Great corner suite, ideal for a family. Beautiful pool overlooking the old town, lovely and relaxing with sunbeds where you could relax or read a book. Good comprehensive breakfast and very well located hotel for the old town and airport. Bar lacked a little in atmosphere and the cocktails were not great but that's our only complaint.

Very nice spacious upgraded de luxe king room and excellent breakfast selection & daytime snacks. We were very disappointed the spa was closed for renovation but appreciated the good complementary replacement facilities the Nordic had arranged at the nearby Metro hotel.

Really friendly staff, rooms a bit basic. Things weren't topped up when the room is cleaned i.e. water and coffee. Room view was non existent, but room was big and it did the job, but wouldn't stay again. Also their leisure centre shut so have to go to sister hotel to use it.

Lovely room, clean & a good size with a nice bathroom & great bath. The top floor spa suite is a decent size with a pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room. The buffet breakfast has a good range of dishes and was kept freshly topped up.
The hotel is in a great location, 15 mins from the airport and a 5 min walk to the old town & many restaurants near by. The tram line was also right outside to get further afield. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location 2 min walk from old town with spotless, extremely spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants right outside the door. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is huge with a large variety, totally worth 22 EUR. Provide surveilled luggage storage (only staff enter the storage area). Pool is amazing with waterfall, water jets, gorgeous view of old town. Sauna and steam rooms are very relaxing.

Great bathroom with a super bath which was like a small deep boat. Plenty to choose at the breakfast buffet. Good value and well worth staying.

Modern, clean and comfy hotel, 20 mins from the airport, just a few hundred metres from the Old Town and 15 min walk from the Ferry terminal. Rooms on 7th floor were large and comfortable but a bit hot. Spa was on 8th floor and my wife said it was really good. Breakfast plentiful and delicious buffet and always busy. Sometimes fing a seat was an issue. The hotel is good value but when we return to Tallin, we would opt for a more characterful boutique hotel in the old town.

Stylish, Scandi hotel, comfortable furnishings, could not fault the amenities. Very professional friendly and helpful staff. I would give a 5 out of 5 if our stay had not been significantly diminished by the noise. Honestly, my wife and son did not get one full night’s rest, and even I, as a usually very heavy sleeper, was impacted by this, every single night of a 4 night stay.
Exhausted every morning, so affected the enjoyment of Tallinn, a splendidly gorgeous city. I asked for a remedy, and the only option was to move to a small room. We paid for the two room suite as travelling with a 17 year old, so this was not really an option.
Please please please have secondary glazing installed, you have a potentially class leading hotel, but the road and street noise is simply not acceptable. Its as if there are no windows and the room is open to a busy road.

The room we were given was spacious and beautifully decorated with a large bathroom and a fantastic view of the old town. I would have given it 5 stars but the shower was really rubbish, it was very weak pressure and it flooded the whole room. Also sadly the bed was very firm. Some people like a firm bed, I know, but I am a side sleeper and it hurt my hips. Very big though.

Breakfast was good but I have a food allergy and it took us days to be able to get information about allergens in the breakfast. Apparently no one knows anything over the weekend, so the first two mornings I could only eat the obvious things, like cucumber and boiled eggs, and then Monday morning someone turned up who could help me! Luckily there was a lot of choice so I didn't starve.

The location is really good, close to the old town and the Rotermann district.

The pool was great to have too, the water was a little bit cold but it was a nice feature.

Overall the hotel felt very high end, and I am glad we stayed there, but I can only give it three stars because of the three fundamental issues- hard bed, weak shower, poor availability of allergen information.

The hotel is well located for ease of access to anything in Tallinn, and transport, generally.

By enjoying close relations with Sweden and Norway, Tallinn benefits greatly, as does the Hotel with an interesting clientele.

Hotel staff were pleasantly accommodating, and the hotel well presented. By choosing a Family room, we enjoyed comfort and space.

Hotel breakfasts were resplendent, assisted by our stay also being in Estonian Cuisine Month.

Paid parking (pre-booked) was available.

We were grateful that everyone was able to speak English, as we could not speak Estonian.

Hotel perfectly located near old gothic town

Clean, functional rooms and hotel. The breakfast is wonderful with hot and cold foods and fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs, breads, sausages, yoghurts, etc. Hotel is ideally located at entrance to Tallinn’s gothic old town area and all the major art museums are walkable to this hotel. There are lots of shopping and restaurant options available near the Nordic Hotel Forum. This hotel also has a gender separated dry sauna and steam room, in addition to a pool all on the 8th floor. I recommend this hotel.

This was a very nice hotel with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—right in a walkable area near great restaurants and the old town, which made exploring effortless. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with clean lines and thoughtful decor throughout.

The wellness facilities were a standout: a spotless pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room that felt like a mini spa retreat. Our room had comfortable beds and a good shower, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

Traveling with a small child, we really appreciated the in-room TV services—having Netflix and YouTube made downtime easy and enjoyable. Plus, having a grocery store right next door was a huge convenience for snacks and essentials.

I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend. It’s a great blend of location, comfort, and thoughtful amenities.

Sadly the only photo I took of the hotel was the bowl of Nutella that was out during breakfast. Obviously this was my favorite part! Lol! The room was comfortable and spacious, the spa area was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious but we stayed for 4 nights and wish breakfast could have rotated because we ate the same thing everyday, although there were a good amount of options. I’d stay here again!

Attempting to check in, and hotel could not find my reservation. Used the chat function through orbitz, and determined somehow the reservation was not properly placed between Orbitz and Nordic hotel - no clue which one was responsible, but all in, took approximately 1 hour to resolve.
Hotel staff and Orbitz were both accomodating, but on a day with limited time to explore the city, the loss of an hour mid afternoon was not appreciated.
Hotel and staff are great, Orbitz customer service was responsive, but check in experience was not.

Size of pool was significantly smaller than what we had anticipated and what was depicted by image on their website. Noho restaurant menu options somewhat limited. The view from our room wasn’t the best due to a chimney (?) obstruction. Would have liked significantly more counter space for toiletries in the large bathroom and a small sink to wash dishes (used in kitchenette).
The size of our room, the kitchenette, the location (near Vana Tallinn main entrance) and the staff made up for any deficiencies. We will definitely return if we could get the same or similar room.

We had a two room corner suite. One of the best hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Requesting maid is done with a ❌ ✅ touch pad. Bathroom mirror had touch button built in photography lighting. The room was clean, bright and modern. Bathroom was huge, with a large soaking tub and separate shower. Only gripe would be that complimentary beverages were not restocked and we would have appreciated more bath towels and bedding sheets instead of just a comforter, but I still give it 10 ⭐️ on a 1 to 5 scale.

The hotel is walking distance from Old Town and we enjouyed the pool and spa. Our room is on the 7th floor facing the main street. You can hear everything that goes on on the street even at 7th floor (loud cars, people shouting on the street and the glass window cracks so loud every hour.)

I could not find fault with anything about this hotel. We only stayed one night but they upgraded us and the room was so comfortable with a great view of the old town. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of vegan options which is very unusual so you can imagine how good it was for everyone else. The staff were so helpful and professional and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. A perfect choice for visiting a beautiful city.

A 4 Star experience done well. The Rooms are modern and clean with excellent touches. The beds aren’t as comfortable as we’d have liked and there is some road noise but we still slept fine. The cocktails in the bar are great and the spa on the 8th floor with a view over Tallinn is well worth it.

I stayed here one night, I arrived very late and had booked an apartment for about a week.
The location of the hotel is very nice, about 200 meters or less from the entry to Old Town. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room large(ish) and the breakfast was delightful, very large and I think included in with the room.
The area is fantastic, it turns out my apartment was about 200 meters from the hotel. I suggest trying ROST, a great bakery and coffee shop in a nearby shopping center. Get whatever is fresh out of the oven (I had a cardamon bun) and a nice capuccino, take a loaf of black bread or a bun back for later.
The area has several shops, restaurants, coffee shops and even a supermarket or two nearby. Great place to stay when you visit Tallinn.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is in a walking distance from the old town and the port.
Our room was spacious and had coffee/tea making facility, however there was no milk/creamer. We had a little fridge with apple and orange juice. There were complimentary water bottles too. The room was clean and we had enough towels, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had only a shower and despite carefully closing the door and putting towel on the floor, the floor would get very wet. However, it dried quickly. The beds were comfortable and room was nice and warm.
The leisure centre had a pool, jacuzzi, and a steam room. There were sauna in each male and female changing rooms. The pool and jacuzzi could get very busy though.
The breakfast was very good and the breakfast restaurant was big, however getting a table could be competitive at certain times. We did not dine at the restaurant as the menu didn’t inspire us and it was not cheap, but there are plenty of restaurants in the old town nearby. We had amazing pizza and ice cream at Amalfi restaurant across the road.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a wonderful find! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff at the service desk were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The location was unbeatable—right next to a shopping mall and just a 10-minute walk to the old town and Christmas market. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops were within a 5-10 minute stroll.

Breakfast was great, with a delicious European-style spread. Overall, a fantastic stay that I’d highly recommend!

The hotelroom was the most clean hotel room I have ever been in. Overall really clean and in good condition. Service was ok, but would have appreciated a few smiles from the staff. One big minus comes from the noisy room. The street noises came through the windows, and over all not good sound insulation.

Had a great stay at Nordic Forum Hotel. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Room had all the amenities - kettle, hair dryer, fridge, safe, slippers, robes. 2 water bottles were provided on the first day and there were complementary drinks in the mini bar. Bathroom was spacious, with Elemis products. There was also a bidet. The location of the hotel was fabulous, literally on the outskirts of the old town. Less than 10 mins walk to the town square. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. Didn’t try the Breakfast but saw the offer and it looked great, lots of variety (€22 pp). Overall, would highly recommend and would come back again.

In terms of improvement, would be good if there was milk provided in the room (for the tea). The room was a little warm for me personally. My room also faced the main road and I found it a bit noisy so if you’re a light sleeper, I would ask for a room that faces the internal well/courtyard. Towels weren’t changed during our stay but it was only 2 nights so wasn’t a big problem.

Very happy

First time in Tallinn and had heard good things about the Nordic Forum and rightly so, what a great find. Great location right next to the old town, a good looking and modern hotel.
Breakfast was great, the room a good size and comfortable and the whole place had a very modern feel.
Other than the helpful lady who checked us in and out, the staff aren’t the friendliest but aren’t unpleasant.
If I returned to Tallinn I wouldn’t look anywhere else assuming the price remained reasonable
