I was not impressed. The place smelled bad, it took a full day of keeping the window open to let the fresh air in.
The room was SO tiny and of course the photos make it look nicer.
The street was noisy all night long. It is on a stretch of pedestrian street so there is no access to taxis, I had to walk a few blocks to get to a corner where I could be picked up to go to the airport.
I was cold at night and there wasn't any extra blanket and of course no staff.
It is a walk up! with suitcases!! while they mention it in their website it was not that obvious at the time of reservation.
The only good thing were the clean cotton sheets.

The private room with private restroom was literally the size of a Cracker Jack box, the smallest room I’ve ever been in. It was claustrophobic, the room was extremely small and the restroom was so tiny that to get in and out of the shower you had to jump over the toilet which was sandwiched between the sink, the shower and the two walls. You could barely sit on the toilet and your knees rubbed against the wall

The building is so old. While sleeping we can hear other people steps on the stairs.

Nice central location. Rooms are clean but they are tiny. The bathroom especially is probably built with the idea that you can fly.
Most of the staff are helpful (the afternoon receptionist and the guy on Saturday) except the morning receptionist that she is not very friendly.
You have to check out till 11:00 am and you can leave the luggage with them till 16:00 which is not helpful especially if your flight is late in the night.
Wall are very thin and you can hear conversations from others.

Everything was great! The room was exactly what I needed to be. Nothing too fancy, but exactly what you need. The staff is very nice and spoke both English and Spanish.

Le petit has an awesome location, even do the cars cannot pass in front of hostal it is a short walk. The room is exactly has it appears on the photos. I encounter with two situations that were uncomfortable, first you can only check in until 9pm , and after hours you have to call in regular hours to obtain an access code , I arrived at midnight and which of course I didn’t knew and it doesn’t say it anywhere in the reservation ( So I lost one night stay because of this, nobody answered the phone, & nobody was at the front desk ) … and last I was traveling with luggage and there’s no elevator very long stairs to get to the second floor.
Even do, if you are not traveling with luggage and you arrange you’re check in ahead of time it is a great place to stay for the money and especially because is location.

I stayed for 3 weeks at Le Petit Fuencarral and had a great time. The location is very convenient - close to either Gran Vía or Tribunal metro. The people are great too! Vielka had helped me with all of my concerns during my stay and I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone.

Price - value was excellent! A modern, functional and very clean place in a buzzing shopping pedestrian district in the center. The only downfall of the location is the screaming of drunken people in the early mornings. As the windows have no sound-isolation, my recommendation is to book a room towards the courtyard instead of a room with a balcony. Than it's a perfect place to be.

La ventana daba a un patio interior y, la verdad, yo no he escuchado ruidos
El baño, decir pequeño es mentir: era minúsculo!! En la ducha es imposible caerse porque no se cabe. El lavabo, está encajonado entre la pared, en la q también está el secador, y la ducha y, si no tienes cuidado, te pegas un coscorrón con la pared al enjuagarte la boca
Por poco acabo como un pollo asado del calor que hacía. Menos mal que, por la noche, bajaron la calefacción porque, al ser central, no puedes regular la temperatura

Estantería super poco práctica, luz de mesa no llega el enchufe, muebles con puertas descolgadas, desagüe de la ducha atascado (se hace piscina y tienes que esperar a que baje el nivel para que no desborde), una de las mesillas pegajosa ( sin limpiar en profundidad, con restos de algo). El colchón y las almohadas sí son cómodas. Necesité ayuda por el chat sobre las 22 horas y me contestaron al día siguiente.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy bien comunicada de Madrid, por lo que coger un autobús o el metro es una opción muy viable. En mi caso reservé una habitación individual. La habitación era pequeña, pero más que suficiente para hacer una o, incluso, dos noches. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación contaba con TV (no probé, así que no puedo opinar), escritorio, un pequeño armario, caja fuerte y baño. El hotel contaba con WiFi e iba perfectamente. Por último, aunque la página no lo decía, el hotel ofrece un pequeño desayuno formado por: café, té, colacao, minicroissant y bollitos de leche. ¡Lo justo para comenzar bien un día!

Hemos pasado una noche entre semana.
La localización es perfecta para visitar Madrid. Está en plena calle Fuencarral, que es una de las calles comerciales más populares de la ciudad de Madrid.
La habitación no es muy amplia, pero estaba todo bastante nuevo y limpio.
La único negativo es que la calle Fuencarral es muy ruidosa por la noche, gente de fiesta, servicios de limpieza, etc… y las ventanas dejan pasar todo el ruido, con lo que si no te llevas unos tapones te va a costar dormir.
La localización es perfecta para visitar Madrid. Está en plena calle Fuencarral, que es una de las calles comerciales más populares de la ciudad de Madrid.
La habitación no es muy amplia, pero estaba todo bastante nuevo y limpio.
La único negativo es que la calle Fuencarral es muy ruidosa por la noche, gente de fiesta, servicios de limpieza, etc… y las ventanas dejan pasar todo el ruido, con lo que si no te llevas unos tapones te va a costar dormir.
