While the rooms were clean and staff was really friendly, I wouldn’t stay here again. The walls are so thin, so you can hear everything. I stayed during a sold out weekend, and the noise was 24/7 between the housekeepers and the guests. The old AC is outrageously loud, both in the room and the hallway. The first floor is terrible.
The staff did try to move me to the top floor in a corner room, but I still had guests blasting music next door. The premium room does have better/quieter AC, but it’s just not worth it to stay here. Ultimately, I checked out a night early and left because I did not get any rest with the constant noise.

I had specified a handicapped room with access that would be easy. The website listed a restaurant and bar on the property. I booked this for friends. The hotel was noisy the parking garage was underneath the building. The main complaint is that I had specified a handicap room. What they got was a very small room that wasn't handicapped accessible the couch was low nothing was accommodating for somebody with mobility issues so I'd say not very good sorry that I booked it

Check in was smooth with good customer service. The free continental breakfast was actually really good (hot food and fruit was provided). I was hesitant to book this place in the beginning because of the noise complaints I read in the reviews, however I didn't think the noise was too bad. You can hear some doors slamming and our toilet's plumbing was a bit loud when flushed-but other than that it was not too bad. I also appreciated the included Wifi! Would stay here again and recommend this hotel!

My stay was not as great in the beginning but with the help from the staff and how they handled the situation made it just that better! I appreciate the overnight front desk for handling the situation so quickly and also Sophia from the morning crew for also handling the situation with Care! The manager came in as well and I didn’t even get the chance to speak to him and he went above and beyond. I really appreciate the staff and the way they take care of their guests and also how they care for their hotel. The cleaning staff is so friendly and accommodating as well! Loved to stay here for other ways this past weekend. The breakfast in the morning was so good as well! Actual eggs bacon and French toast with options of oatmeal and cereal! Toasted bread hot coffee and the whole nine yards! Will definitely be back!

It felt like a charming, small-scale boutique hotel. The exterior beautifully reflected the architectural style influenced by the Spanish colonial heritage of the Santa Barbara area. The interior design throughout the hotel was also lovely, creating a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere.
The room we stayed in was about 500 sq. ft.—cozy, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was neat and delicious. Parking was spacious, and it was convenient that we could access our room directly from the parking area through connecting walkways on each floor without having to go through the lobby—especially great for families with kids, as it minimized walking distance.
A minor downside was that there’s a storage building right next to the hotel, which can make it a bit confusing to find the entrance using navigation. The entrance itself is also quite narrow, so temporarily parking your car can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. Within a 5-minute drive, there was a shopping center with a grocery mall and various stores, which was very convenient. Overall, very satisfied!

I would recommend you find a different place to stay, unfortunately. There was an active leak dripping from two spots in the ceiling in the lobby/breakfast area. The front desk was largely unattended and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The same person that checked us in late Saturday afternoon also checked us out on Sunday morning and she looked so tired. I didn't give her feedback, my heart went out to her- it seemed like they were short-staffed?
The worst part was the soundproofing. Anyone walking in the hallway talking, kids playing on the patio, or a baby crying in another room sounded as if they were right next to us.
I know there's inflation, but at $300+ per night, it was more like a cheap motel experience.
