I was concerned when I first pulled in, looks like a classic motel from a 90’s movie.
But I enjoyed the clean well space room.
We had multiple rooms and none of TV’s worked properly. But I wasn’t there to watch tv so I didn’t mind. Stuff happens.
I recommend it for the price. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Don’t judge a book by its cover.

If you want to stay in an area that looks seedy and feels uncomfortable about the hotel, then this is your place. I would NOT recommend anyone stay at this location. The hotel has rubble on the roof that was falling down near walkways. Upon arrival I could not ascertain where the lobby/office was. There were people from rooms loitering near the hotel entrance and they made me feel uncomfortable. There was absolutely no cell service at the hotel. I tried to connect to their WiFi, which was another joke. I wanted to cancel my reservation and was told I wasn’t able because of the policy about 24 hours prior cancellation even though I had an email showing that I could cancel up to 3 pm on the day of check in. They wouldn’t even bother to verify that. I was at the premises prior to 3 pm. I wasted money because we went to another hotel for the night. I highly suggest travelers to use Super 8 on 7th North Street when staying in the area.

I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel or motel. Trash was all over the place. People were living in one section. There appeared to be drug activity in the parking lot. The clerk told us that they keep tourists away from the \"other\" people and didn't deny that there was drug activity going on. We did not feel safe enough to stay there and went someplace else that night.

We booked a room for graduation weekend. We left with no where to go within 30 minutes. This place was the dirty, smelly and poorly maintained. The room stunk like a hot boxed ash tray. You can tell one dirty rag was used to wipe all the surfaces. Almost everything was broken including the lock on the door. I just cant get past the smell....it stuck to us until we showered. Mind you we didnt even sit on one surface. There was a very sketchy crowd wandering around the building. The parking lot was dirty. People obviously lived there as long term tenants. The staff seemed genuinely shocked we wanted a refund and insisted they check the room before giving us our money back. The people on here saying its nice and clean must be family or employed by the hotel. Shame on Expedia for even having this on their website. Shame on Days Inn Wyndham for allowing their name on the place.

Upon arrival to the property I was alarmed to find out that it was nothing as what was advertised. I checked in and only stayed for about 45 minutes before needing to vacate due to safety reasons. People using hard drugs in the parking lot, water damage and peeling paint in the room, tv didn’t work and there was no remote. A very unpleasant environment and experience and my fiance and I had our toddler with us. We are still waiting to be refunded by the property and Expedia for our 7 day reservation that we cancelled after 45 minutes at the location.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a night and you don’t care then this is fine. The rooms are clean enough and the rooms seem like they were cheaply slapped together and furnished. The chair in the room was missing a wheel, siting on the bed cause a loud noise like the mattress was sitting on a metal box, iron wouldn’t get hot so basically pointless, fridge was warm. And the most annoying thing was we weren't able to check in at 3 because the room wasn’t clean, we waited for a hr before we got room key. I wouldn’t have stayed any longer than 1 night.

Very disappointed with this hotel stay. For $325 per night the room was extremely dirty — there were stains on surfaces, dust everywhere, and even a dirty rag left by the door when we arrived.

The TV also wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up.

Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

The Motel Looked run down from the outside... the area was fine up until I saw the state of the motel. Which sort of looked like it was being renovated but then stopped abruptly with no plan of restarting. I did not feel safe for myself or my car. shower and bathroom for that matter were small. Had a weird kitchenette with a sink and a microwave that I would never trust. Linens had stains on them in certain areas.

Parking lot had trash bags sitting in the middle, towels in the parking lot that looked like they had been there since the start of the winter. Came out the next day and found a crack pipe next to my car (unsure if that was there before or not)

I will not be staying at this place again, unless there is some major upgrades to cleaning and the rooms themselves.

I wish I could have received a refund on the spot upon seeing this hotel. The first room I got was on an outside section that wasn’t very populated. The room was next to an abandoned shopping cart with some items in it. I felt completely unsafe traveling alone. I went in and the room smelled like smoke. I went back to the desk, and the man gave me another room which also smelled like smoke. He came with me to this room and said it smelled musty to him. I believe the issue was there seem to be several rooms that people are living in and they smoke outside their rooms and the smell infiltrates into other rooms. He gave me three other rooms to select from, one smelled like smoke, the other two were the best of the worst. The bathroom was disgusting there was a patched gouge in the shower and seemed to be dried blood on the light switch. I wasn’t showering or I would have switched rooms again. It was a terrible experience, the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures and I’m glad I only spent 9 hours there just to sleep. Do not stay here

The bed was fairly comfortable but if you’re short, you may have to get a stool to stand on so you can climb in as it is very high off the floor. Other guests were extremely load until the early hours of the morning (4am). Although the amenities were good, the mini fridge needed to be defrosted and there was no coffee maker. Due to the noise disturbances alone, I would not stay there again.

When I walked into the room, it smelled like a chain smoker had lived in the room for 30 years. The walls and carpets were as dirty as I have seen and there were several flies in the room. The parking lot was full of cigarette butts and the toilet was broken. I immediately told the clerk that I could not stay there due to health reasons. So, I basically checked in and then left to find another hotel. Hotels.com is trying to help me get my money back since I did not stay in the room. The hotel has not been cooperative and they have not refunded my money yet.

No remote for the TV in the room, had to go to the office twice to get one that worked. No guide for the TV stations. Did not answer my text when I needed something. Clock in room did not work, no phone to call front desk, especially when occupants in room next to me came in at 2:45 AM making 20 minutes of LOUD taking outside of room and then proceeding to slam around the room for an hour after entering. Freezer in refrigerator was caked so thick with ice, you couldn't fir anything in it.

Absolutely horrible. There’s trash everywhere outside. It seems very unsafe because of the people hanging around. We figured we can do anything for one night. No we can’t. The room is musty and stuffy and smells like some sort of artificial fragrance. The air conditioner is moldy and makes things worse. No windows. Did I mention the stains on the ceiling? The door its self was not flush. Gap between the door and the wall safety latch was broken. Had to prop chair against the door as extra security measure. Missed breakfast but didn’t see much out, I came st 9:06 and everything had already been put up. Don’t recommend.

You get what you pay for

When we arrived arrive 8:15 pm, exhausted after a long day on our feet at the NY State Fair, the motel looked abandoned except for having cars in the parking lot (litter on the ground, overgrown weeds sidewalks, etc). But we had paid & registered ahead of time so we figured, what was one nights stay? Then nobody was in the office to give us our key, and we washed and twenty minutes before finally tracking down the managers.
The main area of the room looked clean enough (but worn out), but the bathroom has black mold staining around the roller hinges and rust stains in the sink. Again, we figured we could take it for one night--the bed was comfortable and the fee non-refundable so we stuck it out and slept fairly well. When we checked out I noticed we had been charged a temporary $100 damage deposit-- am awful lot for such a sketchy place, when we've stayed in really gorgeous hotels on NY City that only Levi's a $50 deposit. I'm sure this will eventually be refunded, but still. We won't stay here again.

Check in was quick/easy. Got to room, closed the door and saw hole in the wall. Towel on tub was damp and dirty (hard to see in pic but there’s a dirty shoe print). Kitchen area…fridge leaked a little, sink faucet didn’t work. Carpet damp around the A/C but I couldn’t find where it might have been leaking. Cable was out morning of check out. Pulled seat cushion from chair and it was filthy.
Two rooms down was caution taped off due to a busted out window. And trash cans overflowing outside a few other rooms in the parking lots.

Unfortunately I ended up having to stay a 2nd night, fortunately was easily booked thru front desk and he “gave me” a 10% discount 👍 The bed/pillows were very comfortable👍 Shower head had better than average water pressure👍👍

In my opinion worth $50 or less per/night….not $100 per/night

The surrounding to start with is unkept and dirty. Looks unmaintained and dirty.

The toilet and sink grossing flirty. I could not sit on the toilet seat, afraid of getting toilet infections.

I reported the dirts after I checked into the room but was informed the cleaner was closed for the day.

The telephone listed on the website is out of service. The phone box in the bedroom is faulty and will only work after twisting the cord behind the box.

I had a disappointing experience with both Days Inn by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse. The room was unclean, with insects in the bathroom, stained bedding, burn marks on the blanket and the room smelled as if someone had smoked inside of it just a few hours before checking. Despite being assured by the on-site manager Mr. Patel that a refund would be issued, it was never issued. Expedia provided no meaningful support in resolving the issue they were unable to reach anyone at Days Inn Syracuse.

The room was nice and comfortable. However, when we arrived, and I was registering in the main office, I used the main restroom. There was not toilet paper, nothing to dry my hands with. Not really clean at all. I advised the person in the office and he said he would take care of it. Don't know whether he did it. In the room, I tried to register on line with their wifi but had not luck using it. I tried to use the TV but had no luck getting to other channels other than a children's station. It would have helped if they had clear info on how to use tv ( I looked but to no avail).

I noticed in the bathroom that the shelf was covered in dust like it had not been cleaned in a month. The toilet kept running, the exhaust fan did not work and also the light cover form the exhaust fan was missing. The overall property was in dyer need of rehab.

Helpful staff but property is in poor condition and breakfast is truly pathetic. Do not recommend this place.
