Good hostel for the price. Well located one block from the beach.
Marina was amazing at reception. The previous receptionist had me in the wrong room when I arrived overnight but she was able to fix the issue, she very helpful and showed me where to get some good cheap breakfast near the hostel. Would recommend this place!

Our room was basically in the reception and it was tiny. I suspect it was once a storage room. It wa right on the street where the local bar has tables right at our window, so it was really noisy.

There was no room for our bags so we resorted to putting them on the top bunk. The ensuite toilet had blood on the outside of the bowl.

Furniture in the room was run down. Kitchen was well equipped but everything looked a bit unclean and when we went to wash up we found the detergent was so wateted down it was basically ineffective.

Towels were meant to be included but the staff kept telling us that they were at the cleaners and to come back this afternoon/come back in the morning. We stayed three nights and never got towels, despite our constant pestering.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Bright Beach and Exercise Hostel

My favorite of three hostels...
Zanya is lovely house lady to wake to with very kind help from Roberto and Alex, for breakfast and then all day.

And very nice to deal with, night guys, Frederico and .

Owners mom covers for Zanya's days off, and she is also hard working and happy with all guests.

Brightly colored hostel.

Place to come for people here to go beaches.

ALSO! Has some free public gym machines almost at front door, in a nice courtyard area with chess tables.

Good location. The hostel is near the fruit market.The young coconut and the tropical fruits are cheap. The street vendor is selling 2 corns for 5 reails. One of the rommate is snoring. I wears earplugs, but I couldn't sleep.

Carnival

I stayed here for Carnival it was perfect because it was close to bus stops and metro station. A lot of facilities around like super markets, farmacies, stores. Right in the middle of everything made it easier to go to the blocos.

Minha estadia foi muito boa. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e confortável, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A equipe de funcionários foi atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar. A localização também é um ponto positivo, com fácil acesso a lojas, restaurantes e pontos de interesse próximos. No geral, tive uma ótima experiência e me hospedaria novamente.

O Hostel em si já é bem acolhedor. Galera sempre bem comunicativa e bem animada. Não vi ponto negativos em nada. Desde a recepção, a saída, todos os atendentes são massa. O Hostel tem uma localização privilegiada: proximo a praia , tem uma infinidade de opcoes par comer , farmacias, supermercado, etc. O quarto estava muito limpo, tem uma sacadinha. Tem uma tv com canais ( nao pega netiflix you tube ). Fiquei somente uma noite e apesar do quarto ser pequeno foi tudo perfeito.

Excelente opção e custo-benefício!

Adoramos a estadia, o local é simples porém organizado, limpo, e todos os funcionários são super receptivos, tentam nos ajudar de todas as maneiras (Marina é um amor de pessoa!). Tem um barzinho legal ao lado, tem roda de samba, pra quem gosta já é uma opção de lazer a noite bem perto, pra nós dentro do hotel o som não chegou a incomodar. Facilita por ser muito pertinho da praia também, fácil de ir a pé, padaria, mercado, restaurante. Com certeza vamos voltar mais vezes. Agradeço imensamente a receptividade e carinho que fomos recebidos.

Pra quem não é acostumado em dividir alojamento é um choque de realidade. Mas pra quem não pode se hospedar um um lugar melhor, mais caro, é uma boa opção. Se puder gastar mais não recomendo.

A estadia foi excelente.

O lugar é muito organizado e o atendimento excepcional.
Ficamos no quarto 02 ele e o banheiro estavam muito limpos e organizados, assim como a roupa de cama.

O Wifi funciona, no quarto tem TV e ar condicionado e a cama é super confortável.

Recomendamos DEMAIS e voltaremos outras vezes com certeza!

Hospedagem coletiva com 15 camas, lotado, quarto misto, localização excelente, atendimento excelente, 1 banheiro no quarto e chaves para os acupantes. Ar frio ligam só a noite. Armário no quarto não cabe malas maiores as bagagens ficam no chão. Muito barulho de entre e sai a noite e madrugada. Cozinha equipada, tem pátio com bancos.

Terrível, fujam dessa cilada!
O quarto número 1 jamais deveria ser disponibilizado para hóspedes!!!
Apesar de ser um quarto privativo, descansar nele é impossível, pois é barulho o dia inteiro, a janela do quarto é virada para a rua, onde o próprio hostel monta cadeiras de bar bem embaixo da janela e além disso , ao lado deste quarto existem uma lanchonete e um bar que funciona até 0h e fica das 16 as 22 com música ao vivo, um barulho insuportável !!
A falta de respeito no local beira o absurdo, começando pela propria recepção do hotel que não respeita o horário de silêncio , estipulado por eles mesmos das 22 as 08h. Quando fizemos o check in nos solicitaram a assinatura de um termo de conduta com diversas regras, que os próprios funcionários não respeitam!!
Os hóspedes ficam apos as 22 e principalmente a madrugada toda nesta mesa embaixo da janela do quarto que ficamos e nenhum funcionário do hostel se importa com a situação.
Ligamos na recepção para reclamar desta situação e desligaram na cara!! Mandamos mensagem via whatsapp e simplesmente ignoraram.
Pior hospedagem que já fiquei na minha vida, sem falar nas condições do quarto, minúsculo, mal dava para passar, só cabe a cama e além disso está cheio de mofo nas paredes, piso de taco soltando os pedaços, cortinas rasgadas , porta do banheiro sanfonada caindo aos pedaços e não fecha!!
Ficamos hospedados duas noites e não realizaram limpeza no local, nao trocaram roupas de cama nem retiraram o lixo do banheiro!
