Nice enough staff, clean room. You are near to the town centre which is just a 5 minute walk away. The lady who checked me in forgot to give me the code to the gate, not a big issue.
Noisy environment outside the room from other guests and both times I have stayed here, I have found the room to be warm, just slightly to warm to be comfortable while under a duvet but too cold without one haha
Being picky, the water pressure on the sink is quite high so you need to be careful opening the tap otherwise you get slashed with water.

It was an amazing stay except feeling cold towards midnight (heater isn't on), attic room with adequate blanket (wish there is extra or some portable heater provided if needed for extra warmthness.

This was well priced accommodation for a 3 night stay, whilst working in the area. Free parking was always available when I needed it. TV was very good in the room. Heating was good. Nice little sitting room (that no one seemed to use apart from me). Nice place to sit and read in comfort in the evening. Cleaning staff were lovely, and helpful.
Minor points - I did see a lovely little dining room, but never worked out how you booked breakfast. Perhaps more info re this would be good.
As with virtually all bathrooms, the silicone sealant in the shower could do with ‘refreshing’ soon.
Overall, I would definitely use it again.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I’m six feet two inches tall - so not freakishly tall - but the stairs and room were quite difficult to navigate.
The switch to activate the shower was hidden above the entrance to the bathroom. It was like a mini Escape Room challenge trying to find it!

It was wonderful to be welcomed by Elaine, who did a great job. I shall be sending a donation towards her mini market project in the post once we get home as i didnt have any change.
The room was lovely and extremely clean. We have previously stay twice and the rooms are very well maintained and have everything you need. We have previously had our own bathroom, but we opted for a shared bathroom and toliet. This is where I have a slight issue, as the toliet has no outlet it does have a very strong smell, although as I said before, it was very clean. The bathroom really just needs a bit of TLC, the sealant really needs replacing, I wasnt too phased, but I know other people who would be horrified at the black mold all around the bottom of the shower. Its just off putting really. I didnt complain because we had opted for a shared bathroom.
The parking is very good at the back of the hotel and they ensure you can park by putting out cones and barrels.

It was wonderful to be welcomed by Elaine, who did a great job. I shall be sending a donation towards her mini market project in the post once we get home as i didnt have any change.
The room was lovely and extremely clean. We have previously stay twice and the rooms are very well maintained and have everything you need. We have previously had our own bathroom, but we opted for a shared bathroom and toliet. This is where I have a slight issue, as the toliet has no outlet it does have a very strong smell, although as I said before, it was very clean. The bathroom really just needs a bit of TLC, the sealant really needs replacing, I wasnt too phased, but I know other people who would be horrified at the black mold all around the bottom of the shower. Its just off putting really. I didnt complain because we had opted for a shared bathroom.
The parking is very good at the back of the hotel and they ensure you can park by putting out cones and barrels.

The inside of the property was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, but it was a little dated, the door to the bedroom didn't close easily which meant banging it every time you left or entered the room, disturbing other guests. Being on a main busy road was noisy too.
