Upon arriving at the residence, the outer door code did not work. Neither did the inner door code. Also, the instructions were finding the key in the black box were not accurate as the key was not in the box. We wound up calling the emergency number and the person that answered gave us completely different codes than what was provided to me via email from accessing the property. No hot water.

El lugar estuvo limpio, desafortunadamente hay algunos servicios indispensables que no hay, como por ejemplo no tienes jabón ni shampoo para baño, no hay limpieza diaria de la habitación y si vas con familia ir al baño a un piso diferente es algo incómodo, no estuvo mal pero si hay cosas necesarias que deberían implementar.

This “accommodation” rating is below a 2 star hostel. So much potential but the condition it is now is poor. Stains on blankets in closet, Coffee or liquor stains on walls at night table. Shower overflowed but we managed to keep it under control. Absolutely no support if using a CAN cell w eSIM. Can’t dial out. Should be noted in their ad.

My phone this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at due to the customer service or maybe lack thereof of a customer service and more. Just a service. Everything I reported, I was asked to prove from the lack of amenities to the fact the bathroom had no soap in it. Obviously not been cleaned since the toilet was dirty upon arrival. I would never stay here again for the price as you are overpaying. There are other locations in the area that are most likely cleaner and more convenient.

The check-in location is 10 minutes away from your actual hotel where if you don't arrive in that 4-Hour window then you have to pay an extra 30. And the fact I can send screenshots of the amenities I was told I was going to receive and then say we still don't provide those. Sorry and not received anything from the hotel left me flabbergasted. In my room for two people I only received one cup to drink out of. It's the little things like this that lets me know that they are in it or the money. It almost seems like a scam at the end of the day since there's no ventilation in the bathrooms either

The place overall was just ok. It’s in a good close location to major points of Florence. I didn’t find it particularly clean we found hairs on pillows and on the sheets. Rooms are configured differently and our bathroom was downstairs in a basement space that was accessed via common stairs. It was spacious and clean with a jetted tub. None of that seems evident in the posting. Also not sure what they mean by listing breakfast as an amenity. The site is not staffed and check in was was multi step process. Likely won’t pick this place if I return to Florence.

This was not a great place to stay, very dirty shoeprints on ceiling totally worn out not at all what was on photos. Wifi did not work, there is a sculpture class and rave literally 5 feet outside the window, barely any hot water and no staff to help. When we ran out of toilet paper there was none either. This is a catfish hotel, never again!

Location excellent. No safe in the room. No plug in the sink. Sliding door of wardrobe kept falling off runner. Difficult to get in first door of building. Had to ring a number and heard something recorded in Italian, but still couldn’t access first door. Luckily managed to follow a resident inside and then the access was fine.

Walking distance from all shops and main city attractions. Very safe. You can hear all the noise from people going in and out since it’s an old structure but very secure and easy to get to everywhere within walking distance. Nice RR and great AC.

The piazza in which this hotel was in was very dirty we arrived at night and there were young people all over hanging out drinking and smoking all over, felt unsafe and was noisy

The hotel located near the central, everything is walkable distance, i liked it. The room is big and comfy, the only down side was the bathroom located outsise the room on hallway. Otherwise i highly recommend this place.

It is a disgrace that you put this on your site without warning.
There is no check in even though the paperwork said it was from 2pm to 7pm. I took a taxi from airport and got there at 6.45pm.a message said you had to go to,another place check in. If my sister had not gone earlier in the day I would have gotten no keys. The instructions of how to get in were terrible. After front door there were no names for the doors to use the second key.i tried every door and walked 56 stairs,three flights. I finally found some girls to help find a door that the key fitted. Finally we got into a door and then a corridor and third door inside had a name. I was about to give up. I will never use your site again. The room was fine but whoever manages it is horrendous and it is false advertising by orbitz as it is a room that is air B and B .i expected a room iin a place with a check in on site. Disgraceful.

The location of this property was wonderful. The hotel is right on the Piazza Santissima Annunziata, a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and directly behind the Accademia. The room was very clean. There really weren't amenities other than a fridge and hot water heater. A microwave would have been nice. The beds were quite comfortable but more pillows would also be a nice addition. The room was very basic but worth the low price we paid.

Great location, low cost.

My Husband and I stayed two nights. Location was really good, Nice a clean and we got a fair price.

However, this is more an Air BnB type accommodation. Definitely not a Hotel.

-The bed was an uncomfortable cheap foam mattress.
-No bottle opener for wine.
-Needed 3 different keys to get into the building.
-Neighbors made a lot of noise one night.

Book in if you don't mind a rough night or two on the cheap. Got to a hotel if you want luxury. whoops.

Room was great but if you do not have a working cell phone in Italy, it was not possible to contact front desk via WhatsApp for some reason. As there is no reception in the building, you have to call before arrival to have someone meet you there. When I finally used someone else’s phone, the hotel employee met us there promptly.

Character charm in the heart of the city

I stayed with my 11 year old daughter. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was characterful, clean and comfortable, though basic. The location was less than 5 minutes from the centre of Florence.

Odeur de moisi nous avons du parfumer la chambre et les salles de bains. De plus, la salle de bain n’est pas dans la chambre elle est séparé et en bas de la chambre donc pendant la nuit il faut prendre des escaliers pour se rendre aux toilettes si nous avons une envie. Ensuite il y avait des sans abris et des gens qui se droguais et buvait des 21h devant la porte d’entrée ce qui était délicat pour nous.
Nous ne recommencerons pas d’autres visite à cette endroit et nous ne le recommandons pas

the hotel is at a central place. but difficult to make check in even i am comfortable with similar things. not a good isolation of noise. There were mosquitos inside and dead ones on the walls. Air condition works but can only heat itsself. Everything was old the room. was not a great place

gute Lage, großer Raum mit hohen Decken und auch großes Bad mit großer Dusche und großem Whirlpool. Abschreckend finde ich, daß man den Schlüssel ganz woanders abholen muß. Das geht heute auch anders.

A recepção do hotel não é no mesmo local dos quartos, isso foi um problema quando chegamos na cidade... E isso pode dificultar em algumas outras situações também, como não ter possibilidade de ter o café da manhã e não conseguir solicitar nenhuma ajuda caso precise... Mas a localização e muito boa e o quarto é bem espaçoso e bastante confortável.

Chambre au calme, et très bien placée pour visiter le centre historique de Florence.Nous avons vraiment apprécié ces critères.

Accueil agréable; juste savoir qu'il faut aller chercher les clefs dans le bureau de l'agence, qui est à 10 minutes à pieds, et ferme entre 12h30 et 14h.

Ottima Posizione, ingresso da un porticato non pulitissimo ma la stanza e il bagno, molto carini, venivano puliti tutti i giorni. Unica pecca abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora l'arrivo della ragazza che ci ha fatto il Check in in loco, nonostante avessimo chiamato più volte per avvisare che stavamo arrivando. Viene richiesta anche la tassa di soggiorno a parte. Consigliato!

Linda ubicación , habitación limpia, amplia, ruidosa porque da al patio de escuela de arte.
La fachada y entrada es fea,y con mal olor, no así la habitación.
Tuvimos que esperar hora y media hasta que vinieron a hacernos el check in....

Lo unico a destacar, la ubicacion

Lo mejor la ubicacion, solo una calle nos separaba del Duomo, en la misma plaza del Hospital de los Inocentes, preciosa ubicacion. La habitacion era amplia, muy antigua, logico por otra parte tratandose de una Residenzia de epoca. Las bovedas son altisimas nos encontramos muchas telarañas tivimos q ponernos en contacto para que las quitaran. La recepcion se encuentra localizada en otro edificio no muy cercano. Nos comunicabamos por telefono. Eso si, fueron muy amables. Esta tambien muy proximo a la Galleria de la Accademia. Aunque la ubicacion es excelente si vuelvo no me alojare de nuevo alli.

Stort og fint rom, og kun få minutter gange til sentrum. Eneste minuset er at man må ringe på forhånd og avtale møte, ettersom det ikke finnes noe resepsjon på stedet.

Es mas bien un depto. acondicionado, la habitación es amplia grata y bien decorada, tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente no cayo el primer dia y no hay nadie con quien quejarse, por que la recepción es en lugar lejano solo con cita y con horario restringido. La ubicación razonable.

위치는 굉장히 좋습니다. 아카데미아 미술관 바로 옆에 있구요, 바로 골목에서 두오모가 보입니다. 근처에 conad라고 수퍼마켓도 있습니다. 역에서 걸어서 15~20분정도이구요. 단점은 리셉션이 없어서 숙소앞에서 무조건 전화해야합니다. 제가 데이터만 되는 usim을 가져갔는데 미리 메일로 통화 어렵다고 2시에 문앞에서 만나자고 했는데 결국 길가는분한테 부탁해서 전화 빌려서 따로 전화할 때까지 나타나지 않았고요.. 20분지나서 차들고 여유롭게 오시더라구요.. 결과적으로 30분 기다렸네요. 그거 말고는 숙소 안은 굉장히 깔끔하고 넓습니다. 엑스트라베드도 있었고요. 화장실 깔끔합니다. 다만 물에서 약간 냄새가 납니다. 청소상태 좋습니다. 와이파이 잘 안터집니다.

le point négatif : payer 30 € pour une arrivée tardive (après 19h !!!) + pas de petit déjeuner possible sur place + pas très bien isolé au niveau acoustique
