The room was big enough for one twin bed and an overnight bag. The shower curtain was 10 cm short so when you shower the whole bathroom floor gets wet. No heat or AC we were told the town made the hotel turn them off. It was 80 + degrees the last few days

You check in on a computer screen outside the front door. The front desk is not staffed. To complicate matters, the computer screen is installed so low in the wall that I had to get onto my knees to be able to read it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable beds and nice hot shower! Breakfast had a reasonable selection and was good. We had a twin bedded room which was a bit cramped and with limited storage, but for a short stay it was fine. Staff very pleasant and chatty.i would stay again-good value for money.

A most lovely little hotel. Very simple, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too! Eggs, bacon, various types of bread, juices and coffee/tea. It actually looked exactly like the photo they provide which was a nice touch. Be warned, there is a road tax of €7.80 if you are coming from Geneve. Overall it was a lovely hotel. Would certainly stay again.

The property does not open for check in until 5pm....it does not provide hair dryet or much toiletteries....the gentleman at check in and morning breakfast eas not overly friendly. Paid for breakfast and i am not certain if we had eggs since it was pure style and cold same as the bacon very salty and cold. The crossant were nice and fresh. Would not recommend since the room are also very small

We spent one night in the hotel and it was absolutely terrible. Perhaps the worst hotel we ever stayed in. This is a smoker's paradise because it seemed like smoking was allowed anywhere in the premises. From the moment we stepped into the lobby it smelled like an astray and all the way to the room. Even the pillows smelled like cigarrette. So, if you are a smoker and you want to smoke in the comfort of your room then the B&B Annecy is the right place for you.

I have been there for the first time. Not to visiting Aneccy but Geneva. Good price for the service. Surprised about the boss, who didn't have any problems to speak English with us and helped about everything. Clean room, good bed for this hotel chain and good bathroom. Would stay there again.

Une nuit réservée dans l'hôtel pour un court séjour à Annecy. Hôtel très bien situé : 15 minutes du centre ville et 40 minutes de Genève, dans une zone calme.
Très bien mais 2 petits points négatifs :
- Nous sommes arrivés samedi vers 15h, il n'y avait pas de réception. La borne d'enregistrement à l'extérieur permettant de connaître son code d'accès demande le nom de la réservation et un code reçu par mail et via hôtel.com. Vient alors la première difficulté : le code reçu n'est pas bon et ce n'est pas le nom qu'il fallait rentrer mais le prénom... Perte de temps et obligé donc de contacter l'assistance.
- Fuite au niveau du siphon du lavabo de la salle de bain, pieds dans l'eau quand on se lave les mains et se brosse les dents

I had to pay again at the digital check in as I arrived at 11pm. I paid the full amount on hotels.com. I could retrieve my reservation on the machine but was asked to pay the full amount again despite hotels.com wrote that only taxe de sejour was still due at the hotel. Not recommended!

Hotel au tarif correcte pour la région. Une propreté de la chambre exemplaire. Le personnel est vraiment sympa. La chambre reste cependant un peu petite. Le petit déjeuné était correcte, le buffet ne manquait de rien malgré le nombre de clients. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit.

Après 23H, j'avais réservé 2 chambres, impossible de prendre possession de la seconde chambre, un dysfonctionnement est survenu lors du règlement. J'ai du aller trouver un autre hotel ailleurs. Au petit déjeuner, on explique les difficultés de prise de possession de la chambre, le salarie de l'hotel m'indique que j'aurai sonner. La sonnette n'a pas fonctionné , et le tel de l'hotel ne répondait pas. Prenez exemple sur les hotels Suisse ou l'accueil est irréprochable...
