I stood at this hotel from Wednesday until Saturday. When I got there on Wednesday the elevator floor was dirty and it remained that way until Saturday that I checked out. The breakfast staff was good but I think that the food should be prepared faster and people shouldn't have to wait for the breakfast to come out. When I got to my room the bathroom floor was dirty and the bathtub was getting clogged. Other than that the hotel was okay.

The location was convienient for getting around the area. The check in was problem free and the lobby was clean and updated. The daily breakfast was very good. The rooms, however, were outdated and in need of a good upgrade. The bathroom in particular was very disappointing. The tub had been caulked over and over again and was very discolored. The bathroom floor was dirty and stained and the vanity/sink was peeling.
Overall the stay was OK but upgrades are definetly needed

So the amount of space I needed for my family was great and the morning breakfast was good. However my overall experience at this hotel was not what I am use too. The floors was very dirty. It was was very sticky. My grandson socks that he wore were black. There was long stringy hair in the refrigerator, and dirty spots on one of the bedroom doors. I originally couldn't see it because the door was closed. I asked for towels and was told they didn't have any and was offered pool towels instead. The kitchen area didn't not have enough utensils and supplies iFor the amount of money I paid to stay there, this was unacceptable. I have never stayed in hotel were I had to use their pool towels to clean myself up. I really wish I can get a partial refund because this was terrible.

This place is fine and a little more on the affordable side but the rooms are not very clean. They also have a lot of things that need fixing for example our bathroom had mold on the tub as well as rust, a hole in the door and the fan did not work. They claim to have anything you could need to cook in the kitchen however the 2 items we needed, a frying pan and baking sheet, they did not have.

Do not go here. The room was not great. Sofa was stained up and pull out couch mattress was full of stains and mattress very thin you could feel all the springs. The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones. Rooms were sooo gross like never cleaned properly. Shower drain doesn’t work, sink drain doesn’t work. We were three in the room with a pull out couch and one king bed. We pull out couch looked like it should have been thrown out over a decade ago. The springs just pop through, mystery stains on everything everywhere! Floors were sticky. The ice room the ceiling fell from water damage and it toook employees 3 days to notice, put signs up for slippery and to clean up the drywall that fell .
Pool was nice tho. Breakfast was good but doesn’t get replenished very quickly . I wouldn’t recommend this place even for the price I was charged.

The hotel could use some work. The drain in the tub didn’t work, nor did the hair dryer OR the air conditioning. The pool was not heated so don’t believe any of those reviews because it was ice cold. Our door didn’t seal well so we heard hallway noise all night and our bedroom door didn’t shut either. Keys didn’t work on the outside doors so we had to come in through the front. The worst was for sure the second night when we could hear the room across the hall blaring their music with their screaming children. (That’s not on the hotel but I do wish they had tried to tell them to lower the volume) Overall would we stay here again? In a pinch. But it would at least be chosen above a Super 8.

We had a suite, quiet rooms, ac unit was quiet enough to sleep, kitchen lacked simple eating bowls, extra garbage bag, scrub brush for doing dishes, daily breakfast downstairs was simple, tolerable, but often the refilling lagged behind demand, check in counter people could use some friendliness training, stayed 5 nights, for night 3 asked for the room to be made up and cleaned, not done and blamed us that we had some personal items on the bed (not true, and how does that stop you from cleaning the bathroom?), no apologies for that failure to clean, had to fetch our own new towels, they cleaned room the next day but forgot kitchen garbage, bed was fine but a bit dated or lower quality mattress for today's hotel standards, bathroom cleaning missed some mold on outside of tub in the corners, elevator malfunctioned briefly a few times (took stairs after that), , no restaurants or fast food in the vicinity. all told, we would stay there again provided the price is competitive
