Rooms are a little on the small size, but fine.
My main criticism is the “all-inclusive” part.
This was our first time in Cabo and are first “all-inclusive”. Not everything is included and there is an up-charge, mainly if you want decent quality alcoholic beverages.

We only stayed one night. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a beautiful balcony. Since we were VIP with Expedia, they provided us with a nice bottle of sparkling wine and 2 glasses which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The room itself was a bit dated but ok for one night. We enjoyed the cushioned chairs by the pool and abundance of towels. Food was delicious in the Siempre restaurant. Probably the only thing we didn't enjoy was the pool. It was like bath water and too hot for us. When you got out of the pool, it felt chilly. Also, after you check out, they stop the All Inclusive at 2:00 when you have to stay a bit longer which I though was a bit cheap considering we paid a lot of money to stay here. Most all inclusive resorts let you use the all inclusive until 5:00 p.m. I like that they don't play really loud music all day like most resorts in Mexico. Very relaxing. The only reason I would not go back is because there wasn't enough shade around the pool as the umbrellas don't move so many times you were left in the burning sun. The architecture and landscaping was beautiful. You cannot swim in the ocean as it's dangerous, but beautiful to look at the huge waves.

I booked 2 queens they gave me a king. Room backed up to pickleball courts which play started 8 am each morning. Was disturbing Also the main tv channels #4 cvs abc and nbc did not work for 3 nights in a row. Upon check out I spoke with mgr who said he’d get back to me . No word and totally unacceptable. 3 strikes and no follow up

This staff is phenomenal!! Having Hannia and Edwardo as butlers was the “icing on the cake “. Very professional and extremely helpful. Sebastian brought our breakfast most days and greeted us with a big beautiful smile he’s outstanding. Then Cecilia provided maid service with her sweet disposition and infectious beautiful personality kept our suite nice and tidy always a big pile of nice clean towels and linens.

Beautiful resort! Very clean! Room was spacious, bright, and the bed and pillows comfortable. Great food and drinks! Appropriately quiet at night, but fun poolside during the day. Very nice fitness facility as well! Loved the access to nearby sister resort and country club. Friendly and helpful staff.
I do wish our resort had a little coffee shop/bakery because we couldn’t get the desserts at Sunset Market as take out. But overall, AMAZING!

This was the least relaxing vacation I have ever taken, with the exception of a Disney vacation, but that was for obvious reasons. The hotel is built very poorly, which is reflected in the amount of noise you can hear in your room. We selected a Tower Room, which comes with a small pool on your first floor patio. The pool pump would turn on at 6:30 am. There was clearly something stuck in the return lines, because the sound the pool made was so loud that you could hear it from the main pool. This would wake us up at 6:30 am. I do own a swimming pool sales and service company, so I can confirm that this is not a normal pool sound. Also, none of the other pools made the loud sound. I reported the issue to the butler assigned to our room, but the issue persisted. We would have to call the front desk each time to ask that they have maintenance turn off the pump in the morning or turn it off at night, so we could sleep.

Next, the walls and floor were so thin that we could hear the stream of the man's urine in the room above us hit the water in the toilet, we could hear the flush of the toilet, and then could also hear the water flowing down the pipes behind the wall of the bed. I am not sure what was happening in the room above us, but it sounded like the people were rearranging the furniture all day and night, by solely dragging each item across the floor.

The steakhouse was by far the worst experience and worst food of the trip. Stay away.

We really enjoyed this resort. It was very quiet as it was adults only and did not seem to be fully occupied. We never had any issues getting a pool chair or reservations in the restaurants. The one thing we did not like was there was nothing to do in the evenings. There's no live music or shows or entertainment. So it was very quiet. You could take shuttle to their other resorts and use their facilities. But I'm not sure if they had evening entertainment. The food was really good at Resort and next door at Sunset Resort which you could access with a quick shuttle ride. Marco the food and bev manager was excellent and very helpful

Check in process was frustrating- had to ask for a manager for a king bed and ultimately got one but seemed like unnecessary hoops. Check out not much better - took forever and the receipt didn’t match my credit card charge - ultimately gave up since I had to catch my shuddle. The staff was very friendly however pool service was under staffed and details were often missed due to language barriers. I have stayed here back in 2012 and 3015 and feel like it is lacking leadership these days and has fallen behind the competition

Not a bunch of rowdy 20 year olds lol. Had my hair cut in the spa and that area was also relaxing. very disappointing experience. No concierge assistance. Tried to book activities in advance but could only get limited responses through email. called and was told everything had to be done through email. after check in we went straight to the concierge desk who told us they could not book restaurants, spa, golf or New years eve. everything had to be done directly with spa etc no idea what the point of the concierge is if this is the case. No availability to get reservations for dinner on property for the whole of stay. This meant we had to go to other properties (which were also very difficult to get reservations for) incurring additional charges even though we had paid for all inclusive. All I could do was submit a claim form which I did when we left and was told the manager would get back to me. almost a week later and nobody has reached out. rooms are extremely in need of updating. staff on property friendly but constantly trying to upcharge. other properties looked nice. I wont be returning

We had an incredible stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, celebrating my 30th birthday.

From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Jose at the front door greeted us warmly every day and made us feel genuinely welcome each time we returned to the resort. Jose behind the bar was equally wonderful and consistently delivering great drinks.

Marco, the manager at the pool and Siempre, went above and beyond. He checked in with us almost daily whenever we saw him, always ensuring everything was going well and that we were enjoying our time. That kind of presence and attentiveness really elevated our experience.

We were fortunate to be served multiple times by Luis at both Peninsula and Pescados, and he was truly a top-tier server.

Poolside service was excellent as well, thanks to Martin, who was friendly, prompt, and always made sure we were taken care of. Giovanni, the bartender at the Airstream made some great cocktails and was great to chat with.

And of course we had a blast with Manny from the activities team. His personality made every activity more enjoyable — engaging, upbeat, and genuinely fun without feeling forced.

While there were a few very minor hiccups (nothing out of the ordinary for a resort of this size), they were handled smoothly and didn’t detract from the experience.

The property itself was great, adults only, safe vibes, and easy to travel to/from.

The entire team was great! Eduardo and Hannia were helpful and tentative with all of our requests. And made everything flow smoothly.

The bar right outside the Peninsula restaurant is where Fernando, Israel, Giovanni, and Juan are located. And that’s where the party goes down! The drinks they made were fantastic, and the attention and service they provided were exceptional. It’s like you’re at your local dive bar with lifelong friends having a cold beer or your favorite drink. If you’re staying at this resort, I definitely recommend you stop by for a drink or two in the evening.

The resort wasn’t what I expected. It’s older and needs a facelift. The room was large but outdated, and the AC was broken. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, so finding hair around the room was a turn-off, and the food was below par. However, the staff was amazing and the service was excellent. I’ve stayed at higher-end resorts in Cabo, so my standards for the week were higher.

The location and resort are beautiful. The room was quite nice. Staff does a great job and the food overall is good. The pool is heated and the hot tub a real hot tub warmed to 104. Plenty of lounge chairs.
We had problems with the air conditioning and had to have technicians come up twice to fix it but they got there quickly. Room service was sketchy. We had problems getting a pot of coffee a few mornings.

Things to be aware of.

This is really not an all inclusive. The steak house and Italian restaurant both have mandatory up charges. All the restaurants have potential for upcharges for food and drinks. So order carefully. The inclusive menu is very good. So is the morning buffet.

Huge push on the vacation club. As soon as you check in they push you that way. It's a 3 + hour hard sales push with no documentation. So be aware.

There are 2 sister resorts and the golf clubhouse and they are not walkable so expect to ride the shuttles quite a bit if you to see the other resorts and go to the food market which is a cool place.

No entertainment. No bands, performers or shows. The sports bar is very impressive. Lot of TVs and such. Pacific has some nice gas firepits by the beach and some service. But it is very quiet.

Food not enjoyable, waiter spilled drink on my husband. Two of us was delivered cold food (shrimp and beef Wellington). We ordered a Don Julio tequila which had an upcharge but it was not Don Julio. After words with the waiter he brought out the correct tequila. When we told waiter he told us we should have said something at the beginning. Had to ask for water twice. Manager did absolutely nothing! Disappointing no nightly music. Everything closes by 10 pm.
We had 6 people in our group, three rooms. We were in the tower and our two butlers Leo and Beto were so amazing !!

We always love this resort. We have been several times and are already planning our next trip back. But this year, our butler Hannia made the visit even better. I had accidentally booked the wrong type of room, she fixed that. My husband forgot a piece to his CPAP, she fixed that. We caught a lot of tuna and they wouldn’t deliver it to us, she fixed that. She truly went above and beyond and we not only miss the resort already, we miss Hannia!

Rooms were average. Food was good. Beach is pretty- cabanas are $40 per day. Made a dinner reservation and wasn’t feeling well, called to cancel but they still charged me $30 😭. The shuttle back to the airport left us when we were 1 minute late- so make sure to be there on time. Pickleball looked fun, but we didn’t play. Golf was all booked according to the app- so book early if you want to play.
