttle service to the other properties and the golf course. It was convenient, reliable, and made it easy to enjoy everything the resort area had to offer.

While the rooms could use an update, the excellent food, great service, and convenient amenities made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly the worst perfect location! As the house is in a “no vehicles” area, you’ll likely get dropped off above the house. Just go down the stairs a couple of levels and the house will be in your left, right on the stair path. It doesn’t have the same name as what it’s called in Expedia/VRBO, but the host will send a picture.
It was really a luxury to have sooooo much space. Bedrooms are on the second level and are quite spacious. Beds are comfortable. One bathroom on ground level with shower & one in second level.
Kitchen has enough to prep meals, but kitchen scissors would have come in handy.
Main level has large dining room, living room, laundry room, kitchen & solarium. Windows are European 2-way opening, so perfect for adjusting breezes. You literally can see the old town & sea from the solarium area. Beautiful!!
We did have some issues getting dryer to work, but maybe operator area as labels were not in English.
Host was wonderful. We landed in the morning, but were allowed to drop off our luggage before 3 pm, which was a godsend.
The backyard is gorgeous. Very well kept and a really nice place to have a glass of wine and soak up the sun.
Suggest you do bring earplugs if you’re an early sleeper. There is a play court next door (basketball? Soccer?) where neighborhood kids play in evening.
Would absolutely, absolutely stay here again though.

My wife I just got back from a week here. From check in to check out, the staff at Pacifica made us feel welcome the entire time. The level of hospitality, by the entire staff, is first class. Rooms are updated and very clean. I would encourage everyone to upgrade to the Towers and butler service. We had the privilege of having Rodrigo and Itamar as our butlers and they truly made our stay one of ease and cannot begin to tell you how great the level of service was. The waiters at the pool are attentive and make sure you are taken care of while lounging. The restaurants at Pacifica are great. Wide selection on the menu and we didn’t have a bad meal. We really enjoyed Siempre. Whether it was Sunday brunch, weekly breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food there did not disappoint. Take advantage of the restaurants on the other resorts by making use of the shuttle service. You have to go to Sunset first to get to Rose and Blanco or get a taxi for $20. At. Blanco, I would recommend Cilantros. The food is great and the view is just as good. If you are looking for an adult only resort that has quiet evenings and laid back days, Pacifica is for you. We are already planning our next trip to the resort and can’t wait to get back.

We had a wonderful week. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Spent most of our days relaxing poolside. Francisco was the best! He was always checking in on us to make sure we were well taken care of with food and drinks. Also enjoyed the many activities available. Manny was a great activities director. The 5 min poolside massages were also great. Buffet breakfast every morning was fantastic, along with the dinners each evening. The sushi restaurant was the best! Views were amazing from anywhere on the property. Highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed! Only suggestion is if you travel here this time of year (May), it was windy and the nights are much cooler than we expected. So be sure to bring some warmer dress attire.

I spent one week at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and had a fantastic/relaxing time. The adults-only atmosphere made it the perfect escape. I particularly enjoyed Steak House Restaurant and Penninsula , pool all inclusive services were excellent and A huge shoutout to Amanda who saved me life by providing me with real Aloe Vere after having to much sun She made my stay special. While you can't swim in the ocean here, the pools are beautiful and the shuttle to the sister resorts makes it easy to explore. Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet luxury getaway!\"*I like the fact you can use all Pueblo Bonito resorts and enjoy time there as well where you can swim in the Ocean at the El Medano Beach at Rose Resort My one of the Best Vacation Loved that and I give 10/10 for all accommodation.

Quite possibly one of my worst trips to Cabo. The most rudest staff members.. extremely unhelpful. Anytime you ask him a question they would say refer to the app. The concierge was absolutely horrid. It was more like a retirement home than an adult hotel. We pretty much stayed away from the hotel the entire time we were there. We were always at the sister hotels because the stuff was much nicer and friendlier. I would ABSOLUTELY stay away from this hotel and we’ll never come back. Also, the fan in the rooms forget about using it because it makes us squeaky sound the entire night. There’s a lot of trip hazard by the pool. I actually fell and injured my shin. The pool servers are rude. They forget your order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Just got back from 5 nights at Pacifica and it was wonderful. The food was excellent, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the property overall is lovely and clean. There were weddings multiple nights but they shut them down around 11 and the rest of the night was just ocean waves. Didn't hear anything from the surrounding rooms even once. Super quiet. We are homebodies but it is very convenient to be able to take a shuttle to the golf course or the other resorts for an easy change of scenery and vibe.
Before we went I read a number of comments about the All-Inclusive vs Timeshare issues but honestly I did not find it to be a problem. All staff were very clear when an item would be an extra charge over the AI package and when we checked out there were absolutely no unexpected charges. It does take a moment longer to scan your bracelet at meals than other AI resorts where everyone is on the same package, but it's a very minor thing at worst and not a problem at all if you know what to expect.
I cannot say enough nice things about the staff, though -- our butlers Dulce and Gabriel were attentive and lovely and went way overboard arranging for birthday surprises for my husband all weekend. Waitstaff at all restaurants were helpful and friendly and we did not want for a single thing the whole time. Excellent, excellent service. We had a wonderful time and the staff was a big part of that.

Quivera steakhouse was delicious and staff was very attentive and professional. I would definitely go back! The only negative was on our last day our waiter at the pool was not attentive or friendly, and we had to flag him down numerous times to order food or drinks. The staff was wonderful the property and food was top notch and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed our time but on our last day we had planned with a friend to pick us up from the resort and bring us to the airport I called and informed the front desk the night before and gave my friends information. Car model, name and plate . They said it was perfectly fine, we then checked out the next morning. Our friend arrived and the resort and staff at the gate proceeded to harass him and stopped him claiming to be an uber driver I walked over to the staff to inform them to check with the front desk and this is my friend . Around 5 resort staff at the gate circled his car and kind of intimidated him and kept claiming he’s an Uber. This lasted for 20-25 minutes in blistering heat with our luggage standing around with a flight to catch .. I can’t say anything bad about the resort but this last interaction left a really bad impression as they claimed we are liars. All this because they want you to use the taxi drivers they work with ( I don’t use taxi in Mexico because it’s a complete rip off) they eventually let us leave after arguing and circling the car and holding us at the gate. The resort staff was wonderful the whole trip and very kind .

It was honestly amazing. I was worried after seeing some reviews, but it was an amazing time. My boyfriend and I went for 6 days and enjoyed every second of it. Francisco, one of the pool guys, was so attentive for all 6 days we were there. The drinks were STRONG! The food was good as well. Nothing blew my mind butttt it was still very enjoyable. I loved Quivara Steakhouse as well. Side note, it was very easy to find pool chairs and also very easy to make reservations. It was an amazing trip and we will definitely be back again.

Best resort food I’ve ever had, with portions that will actually leave you feeling full! Staff across resorts are very well organized and make it easy for you to access each resort with an all inclusive plan. Only negative I would say about this resort is that the rooms don’t have much storage for clothing and are honestly not what I would expect for paying premium price in the Towers. There is no nightly entertainment (if that is something you enjoy) activities are also hit or miss, depending on if that is your thing. All other aspects are amazing!

The pool was nice and heated but not warm just not shocking when you get in. The staff were super attentive and the grounds were immaculate. The sushi at Pescados was some of the best we had. Only downfall was getting sick the last night. Came on suddenly, loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhea that lasted about 8 hrs, then I was completely fine. It wasn’t a hangover, probably from some fruit I ate that my husband didn’t, he did not get sick and that was the only thing I ate that he didn’t. It’s always risk you take when traveling out of the country, different bacteria in foods you’re not used to. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s was peaceful and not too crowded, no issues getting lounge chairs at the pool. We will definitely be back!

This resort was very calm and relaxing. Exactly what I wanted. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast bar was great. Huge shout out to Alexis, Ana, Florinda, and Javier. They greeted me every morning at breakfast and were so welcoming and attentive. Thank you!

I also enjoyed how they honored the Expedia VIP status. There was a bottle of champagne in my room upon arrival with a hand-written letter. I also received a $90 credit at the gift shop.

I enjoyed the activities.. Especially the spa.

Cons:

- My sheets were not clean when I checked in but staff immediately changed them.
- Room service order was wrong twice.
- The restaurants that require reservations were mediocre.
- the shuttle is $30. I get car sick and concierge recommended I do a private “taxi” for $135. It is NOT a private “taxi.” It’s the shuttle bus by yourself. I would never have spent the money if they didn’t deceive me with that recommendation. Please don’t make that mistake. Just do the shuttle bus for $30.

Overall, I had an amazing time. The resort is well-maintained and the staff really tries to go above and beyond. I would stay here again, I just wouldn’t get a private “taxi” again.

Pretty clean property. Some staff members were amazing others were ok. It’s a quiet resort, ideal for people that don’t want a lot of people . Brutal sunset views . Cannot swim in the beach.
Food was really good.
No bathrobes though, was surprised by that.
Also during day you have to reserve and pay extra money if you want cabanas in front of the ocean. Can sit at the loungers though.
Overall pretty good.

This place is very beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The staff delivered outstanding service throughout our visit. Javier from Siempre restaurant was especially helpful, showing kindness and being very accommodating. I appreciated how he engaged with guests and shared useful tips about Cabo. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the food and drinks weren't impressive compared to other resorts I've experienced. Keep in mind the beach is not swimmable.

We loved our stay here . The resort was beautiful, large beach area , clean rooms, quiet , comfortable beds . Not a party resort at all. All the 5 restaurants were great. Food was excellent , drinks were quality and staff was always available to refill your drinks or bring food to your chair .i have zero negative things to say . I will be back .

The room was clean, but the sheets could have been higher quality and some rugs on the floor. The shower head didn't spray in a straight stream so took a while to rinse all the shampoos out of my hair. The staff were amazing as was the food - and so many options! We wish the market was closer to the Pacifica. I will definitely return!!

First off two things. If you are coming to Pacifica make some dinner reservations prior to coming you'll be thankful. Remember this is a desert location and the hotel is designed to blend into the desert. It's not a lush paradise. Go to Cancun for that. This was our 7th stay at Pacifica and we are already planning our next trip back. Yes its pricy but we take advantage of that. Nowhere else can you choose from 8+ restaurants, across 4 properties, to eat at and enjoy. The food is excellent and in good sizes so you don't overeat, unless you order more. Our favorite is always Pescados. Having a special breakfast at Cebollas is wonderful. Everyday breakfast in Siempre with fresh made omelets and other buffet food. Sundays they have extra options. Pool service is great. Remember to pay attention to the pools. Closer to the ocean, quiet, the other noisy. You can't go wrong at any of the restaurants and the poolside menu is also great. We don't do a lot of activities but most extra curriculars will pick you up at the lobby and the shuttle from the Sunset, up the hill from Pacifica, is a easy way to town. We saw multiple pods of whales in February and the waves were calm this time, but you still can't go in. Take a hike to the lighthouse, observatory, or the Mission to walk off the calories. Lastly the golf course is amazing.
