Staff polite , however i changed rooms twice and even the new room had a defective matress. I didnt sleep all night. The matress was uneven. The shower was also broken. Staff said all the mattresses are the same.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel - and ideally situated for a meeting at the University (within walking distance). My only issue is that there is no mobile signal anywhere in the hotel (it works if you stand outside the entrance!). It does have good free WiFi though. Great place to stay

Modern sleek hotel on Keele Uni campus. Beautiful spacious rooms with large walk in showers. Full marks to the cleaning staff as everything is imacculate. The staff at check-in, the bar , the restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Have to call out Connie who was really welcoming and managed to find me a table for dinner. Superb breakfast too. 👌

When we arrived we was welcomed by Jonathan who took care of us thoroughly throughout our visit. He was a pleasure to speak to. We encountered a problem with the bed in the room and he swiftly changed our rooms for us and made sure we was happy in the new room.

Excellent new looking Hotel . A little out of the way with no facilities nearby but short taxi ride into town . Room was very clean and bright . Bathroom was excellent with lots of toiletries and towels provided . Bed and pillows a little soft for our liking but that’s personal preference. Staff were lovely and very helpful . The only downside for us was the buffet breakfast . The selections were limited and the hot food looked as though it had been sat there for a while and needed refreshing but we only arrived about 25 minutes after service had started . Sausages and bacon did not appear to be very high quality . Hash browns were very greasy . Not the worst I have had but if it was improved a little then the Hotel would be perfect . Thanks to them for a great stay and we would use them again . Just please work a little on the breakfast :)

The hotel is conveniently located for the University however there are limited facility around it if you do not drive. However, this is also a common theme with the University itself.

Little consideration for my wife who is on crutches as each morning we were directed to a table furthest from the door. Disappointing.

Staff are great, both the breakfast service and dinner service were above what I would expect. They are always looking to help, they are very polite and easy to talk to. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and made the process of booking in very easy, answered any questions and needs we had, which is very nice. Room is very relaxed, a lot of really nice lighting choices. The bathroom is big and very modern and clean, mirror is a standout in that respect, very good. They provide a kettle, tea, coffee and decaf. And ironing board, iron, hairdryer and place for your suit. They have a TV with lots of channels, one for movies being broadcast at the time. They had bedside tables, a table for eating, and a desk for sitting at. The room has double locks, a rotating lock and a 'deadbolt' it just operates a bit differently than a normal one. Places to hang up coats. They come in to clean daily and you can have towels changed when you wish. Elevators are quick and nice. Overall very impressed.

The hotel was very nice. However there were two faults.
1. Having paid for the hotel on booking, it seems petty to charge £3 for the car park. Especially when the car park is large and parking is not at a premium.
2. The WiFi was not great and very difficult to access. WiFi is a basic nowadays, just as much as hot water is.

Superb stay from start to finish. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and met expectations. Staff were friendly and chatty. I ordered sandwiches for lunch to take away and whilst it was ok, the container the sandwiches were put into didn’t keep it fresh and the bread was stale by the time it was ate.
