Both in the breakfast room as well as in the reception!
Room was incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Sultanahmet!
The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking!
The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress.
I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know not only because of its location and beautiful features but because of its wonderful staff as well!

Great sized room, comfy bed and excellent location. Perfect for exploring all the sights by foot. Hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options with a breathtaking view.

Only slight negative was the duvet was not quite big enough to cover 2 People, a larger duvet or 2 single duvets would have been better. A blanket was provided in the room so this didn't spoil our stay

The room was great with a nice view of the blue mosque. Breakfast was amazing, especially as the restaurant was on the rooftop. The staff are especially helpful. We were running late to the airport, and they helped us by sorting out the whole process of an airport transfer. Including the best route and cost with the driver which was especially helpful due to the language barrier.

Unorganized. Not very hospitable. Did not have clear instructions on how to be picked up from the airport? Rooms have broken electrical receptors that are very badly damaged and appear to be very hazardous. Complimentary breakfast is adequate but below average quality for a hotel
In Istanbul. For the price of this resort, they should provide better rooms, better food and better service.

Breakfast is an absolute joke, waste of money please do not pay for the breakfast if you book this hotel. You get a menu with pictures on it of things like cornflakes and bread, many of the options are also crossed out! The only good thing about breakfast is the view. Coffee is terrible and cappuccinos or lattes are not included. They should just do a buffet service like every other hotel!
Rooms are very poorly maintained, bathroom door handle broken, bed lamp broken exposing wires, table lamp not working the electrics buzzing from it and light flickers, face plate of the sockets broken and hanging off. Very unsafe and poorly maintained!

The hotel is in a convenient location for tourism (walkable distance to Blue Mosque, Haifa Sophia and Topkapi Palace, and with the T1 tram within walkable distance for getting to other sites like the Grand Bazaar.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to arrange for an airport transfer for us from Istanbul Airport (which spared us from having to take untrustworthy taxis), and to upgrade our room to one with a view and we entered our room even before the official check in time. Would highly recommend and stay again (between the convenience and the service).

Room size was outstanding. View was good. Breakfast was ery good with many choices. Great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Service was outstanding from front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping. Great location near good dining and public transportation and shopping. The only negative was a musty, moldy smell when entering the bathroom. I told front desk about this but I do not know if it was remedied. I would stay again and would recommend.

I would rate the Acadia Blue as a below average hotel. The rooms are decent but old, and the hallways are dark and feels a little creepy. The hotel is in a excellent area for shopping and restaurants. The big pro is the hotel has a great rooftop restaurant with excellent views of the in the city.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived and the service throughout was top-notch.

We would especially like to mention Emir, he was incredibly professional, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. From assisting with our luggage to offering local tips, Emir truly went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. His genuine hospitality stood out and made us feel very well taken care of.

Another highlight was the 360° rooftop view, it was absolutely amazing and made the stay even more memorable. Perfect for relaxing and taking in the city from above.

We highly recommend this hotel, not just for the great location it's in, but for the outstanding staff and unforgettable rooftop experience. Thank you again to Emir and the whole team!

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Based on the condition of the room we stayed in - not even a 3-star... And certainly not worth the money we paid for it.
Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling, one of the outlets was broken and was potential hazard to plug the lamp in, the safe box and the area above the toilet were very dirty and there was mold in the shower.
Tried to talk to a manager but he was not available.
Sent email describing the issues - no response.

Some positives - Service from the reception desk and the bellboy were great.
Good location and nice views from the room and the rooftop, but there are many hotels in the area that can offer those for a similar or a cheaper price.

After being disappointed with two hotels in south of Turkey, the moment we arrived to Hotel Arcadia Blue my daughter and I loved the welcoming atmosphere and our room with sea view. The staff are extremely helpful about anything that you would like to discuss or have help. Thank you very much to Ferhat, Batuhan and every other staff member for their kindness. Our breakfast was included with price and was from the menu not buffet which was perfect. The area is close to all transports within very short distance. I can suggest this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Sultanahmet area.

Fantastic hotel and lovely staff.

We had 2 1/2 days in Istanbul and the Blue Arcadia was incredible. It began with them offering to pay our taxi after a miscommunication, then We got an upgrade with a view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect.

Nice hotel with nice comfortable room. Front desk tried to upsell on tour packages which was uncomfortable. Car to airport that I booked in advance and then reconfirmed the night before (which was a lot more expensive than a regular taxi so I expected better service) came 20 minutes late AND was a huge, old, 16 passenger commercial van for just me which had a hard time wiggling through local traffic. Breakfast was not buffet style but was waiter service and I waited over 20 minutes after being seated before a waiter came over and took my order. Plus the breakfast options were more limited than what I would typically expect for a 4 star hotel.

This is a wonderful Hotel. Located within walking distance from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and the Metro train. The staff were exceptional, and attentive. This was our first time in Istanbul so we welcomed their handy tips. The restaurant on the 9th floor serves a breakfast full of options and has amazing views of both Mosques.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor of Istanbul.

Great value, I booked a family room, it was enough space, clean and great location, just two blocks from the Sophia and Blue mosques, the hotel has a Turkish bath and sauna, they will reseve the those facilities only for you, it's awesome, however, I would say the best was the service, everybody helped us, in the lobby, in the room, in the restaurant, but the best person was Farkan, he always gave us tips, and was very gentle and kind, thanks Farkan,

Overall my wife and I both enjoyed our stay here.
Sadly we were disappointed having opted for a deluxe room based on the picture of such a room on line which had a view of the city including the Blue Mosque that room on the 2nd floor was fine but had no view. That said, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We did find it difficult to sleep at night due to the air conditioning not being cool enough.
The location of the hotel was definitely its best feature, being a short walk from Sultanahmet. We were able to walk to key sites and the tram stop was close by.
We had planned to eat in the rooftop terrace restaurant on our first night but it was fully booked when we arrived. Worth booking ahead so as not to be disappointed.
The views from the rooftop terrace were stunning, especially later in the evening. This was the highlight of the hotel.
The complimentary breakfast in the terrace restaurant with great views had a good choice, all served to your table. The staff in the restaurant were efficient but not very cheerful.
Durjan, who greeted us on our arrival and showed us to our room, stood out throughout our visit. He was very helpful, always welcoming and offered suggestions to make our visit in Istanbul even better.

We absolutely loved the proximity to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia -- and our view of these was FABULOUS! The staff upgraded our room, gave us a tram card, offered valuable information regarding the city, holidays, transportation, etc and mostly they were just so nice. The breakfast was wonderful, but the menu was limited for other meals. Our room was large and the room darkening shades were much appreciated. We'd stay here again and recommend to all.
