Enjoyed our stay. One night in Syracuse. The hotel is newer. It is designed for extended stays. Bed was comfortable. The two issues we had were with the noise coming from the hallway. You could hear everything. The blinds are poor. They let a ton of sunlight into the room at 5am. There are no curtains or room darkening covers, just plain horizontal blinds. After a long day of travel and a late night meeting, bright sunlight directly in my eyes was poor. Overall not a bad stay but could be better.

Relatively new property - very clean and spacious. The room was utilitarian - kitchenette, bathroom, small eating area. No seating area other than a single chair, so the bed was the default for seating. Bed was comfortable and the large television was nice. The room was too light at night - needed room darkening drapes, and there was no way to turn off (or down) the bathroom's automatic light. Check in was delayed as there were no staff available for about 10 minutes. Location worked well for our visit. Price was reasonable, but a few easy changes would make this an amazing value.

Bed was very uncomfortable, someone was running some type of motor right outside the room multiple times throughout the day making it very difficult to sleep at night and in the morning. Did not even provide an iron in the room and there wasn’t staff available for most of the time to get what you need.

This location is very neat and simple and everything was well maintained. There is a kiosk for after hours check-in that was very straightforward to use. The only negative for me was I didn’t think the beds were very comfortable but otherwise this was an excellent location for a single or multi night stay it was nice to have a kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator freezer!

The Bad. I was checked into room with broken refrigerator that staff was aware of, issue fixed but poor communication. Bill statement doesn't show taxes and fees. Staff ran out of coffee cups for 3 days. Room only had 2 each plates bowls, glass, fork,knife, spoon. No cook pots or utensils. Constant emails stating a message, click on icon, no message in the form

Room qas advertised with cookware, dishware, and utensils - only to find out they expect you to cook with a fork and knife because pots and pans apparently are not a part of the package. Only saving grace was the coffee machine in the lobby usable from 0430 to 1130 and even that was not usable as they didn't have any to-go cups available. Vending machine soda cost the same as a wash of laundry here. Room is decent sink and refrigerator were dirty and tv would drop connection intermittently or lose volume for hours.

newer hotel. No daily turndown service. its bi weekly unless you pay an extra amount to have it cleaned. this works for extended stay customers and is very annoying for shorter stays. Check out Joey's Italian Restaurant right across the street for some of the best Italian dining in the surrounding area!

A very new hotel with minimalist service and amenities, located off of I 90. The main feature is a very well appointed galley kitchen and dining peninsula. The place is very clean, but the ambiance is sterile. Not sure who the target customers are, other than travelers who like to stay well outside of downtown Syracuse near the interstate, would prefer to cook their own meals, and would like to work out in a small gym. The total price, $94, made it good value for 1 night, since everything in downtown Syracuse was sold out on 4/17/26.

Stay at your own risk. This place was rotten. I did not actually end up staying here. I requested- on line- as they tell you to do- to have 2 queens instead of a king. No response. They tell you to check the status of your request before you come. There is no direct number to the hotel on their website. I called the 800 number. Oh we can't help- transfer to someone else. Oh we can't help you have to call Expedia. They couldn't help but did provide a direct number to the hotel. Called and spoke to an alleged manager. He couldn't possibly help- we're all booked up- sorry. After a difficult conversation where I tried to get an answer why they tell you to make a request but have no intention of responding or honoring it, he reluctantly said he would go through reservations, \"see what he could do\" and call me back. This was at 10am. Having received no call back after several hours, I tried to cancel the reservation. Nope. I was past the alleged checkout time. Check in is at 3pm. This was at 1pm. How does that work? I made a reservation at another hotel, called my credit card company and disputed the charge for this room. Got a voicemail at 10pm saying they could not honor my request. Seriously?
And this morning I get this email asking me how my stay was. Don't bother.

Friendly staff but when I got there I had no bath towels. I told them as I was heading out for dinner. When I arrived late, I still had no towels, I had to call as there was no one at front desk. Luckily I managed to get them but it was a bit of a hassle. Had an issue with the toilet as well it was overflowing. For 2 nights, I’d say there was a lot going on. The only advantage is they take pets and their staff is friendly and I’m super patient.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The place was not prepared to receive guests at all—in fact, it felt like a crime scene. Even when I asked the staff to change my room, they completely ignored me. On top of that, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming throughout the property.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. Even the Hotels.com representative was shocked and advised me not to stay.

Once again, I strongly warn you: do not choose this hotel.

Not an enjoyable stay at all! Although the property is a newer building that is all it has going for it. It advertises it is for an extended stay traveler however it is not set up for one. No dishes, uncomfortable furnishings and very cheaply put together. Guests that stay at this type of hotel are blue collar and homeless families that do not care how they trash the property and smoke their illegal substances everywhere. Entire property smelled of it including hallway an elevator. And I can’t leave out how I had to check in on a computer screen that was difficult to use and made me give a credit card to check in and billed me for the entire stay that I already prepaid for. When I mentioned to the manager about it she started it was an “ongoing issue “ with that machine and had to refund my card. I will not be staying at this hotel again when I stay in Syracuse.

our time there was terrible, the olor of cigarette and mariguana was terrible, the hotel looks new facilities or good but for this olor you don't feel secure. the machine for coffee it was not working, the room is ok, the bed it was uncomfortable and the mattress too. The bathroom is ok but the courting for the shower it was short and all the water running outside and you can't use the toilet for the water in most of the bathroom. I told the lady in the from desk, she apologizes but they don't fix it, and the last in the night people running for the halls and talk louder and fighting it was the worse night in special for my wife that he has Alzheimer. I would like they back my money. The best place for sleep. Avoid!!

Our room was exactly as the picture shows. Very clean, loved the ease of the kiosk check in process, very quiet weren’t able to hear our neighbors. We will definitely be staying here again next dance competition season!!
