I was very disappointed. They did not have all my towels at first but said the would send them. Never showed up. No hair dryer. Said they had one then didn’t. Saw bugs in the lobby. 3 buses of children showed up. VERY loud. Finally I checked out at 630 AM and got a call at 2 pm of why I didn’t check out yet. I actually turned my keys into a person and checked out at the desk!

Despite they are going through many renovations the staff is amazing and does a great job with maintaining the property. The staff is friendly and willing to help in whatever they can. The rooms are clean and maintained continuously. Made my stay very enjoyable.

They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.

We were initially placed in room 103, but after a pretty bad experience, the wonderful concierge moved us to room 100 for our 2nd and final night.

Room 103 should not be offered to guests at this time; it seems that it was recently converted from an office and has not been properly prepared yet. There was not even a blanket on the bed (we had to pick one up from the front desk). In addition, the bathroom is subpar (the shower is not really able to be used without soaking the floor and was not installed properly, so the water can't get more than luke warm). The \"window\" looked into the lobby and therefore can't really be used. The bed was quite comfy -- a good, firm mattress.

Room 100 was a big improvement but shows that the hotel chain has made some surprising decisions. There is no carpeting on the floors; instead they use vinyl flooring (which is mopped daily). There are also no closets and only two hangers which are meant to be used with hooks that stick out from the wall near the door.

We couldn't manage to get one of the bedside lights to work, and the same went for our TV.

Breakfast was not appetizing, so we went to the nearby Denny's instead.

I would definitely not stay in the hotel again despite the wonderful staff.

The staff are very friendly and checkin was quick. The morning breakfast lineup is good and offers a variety of options that I enjoy. The room was very clean. I wish there was a light above the table or a small lamp on it because I do a lot of work while in the room and the amount of light is rather low. Otherwise it was an enjoyable visit. Thank you !!

Filthy and REEKS of Cigarette Smoke

The grass outside if filled with weeds, the building is really old and the inside is filthy. The carpets in the hall are dirty, a dehumidifier is running in the hallway to try to hide the smell. The luggage carrier had deflated wheels, I could barely push it. The worst part was the room: it REEKED of cigarette smoke plus a chemical spray they sprayed to try to cover it up. It reeked so bad that I could barely sleep, it made me sick. The heater in the room did not work. The floor in the room was filthy, it hasn't been mopped in a long time. The toilet and sink were clean enough, yet the edge of the floor around the bathroom was filthy. The smell was so horrible that I checked out after one night, and they refused to refund me for the second night. If you like cigarette smoke and don't mind a dirty hotel, have at it. Otherwise, it was a complete waste of $280. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.

Place was a joke. Doors could not be closed without forcing them. Rooms were freezing at night and there was no heat. Television very out dated. Vending machine robbed family of quite a bit of money and did not receive anything. Shower head was broken and had very little hot water or pressure.

Looks very nice from outside !Location is convenient. Staff was kind and helpful. Room is perfect: Full kitchen, huge fridge and sink! Table with 2! Chairs, dresser and iron with a board, AC adjusts easily! Curtains are very light tight! But some small issues with bathroom water adjustment and noisy toilet, no hair dryer ( bet we could get it upon request). Breakfast is not fancy but acceptable for us. Overall our stay was okay!

This is a good hotel. It even had a stove. The breakfast was a good selection. A minor problem in one of the two rooms I booked was that the AC was leaking. The shower control was a little awkward. Overall, this is a good hotel.

The hotel is fine but the room was dirty: There was a pile of dust and plaster bits in one corner. There floor was sticky, especially along the wall with the window. The bathroom was fine. The bed linens were fine, but the mattress sagged. Breakfast was fine.

I CANNOT begin to tell you how unbelievably incompetent and unprofessional the staff at this hotel is. The overnight receptionist on Friday was absolutely useless and clearly has zero experience in the hospitality field and needs training. We had a 6 hour drive and would be arriving late so I had contacted them the week prior to give them notice. The person I spoke to didnt do their job properly and put this in the system. We arrived around 2:30am. The front desk guy told us that they had given our room away and canceled the reservation. This was to all of our surprise and frankly unacceptable. I booked this hotel through Expedia and the booking was still active on there as well. They clearly had not canceled it at midnight as he had lied about. We went back and forth with no resolution in sight and he told us “there’s nothing I can do. You might have called last week but you should’ve known to give us a call today to tell us again” He had an attitude and acted as if it was my fault that I didn’t just assume I had to make that call twice. It is not on the guest to make sure they can perform a simple task like that. He first told us someone walked in and took it then said that staff was staying in the room; all the while just looking down and not looking up to talk to us about it. Expedia later confirmed that the room was still booked in my name and apologized

Very reasonable price but I now know why, the room was filthy. Covered in lint and hair. The shower water did not drain and there was a clump of hair left on the shower wall from the previous people. Turned the heat on and we just ingested dust the entire time.

The rooms in the photos are not the rooms you get, and there was a weird smell in the room. There was trouble getting in contact with hotel to find a solution to the problem. Do not waste your money on this hotel, there are better hotels in the area. We had to move my crew after just one night.

We had to walk on 1/2 inch thick ice to get down the sidewalk and up the stairs to the door. The temperature in the public areas of the hotel were very cold. So our breakfast got cold before we could eat it. The room was nice and the staff were great.
