Our stay at the Rosso Tiziano apartment in Florence was fantastic! The location was perfect—you could walk everywhere. We had the top-floor apartment, where the bedroom had a window strategically positioned to offer a stunning view of the Duomo right from the bed. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. We loved the unique decor and artistic touches that made the space feel fun and inviting. Sylvia was a wonderful host, responding promptly and even assisting us when we missed a connection during our travels. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

Solid flat in a perfect area for seeing the art

This property is exceptionally well-located for museums, good eateries and shopping. We walked everywhere. The kitchen has a mini cooktop, small fridge and small dishwasher for convenience. The bathroom has an uncomfortable toilet but nice bidet. The beds (we had 2 twins pushed together) were supportive and dressed in lovely 100% Italian cotton. The high ceilings mean there's no insulation between floors but the noise wasn't bad. Climate control was excellent in the flat. Sylvia was our liaison and she took care of our requests including arranging a taxi back to the train station on our last day. We would stay here again, just not in July when everyone visits Florence!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 on a short trip Florence. The location, down the street from the Duomo, was ideal. The apartment has heated floors, a very nice large bathroom, kitchenette, pull out sofa and loft with queen size bed. We had way more space than we would have had in a hotel and it was fun to feel like we had our own space. Design was fun & eclectic. I hope we can return!

We adored this property. The location could not be beat as it was steps from the Duomo and The Accademia, and a tremendous number of restaurants. But it really was the design and lay out of this property that shone. The home was fully loaded with all necessary amenities (dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc). And the loft lay out allowed us to accommodate 2 kids and 2 adult sleeping arrangements very comfortably. I would give more than 5 stars for this beautiful space.

Beautiful property. A nice soak in the tub. The washer was great. The beds, even the couch, were very comfortable. It was decorated well. Great location. Clean. Quiet.

A family of 6 is a bit tight. Not a deal breaker but a little frustrating those times when cooking for a larger group and pots and pans meant to accommodate four people. Table for 4 as well.

Checking in was a bit scary when they were 20 minutes late. Honestly thought for a moment that we were scammed and needed to find other accommodations. But all worked out. With that said they were very responsive during stay with any questions we had so I dont think it's a common occurrence of being late.

I would stay again but probably not with all 6 of us.

Amazing stay all around. Received an efficient and informative greeting and tour of our apartment when we arrived. The building interior was quite lovely and up to date, with elevators that open into individual units. The building is in a vibrant neighbourhood near the cathedral and many museums, with lots of dining options and grocery options nearby. Plenty of room in the unit for 2 people, with modern fixtures, a comfortable bed, and large shower. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence.

Silvia is an outstanding host! She was there to greet us upon our arrival and took her time showing us through the apt. The apt itself is immaculate - very clean, comfortable beds. We didn’t use the stove or oven or dish washer but kitchen has basics including cups, glasses, cutlery and electric tea kettle for the morning coffee. Location is outstanding - in the middle of The David and the Duomo. Highly recommend!

Our apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is superb, a short 2 minute strole to the Duomo! The building of the apartments is very secure. The apartment has a modern and clean look and feel too. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely consider staying again if I came to Florence.

Silvia, who checked us in was very nice and informative - she recommended two restaurants that were really, really good!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful clean and spacious. Great location right between Duomo and David. We walked everywhere. A little difficult to arrange ride to train station upon exit as there is no one onsite, and road closed that day. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great location, short walk to the Duomo. Very comfortable modern room. It was nice to have a kitchenette for breakfast in the morning. They left us a bottle of Chianti to welcome us, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that you cannot check in until after 3pm. That being said, we would definitelycome back.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful time staying at Florence Art Apartments. We stayed 3 nights in the Giallo Di Napoli apartment, which was nicely appointed with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 single beds) and a fold-out couch. The location could not be beat- halfway between the Duomo and Galleria dell’Accademia, within easy walking distance to all the sites in this beautiful city. No complaints about our stay- it was lovely. A comfortable and quiet apartment with a stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend.

A hidden gem

This really was a fantastic place to stay - a hidden gem! Brilliant location, lovely and clean and to a great standard and a bottle of chianti and chocolates on the pillow - what more could you ask for?! We were warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Fab apartment one block from the catheral

The apartment was very modern decor, very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were lovely with great shower facilities, nice fluffy towels and a washing machine! Location was minutes from the Cathedral and The David and walking distance to all other main sites. Lots of restaurants, cafes and gellato's shops!
The staff were very friendly and flexible for check in times.
Would definitely recommend to stay at this apartment.

Loved this apartment! Guia was amazing! Came in on a Sunday, within 30 minutes for a problem that arose and fixed it in minutes!!! Apartment satisfied all our needs and was tastefully renovated and decorated! Highly recommend. We will be back!

Location excellent but everything else ??

Our unit was on top floor and bedroom (mezzanine) had slanted roof hence it took a whole to cool off by A/C. The down stair was a large space with sofa-bed and kitchen. No dark window shade to darken the room for third person to sleep. Whole unit is automated in terms of when u leave you pull plastic card and it shuts off all the electric supply. This feature created a havoc for us. Second night when we returned to unit late 10:30 PM the electric supply will not come up. It was dark and hot in the hall way and the unit. Try to contact the owner's rep, and not respond. Left a message. Called Expedia help desk and they tried to call and no response. Around 11:30 or the rep showed up and tried to get us going by putting us up in another unit which was vacant that night. By the was all this was done we finally could go to bed around 2:00 AM. Aggravation (taking night dress, tooth paste, etc) , frustration and impact to our next day activity needs to be considered for compensation including the roaming charges of phone calls to Expedia and rep.

Nice apartment close to Duomo & comfortable.

We arrived at Florence airport, called the landlord, and she met us when we arrived by cab 28 minutes later. She showed us the layout (elevator to our floor, two level apartment with kitchen and living area and bathroom with stall shower on first level, bedroom and shower and bathroom with washing machine on second level). Can see top of Duomo from windows, esp. from bedroom level. Eclectic use of re-purposed furnishings some previously used as work benches and/or art deco one of a kind items, hard to explain, but gave it an informal, modern feel. Dish washer a convenience that we used alot as we brought in coffee, sugar and groceries from local Sapori & Dintorni Conad grocery store. One suggestion -- they only leave 3 dishwasher tablets per weekly cleaning (we were there ten days)-- leave four or five would be better. Both regular and espresso coffee makers and filters provided, and most cooking stuff. We bought sugar as well as coffee and left sugar behind for next occupant. No noise, easy walk to most in-town, and only a few blocks from the bus to Fiesole, or a slightly longer walk to Mercato Centrale.
