In a great location, friendly and clean. Pretty quiet too. They’d made a real effort to arrange our rooms to suit us as a family, and without asking put single beds side by side in each room, knowing we’d split as adult-kid pairs. Windows opened onto a brick wall and another brick wall with pipe. So if you want a view, make sure you make it clear!

Had read a few reviews before booking - the room -502 - and probably all floors with 02 on the end - was as said in another review - had a window facing an outside shaft - so only view of walls and a patch of sky as we were high up. Room was big enough - had very comfortable bed , pillow and duvet -great bathroom / shower - ok no drawers in bedroom but not a problem...robes, slippers , lavazza coffee machine and kettle, coffee, 2 waters and tea topped up each day with a mini fridge too. Other rooms of course, more expensive , had better size and view - but this was a short stay and it was absolutely perfect for 3 days.
Breakfast was absolutely fine - cooked section, and great choice of teas and coffees. downside was that it is in a small area which could get busy and noisy they could do with moving the sofa area over a bit to make more space... - but we managed!!
Very helpful reception staff - and clean rooms too! Location couldn't have been better!

(triple room, Maltese+traditional balconies) Great location for easy access to the bus terminal for island exploring, and for walking Valletta (without being right in the thick of it). Maltese balcony offered a unique perspective of street life. Comfortable bed (ran hot due to plastic mattress protector); decent shower. Hotel is on a pedestrian street open to vehicles until about 09:30, so we did hear the street wake up very early every day with deliveries, unlocking, etc. (Maltese balcony doors dampened sound; traditional balcony doors did not). No drawers/shelves of any kind in the room, so stashing small things was a challenge. Buffet breakfast was fresh and, though not expansive, provided good choice. Buffet and cleaning staff were lovely.

Absolutely fantastic. The only thing that it lacked for me, was ice; no ice machine for drinks in the room. The hotel staff did get me ice on a couple of occasions, but it was not readily available for guests. Limited dining, but a goog variety for breakfast. You're so close to all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment that you could choose a different experience every time you stepped out. Transportation was a quick walk away. I wouls stay here for every visit to Malta.

We loved the location of this hotel and our room was very comfortable. The staff was so accommodating-even gave us sandwiches when we had to leave for our flight before breakfast opened. Because we were in the thick of the city, though, there were fireworks going off until midnight for some reason. Not the hotel’s fault, but it might have been quieter in another location, but then you’d miss the charm and being able to walk so easily to wherever you wanted to go.

Hotel is quite nice, in a very good location. But definitely not worth the price. Paid extortionate amount for a room that didnt have basic tv channels, wifi kept dropping, bed was quite uncomfortable, no view from the window except for a wall.

The hotel was right in the middle of everything. The staff was great. The beds are really hard if that is something that would bother you. I need a soft bed and felt like I was sleeping on a hard floor. The pillows were nice though. I know they can’t please everyone on bed choice and some people like an hard bed. Other than a hard bed for me our stay was wonderful. I would definitely come back but bring something to make the bed softer for me.

The hotel is in the central area in walking distance to many tours meeting points. The electric kettle was great appliance and two bottles of water were provided every day. The only issue we had was lack of shelves in the room and in the shower. The breakfast was good, served in a very tight area. The cars cannot drive to the hotels most of the day, so you may need to walk about 4 minutes to a more accessible location to take a taxi.

This hotel is hidden away just off Merchant’s Street, so you’re right in the heart of Valletta but without it feeling too busy. Rooms are great with everything you need. Enjoyed breakfast. My stay at Palazzo Rosario Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect - it was so close to all of the main city attractions and restaurants. I loved that it was within walking distance of the ferries and bus terminal, making it incredibly easy to explore neighboring towns and islands. The concierge was incredibly helpful in arranging a car service to and from the airport, which made my trip stress-free. And the cherry on top was the delicious breakfast available every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location. I think it cannot get any better than this location. It’s right in the old town. On top of that, the breakfast was great despite being relatively simple. Service from staff was good. Room was clean. Only thing I have to say is, the room is pretty small but I guess that’s the thing if you live in boutique hotels within old buildings. It was still acceptable for us.

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Valletta on foot. It is central so easy access to restaurants, sights and bus station. Not suitable if you are driving with no access due to pedestrianised location but benefits with quietness because of this. Staff were wonderful and helpful even arranging an early breakfast. Spacious clean room with a comfortable bed and and plenty of power and charging points. Good sized modern bathroom. Tea, coffee and bottled water replenished daily.

This was an amazing find! Location couldn’t be better, the staff were super friendly and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable, being that I tend to be very particular with my rooms and always check everything specially cleanliness, I couldn’t find anything I disliked. Their breakfast was also very very good. Being able to walk everywhere from the hotel was great, there are countless restaurants, cafes, a lot shopping as soon as you step out of the hotel. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Only a 10 minute walk to Sliema and Gozo fast ferry. A lot of great dining options in the area. However, the buffet breakfast offered isnt that good. Still, I would stay here again. I loved my room, the bathrooms were very spacious.
