We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and very reasonable. The only odd thing was there was no soap. I guess you just use body wash from the shower as hand soap?
Adam
We had a late check-in, so that may have caused her to neglect to tell us that the rooms were not cleaned unless requested. On the 3rd day, I stopped by the desk and was told that we had to request cleaning. I asked to be put on the scheule for every other day. In the 10-day

Really nice sized room, good breakfast and even on an incredibly busy weekend the staff was very nice and welcoming.
Marilyn
Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error.
Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast.

Sheets were dirty. Room was booked for 5 people. There wasn’t enough bedding or towels for the entire party. There were no towels available at the pool, or in the gym. Gym equipment was broken or in poor condition.
Chris
Alerted the front desk clerk that I had no hot water in my shower. (The diverter handle was broken, and would not turn left.)
She assured me it would be taken care of while I was out for the day. As predicted, it wasn’t. And no email, text, or phone call apologizing or offering to move me to another room, either. I was left to find that nothing had been done after getting back to my room later that night.

Room was clean, staff were helpful, and even though there was a water main break they were gracious and allowed our kids to swim in the pool. The bed was comfy too!

New, well kept, spacious and comfortable. Cooked breakfast items (eggs, sausage and breakfast sandwiches) were pretty gross. Other items were great.

The lobby had an underlying smell of cigarette smoke covered by Pinesol. Also, the floor I was on had two vacuum cleaners out in the hall that didnt move the two nights I stayed there, and a random cleaning rag lying by the ice machine that also never moved. Separately, the gym is tiny with nowhere to stretch or do floor work. Finally, the mattress is very soft.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle for Labor Day weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was welcoming, making check-in easy. My room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
The hotel facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the well-maintained pool and the delicious breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

This was a great hotel! The room was bigger than expected, and the couch bed was awesome! Was surprised at the trundle bed under the couch bed. We didn't use it, but others might.
Check-in was smooth and Diamond at the desk was friendly.
Breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, and bread varieties.
The area was quiet, and after spending all day at the fair, the quiet was welcome!
Would definitely stay again!
Thank you to all the staff!

We enjoyed staying here on the way to send my son to school (college). There were many hotels in the area and the room had a huge couch. My daughter didn’t even need to open it to sleep on. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we need. The morning breakfast was delicious.
Shari
Room was very spacious. Vanity was outside the bathroom which helps with multiple people getting ready. Beds were comfortable. Cooling system was a little noisy when it kicked on but room temperature was perfect

The hotel was very clean and inviting. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Will definitely return.
Kimberly
The only complaint we had was that the room temperature wouldn't stay even. It was either blowing cold air or would turn off and be hot. This made it uncomfortable, especially to sleep. Other than that, the room and service was great!
Arielle
The stay was amazing. My family and I slept great in the comfortable beds. Will definetly book again.

A Great Stay with One Notable Flaw
We had an overall wonderful stay at this hotel, but there's one glaring issue that needs addressing: the pool area. During our visit, the hotel hosted a pool party that ended up being a significant disturbance. The pool, which has a maximum capacity of just seven bathers, was overcrowded with what seemed like triple the number of people it could safely accommodate.
This overcrowding made the pool area not only unpleasant but also potentially unsafe. The noise and activity from the pool party also disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance of the hotel. I question how such a small pool is permitted to host events of this scale in the first place.
Aside from this, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. If the hotel addresses the issues with the pool, it would truly be a fantastic place to stay.

A good one night stay right off highway. It includes breakfast. It can get pricing during the holidays. Be sure to book early.
LEAUNICE
It is no longer Covid 19 times however our 5 night stay the room was not cleaned once. At a rate of $159.00 plus taxes. Had to request clean towels and toilet paper. Please improve on your overall room cleanliness. Breakfast was a nice touch as no restaurants close by. Jimmy John’s nearby been closed for some time now.
Craig
We had a great we experience. The front desk staff was a little brusk, yet completely professional. We'd definitely stay here again.

I was surprised to get an handicap room. In addition I wanted a suit with 2 rooms. The sofa bed was not adequate, just a mattress.

Nice place, room was big, beds were soft and a nice little sectioned off place with a couch. The public areas were clean and well kept. The breakfast was pretty standard.

Property was clean and staff friendly. Kept having to ask for towels. Even when I left them outside the room they never replaced. Stayed 7 days. But the other then that breakfast was good and everyrhing else was fine.

We had booked another hotel and had a horrible experience and book this room at the last minute and everyone was so friendly and helpful and sweet! I won’t go anywhere else!
Gary
Easy access to freeway. But east of the city
DeLana
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, nice rooms, well designed with fridge and microwave and clean. Had trouble with our keycards even though we weren’t putting them next to our phones/in wallets which was only a slight annoyance. We came here last minute due to visiting family who was unable to accommodate us last minute. It was convenient location for us and got a good price too.
Emir
Nice clean rooms, very spacious.
Pool is a bit small and has a limit of 8 people only.

Stayed here for a concert at Lakeview and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and the room had a microwave which was nice. The area was quiet and safe. The pool was closed for maintenance but that didn’t affect us.
Amy
We were very happy with the hotel! The rooms were updated, spacious and clean. Good breakfast selection with plenty of seating. The front desk was helpful and gave us adjoining rooms. We’d definitely stay again!

Not terrible
Anuj
Clean and quiet room. Spacious and comfortable beds
Pablo
Amazing front desk service
I made a mistake in my reservation, Hotels.com was not as cooperative as I would have liked, the were standing by company policy and wouldn’t budge. I worked with the hotel and Judy at the front desk was amazing, ensuring we were able to stay another night at the rate paid the 1st night. She was so friendly and cooperative, it helped me to realize how different it is when speaking with a kind and sweet individual, instead of communicating with a chat bot.
Brett

David
Average hotel, but decent for the price
No frills hotel with a nice overall appearance. The rooms are a little cramped and the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing - few options and not good quality. Given the price point, I would probably stay here again, but my back may think twice. My kids did enjoy the heated pool.
Leere
Everything was great. Especially warm. Water in the pool was great for my family.

👍👍👍…clean property with attentive staff. Included breakfast is from 7 AM - 10 AM. The gym is 24 hrs. The pool which is indoors is open until 10 PM. Of course, parking is on site.

More chairs in pool area . There weren’t enough for the amount of people that were in there . All in all good experience.
