Great location, easy walk into the old city, the room was nice but the balcony had only one chair and no table. On top, one day they cleaned the bird excrement from the facade and made a mess on it. The cleaning crew attempted to enter a few times even though I was in the room and told them I needed privacy :)
Definitely not a four star hotel, I would say a bit overpriced but overall I am happy with my stay there. Perhaps they can change the carpets in the rooms and hire more friendly people at the reception... The city is super beautiful...

Lovely hotel

This hotel is modern on the inside but has the Krakow style on the outside. Breakfasthad a very varied choice. Only a 2km walk to the Town Square. Lots of places to eat and drink , you will not be short on choice. Plenty of cafes for a coffee, pastry, ice cream to rest your feet as there are lots of sites to see. Hotel staff were very helpful before and during our trip. Would highly recommend The Plaza Boutique

Would recommend.

Thought the Hotel was really good. Location was close enough to main square and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy to reach by Trams as well. My only criticism would be that Breakfast could do with some attention. I found parts of the English Breakfast were not hot. Also on our last day it was busy and the self selection items ran out and were not restocked.

Great City break in Krakow

Lovely hotel,rooms are clean & modern & very spacious.We had a balcony overlooking looking the small square.Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from & plenty of it. Very modern hotel.Staff very friendly & helpful.Hotel is half an hour's walk to Old town but that didn't bother us as it was nice to walk & have a feel of the city. But if you don't like walking you can catch a tram just outside the hotel which is very cheap.Would definitely stay again

Absolutely gorgeous hotel situated by the Vistula river but still within walking distance to Old Town. Would stay again, good value for money.
It's a four star hotel because some sheets/carpets/door frames are stained, some paint is peeling, and the gym machine is in need of maintenance. Though the majority of staff aren't fluent in English, they are proficient after patience.
An affordable alternative to Copernicus and the like. I don't care where I stay as long as it's not dirty and the staff are friendly enough to say good morning to me.

Touch of Luxury at Welcoming and Simple Hotel

A more pleasant reception experience and welcome would be difficult to find in most other hotels. The reception area was slightly cramped, but there was room for a couple of seats with an outlook on the street.
The room was very clean and decently appointed, with a fridge and plenty of storage space. However, I did not have a good night there because I found the bed slightly uncomfortable. The toilet and shower room was larger than I expected. The only problem there was an issue with the water taps, where no matter if you opened the cold or hot tap, very hot water came streaming out. The only way to get water that was less hot (for brushing teeth, for example) was to lower the water stream so it was only a trickle, or use bottled water. The shower, on the other hand, worked perfectly.
The breakfast room was the same as the Italian restaurant (currently closed) which adjoins the hotel. A generous and copious breakfast was provided, with a decent choice of tea. The only issue here was that some of the hotplates were not working, so the scrambled eggs, for example, were somewhat cold.
Otherwise, a pleasant stay in a welcoming environment.

Helpful staff. It was a good location. Although we were put in a nice large room on the first floor at the front of the hotel the noise from the trams kept us awake. We asked to be moved which they organised that day and put us on the top floor which was much better.

The property is near to the city centre and on a tram line so very easy access. The room was very clean, well decorated, and appointed. Breakfast was good only criticism was that in the morning the used breakfast crockery wasnt cleared quickly leaving new customers having to move it prior to having their breakfast

Very modern accommodation, beautifully furnished room. Nicely located if you want to be a bit out of the centre. Pleasant 10/15min walk to the main square through the Jewish Quarter. Tram stop almost immediately outside, No.78 gets you to the main square in 5mins. Breakfast was a little disappointing and wasn't up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel

Great location, loved the fact it was close to the Jewish Quarter and not too much of a walk into the main square.

This is a very good hotel with excellent staff, the reception staff could not do enough for you especially when it came to information for getting around and places to see. The rooms are beautiful and well kept clean during our stay. The breakfast was adequate and although a wee bit out from the main market getting about on the tram was easy enough. Altogether Krakow is a must place to visit and a stay at the Plaza boutique was a great place to stay. Thank you.

This hotel is terrific - we had a lovely room on the 4th floor with a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom and an arched window, overlooking the square, where a small market is set up on a Saturday morning.
Breakfast is self service with great coffee and a choice of fresh fruit, cold meat and cheese, yoghurt, scrambled eggs and little cakes. Great choice!
Staff are brilliant - friendly, helpful and efficient.
Short walk to restaurants and bars. Over the bridge to more restaurants and bars, catering for all tastes.

Great hotel, lovely and clean! Good breakfast choices. Location is a little out of the way however great tram system right outside that brings you to centre in no time. Close to Jewish Quarter and staff able to give great recommendations for food and drinks in the area. I will certainly recommend this hotel

A lovely boutique hotel, a short stroll from the Jewish Quarter and slightly further to the main square. The Hotel restaurant is worth a visit. The staff were very helpful in arranging transport to/from the airport. We will definitely return.

Just got back from a 3 night break. Lovely clean hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The only thing that was a negative is that we both found the bed and pillows quite uncomfortable, however that’s not the hotels fault, that’s simply person preference. I like a nice firm pillow, whereas the pillows in the hotel were very very soft. We would most certainly go back again and would recommend anyone visiting to stay here.

Nice and new hotel but not a comfortable stay

The hotel looked really nice and was decorated well but unfortunately my stay was quite uncomfortable. I did not sleep well because there was a lot of noise and banging from upstairs. The room was also very cold and the single duvet was too small for the bed. I'm only 5 foot 3 inches and even I found the duvet too small. The pillow on the other hand was huge and uncomfortable to lie on. I woke up with a sore neck and shoulder the next day. The still water in the room tasted really bad so I was very thirsty during the night until breakfast. Then unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing. The fried egg and scrambled egg were both cold and the bread roll I had with them was stale. I then had some cereal without milk because there were no dairy free options. Lastly I tried the little selection of pastries and cakes but they were also old and stale.

Lovely little hotel.

Very clean and tidy little hotel which is good value, especially for a city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff at this hotel and breakfast was really good too. The room could have been bigger, but so could the bill. It’s about 20-25 minutes walk into the old town square, or there is a tram stop right outside.

Excellent little hotel within easy reach of everything in Kraków. Nice walk to Kazimierz and all the restaurants and pubs there. Short tram ride elsewhere. Coffee shops and convenience stores near the hotel. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Only minus is the AC which only operates with your key in the slot - as a result the room was often quite warm when returning to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing (I stayed at the hotel in the beginning of August, so temperatures in Kraków were rather warm).
