Breakfast was awesome. The room layout was great with the two televisions séparâtes by a wall and double doors.
Henry

AMY
Fantastic place. Staff was super helpful and the room was very clean.
Richard
I booked a Master suite with king bed and kitchenette. Staff were all very friendly , courteous, and helpful. The room was cooled down and ready to go when I arrived. Bed was comfortable and got some deep sleep (according to Garmin watch). Hot breakfast was very filling. Location is close to several restaurants as well as Destiny USA mall and CNY regional market.
Brandi
Would stay again! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and breakfast.

Most of the staff were genuinely helpful and courteous. Problems with main access doors resulted from poor maintenance. If we'd been provided instructions on openiing the door at check-in, it'd be much smoother unloading and settling.
No more M - Th free dinners; only Wed manager happy hour. Understaffed at breakfast when \"sold-out\" (1 attendant on breakfast) resulted in our being inconvenienced with dirty tables.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!
Holly
The staff at this hotel was outstanding. They were helpful at every turn. They were kind, warm, friendly, welcoming. The free breakfast was more than you’d expect and delicious. Can’t say enough good things about this place!
Karen
This is our favorite hotel in the area! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean! The staff is ready to help and always so friendly! The dining area has delicious homemade breakfast food! Ms. Denise makes the best variety of muffins! I highly recommend this hotel!

At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day.
Scott
The stay was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Your help is always a pleasure to meet in the morning.
Brad

A spacious suite with kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and large king sized bedroom. While very clean the furniture, carpet and bathroom fixtures could be updated. The included breakfast was abundant with numerous choices served in an attractive dining area.

It may be time to do a touch up in the rooms. Current in bedroom #100 would not close. The sliding. Closet doors were difficult to move then came off the track easily. Outlets throughout the suite did not work. The furniture was very comfortable along with the ammenities.

Great staff, and great breakfast! Unfortunately property is becoming run down; our suite was starting to be very rough. Carpet cut in multiple places, hole in the king bedroom door patched, mold or something on the roof of the double queen suite bathroom, kitchen doors hanging open by the garbage, and toilet constantly needed to be manually fixed in the queen suite side. Wasn’t the worst but just needs some TLC for $400usd a night.
Karl and Joan
Was a good stay had plenty of room
Allison
Everything was just wonderful! This was perfect for our family, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this location!

The hotel shares transfer services with multiple other hotels! That being said we waited over an hour to get a ride back to the hotel after midnight! Our plane arrived at 11:45 pm and after several phone calls got back to the hotel at 1:20 in the morning!

Need to bring the room decor up into this century
This Hilton is in serious need of an update, very dated. Coffee was not hot one morning, otherwise the breakfast was ok and about as expected.
timothy
This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was excellent, rooms were exceptional. The breakfast was unbelievable. We had a service dog. The accommodations were five star all the way.
Erin
Quiet property with considerate staff.
Dallas
I want to start off by saying I loved this hotel for the beautiful property and employees. The grounds are well maintained, the pool was clean and the service was great!! Our rooms AC didn’t work when we first arrived so we assumed it just needed to be turned down more. After turning it down and leaving for a few hours, we arrived with no change to the temperature in the room. I went to the office and asked for assistance and they were very accommodating and came right away! (It was also 8-830 at night mind you)
On the flip side, we noticed the carpet needed to be shampooed. The carpet was sticky to walk on and made our feet black. This wasn’t a HUGE deal for us but definitely something that should to be brought up. Maybe it was just our room, I’m not sure. This was just our experience here.

This place is great! We’ve stayed her many times and it’s always good! All the staff is very pleasant and if you need anything for your room like towels etc, just ask and you’ll receive.
I like the size of the rooms, having a kitchen area with a full refrigerator and a king size comfortable bed. Love the pool too! The only thing they should have though are umbrellas at the tables in the pool area. It was very hot and muggy( which I don’t mind) when we were just there, but it would’ve been nice to have an umbrella for some shade!
Otherwise everything was great!

Nice big suite for our family. Did find a very old moldy bread in the cabinet above the fridge and the ventilation was funny (we had not so kid friendly smells wafting in from other rooms). Magically we happened to be staying there on a Wednesday, which is when the manager's reception with complimentary food and beverage happens, which was great!
Marcia
Was great
Miris
Wonderful staff, we had an issue with our room and they immediately took care of the problem. The facility is clean, the rooms are spacious are comfortable. It has an outside pool great for families with small kids. Highly recommended
thomas
The hotel is clean and was located very close to everything I needed. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff was great. My check in was delayed over an hour because my suites toilet was messed up so they had to find me another room. But the staff was friendly and let me work out i the fitness center while I waited
Yamei

when I first entered the room for the first time, I discovered that the conditioner bottle mount was broken, and the bottle was sitting in the tub. Additionally, the room hadn’t been cleaned.
Christy
Quiet area, easily accessible from the highway. Suites are comfortable and the staff (the breakfast staff in particular), were helpful and very friendly. Various breakfast options, typical in taste, very acceptable. If I could have changed anything it would be the showerhead, water everywhere there shouldn't be.
Linda
Convenient for an over night family fun night. Enjoy the size of the space.
Shawn
Friendly staff at checkin, very nice room

Wonderful Option in Upstate NY
Great size room for our large family. The included breakfast was delicious each day! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was a little pricy, but worth every penny.

Clean and easy access. Staff was friendly. One issue was the heating unit. It was very loud! And rattled on and off all night. Otherwise a good place.

Staff were fantastic, breakfast buffet checked all the boxes and it was great value for money. Definitely exceeded our expectations and I'd for sure recommend to others I know.
Bradley
Full kitchen with dishwasher en suite. Very good staff, serviceble morning breakfast. A very quiet area. They were doing renovating and painting while I was there, but nothing that caused issues. Just a nice area with good staff.
Kathy
Huge suite with kitchen living area and bedroom. Excellent breakfast.
Don
Everything we wanted. Great room. Zero complaints

A very disappointing stay between a room not being clean and a broken toilet roll holder on the ground and an extremely noisy heater, we would unfortunately never stay here again. More so because nothing was done to assist us when we spoke to staff while at the hotel and Nick upon our return home.
john
Staff at desk were amazing they checked on us every day to make sure everything was fine! Just a great clean hotel to stay out!

Easy choice if you're staying near Syracuse
The staff at the desk and at breakfast were wonderful.
Rachael
We were having heat issues and had excellent help to correct the problem
Dawn
Breakfast was good
Brandon
The main building is beautiful. The staff was very friendly, upbeat, and helpful. The room was comfortable but could use updated carpets. However, I booked this specific hotel it said on expedia that it has a pool. Being NYS i automatically thought an indoor pool. My children were very disappointed to find out it was an outdoor pool. The advertising should be made clear that it is not an indoor pool.
Nancy
Spacious room, great breakfast
SELWYN
Beautiful rooms but both our beds had obviously not been changed as there was black hair in both beds, they brought us new sheets when we called but it was gross.
MARIANGEL
Excelent and friendly !!!
Jeffrey
I have stayed here several times and have more than happy, this time was different. Across the hall the slammed every 10 minutes people arguing and yelling about money, dog barking, I think strangers to the dog were showing up and it did not like it. Strange people hanging out in the parking lot when I went to pick up my dinner. The room was nice but showing its age. Around the shower area caulking was loose and dirty. Over all the room was good, just a little disappointed especially with the price point. I think next we will try the holiday inn down the street
