It was an excellent hotel for pets. Easy access to grass for dogs and great for walks as the hotel is very close to the pathways around the harbor.
The free breakfast was excellent as well with plenty of different options everyday.

Excellent breakfast, clean room, good staff. They need to manage the EV parking spots more effectively. One EV sat in one of the two available charging stalls for almost 24 hours not using the charger at all. That’s not acceptable for the rest of us.

Our first night was great! The breakfast in the morning was fine. On the second night, we were awaken at about 11:00 pm by what sounded like drilling and hammering. This went on for two hours. Several people were out of their rooms complaining to the front desk. The maintenance manager was called. We were told it was the elevator. When we checked out the following morning, we were given a 30% discount on that night’s charge. We felt that was fair. Provided that whatever was keeping us awake is fixed, we would stay at the Huntington again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Huntingdon Hotel and Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy for our family to relax after a long day exploring the area. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had.

Breakfast was a nice bonus and gave us a good start to the day.

One thing we really liked was the hotel’s cozy and charming atmosphere, which contrasted with that of larger chain hotels. It felt more personal and relaxing. The location was also very convenient for visiting nearby attractions and walking around the area.

Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers looking for comfort, friendly service, and a convenient location.

Beautiful property. Convenient location. Wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately you need to walk up 6 stairs to get to the first floor of rooms. And there were no rooms on the 2nd floor or above so we could use the elevator. So my 94 year old mom with walker had to struggle up and down stairs while I carried suitcases and her walker. The website should clearly call this out. Had it done so we would have specifically requested a higher room. There should be at least a ramp for accessibility. The dining room also is only accessable by going up stairs from what I could tell so it is and was not a good experience for elderly or disabled people. The staff did offer once to help us carry stuff up the stairs but they were often busy and didn't offer to help than that.

They had a very good breakfast Buffet. The last day we were there the toasters were not out. Staff stated they were a fire hazard and made the toast ahead of time, which wasn’t very tasty but there were enough other options to choose from. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area from the bedroom, which were really appreciated. The only negative was we were on the first floor and it was very noisy, probably due to no carpeting in the rooms. It was loud every time someone ran water. We paid extra for parking but it was nice having indoor parking. The proximity to the harbour and Fisherman’s Wharf was wonderful as we could walk to many places.

Very good value as breakfast included. Can get busy in the dining area, so go early. Our suite had kitchenette which was reasonably equipped but in need of refreshing (tired paintwork, etc). Bathroom on the small side but shower powerful. Good location (construction work opposite until summer 2028)

My room on the back side was great — comfortable bed & linens, a nicely equipped bathroom, good blackout curtains, and all very clean. Great location, easy walking to all the attractions, the included breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast were super.
The only negative for me was the high price for parking - $18/night.

This was the third time staying here and there wont be a Fourth.
Being put on the 1st floor AT THE BUSIEST Part of the Hotel In Front Main Street??... and seems the Hotel was managed allot better than it is now.
I was born and raised in Victoria so will make sure a advise my friends to Suggest another location to their guests when coming to visit.
We thought we had a For Sure spot here but apparently the world is changing everywhere, and for the AMOUNT paid, Was Expecting A Stay At The Same Level But Far From It.

We picked this hotel because of its great location. There is a massive construction project on the ferry, which very surprisingly wasn't an issue for travel or noise at night. The breakfast is pretty good and the bed was comfortable. What truly stood out was our check in. There was a very large group of older cyclists that arrived at the same time as us, probably around 30 people. At the same time, there was a gentleman who was apparently not liking the room he had picked online. The front desk person, Leigh, not only offered real solutions, but also was very professional and courteous despite the situation. I was very impressed. We will definitely stay here again next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Huntingdon Manor. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Inner Harbour and the ferry terminal. The property itself is charming and has a lot of character, though the rooms are a bit outdated and could definitely use some modernizing. That said, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. A solid 4-star choice if you prefer charm over brand-new furniture.

When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in experience at the reception was very pleasant, and the staff treated us very well. After that, we went to our room, which seemed clean at first.

However, when my wife, my children, and I were getting ready to sleep, we opened the sofa bed and found that it looked like it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. It seemed like it had been used the night before and then folded back up without changing the bedding. The bed sheet was left the same way, and even the blanket inside was dirty.

In addition, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not clean at all. This was very disappointing, especially since we were staying with our family.

Spacious and clean family suite, great for our family of 4, included breakfast was convenient, staff all very friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat, right on the inner harbour a short walk from the Parliament and BC museum. One thing to note in the family suite is the bathroom is downstairs/bedrooms upstairs (for anyone needing to use the bathroom in the night you will be going down stairs).

Too many requests for tips for the servers and the housekeeping.
There were at least 3 in the breakfast room and another in our room.
It left a bad taste in my mouth.
The breakfast staff hung around watching us fill our plates - looked like they were watching to make sure we didn't break their rules - don't touch the temperature on the toaster - don't put your bread through twice. My husband did and was told he wasn't supposed to do that.

All staff were very welcoming and friendly , spotless throughout , staff are busy cleaning and maintaining all day . Location was great close to everything, could walk everywhere. Housekeeping was very good , front staff were always available for recommendations. Breakfast staff were always attentive . Breakfast was okay but need more variety pretty much same everyday . Breakfast at Parody next door was fabulous for $10 each . Had a foot massage at the on site spa . Very nice , especially after walking so much .
Parking was easy to get in and out in the underground. Laundry facilities were very clean . Would have liked ice machine and water on every floor we were on third floor Our room had bedroom upstairs . Great having small kitchen , inconvenient with bathroom on main floor . Room was very spacious and very comfortable for relaxing at end of the day . Felt very safe walking around Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean, theres an option for secured parking (which was bright and safe at all hours), the breakfast buffet was good (included eggs, bacon hashbrowns, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal). Staff was very friendly. Upon check in, the person checking us in wasnt as attentive as he was with the previous guests (missed a lot of the information he told the other guests). Overall it was good. Note, there is currently construction in the area - can be heard during weekday stays.

The room was old looking, toile was very old and low to the floor making it difficult for us seniors. Tiny fridge was too small and inconveniently located in cupboard on floor. Silver fish on the floor in morning. No individual bed lights but one very bright dual LED light between beds. Bathtub faucet shower knob did not close off and shower dripped all day while we were away hitting the faucet below and splashing out all over the bathroom floor after 6 hours away. Only 1 tiny box of c Kleenex in the bathroom so none in the bedroom and no garbage can other than the bathroom. Beds were too high for seniors with mobility issues. Breakfast was really nice though and a nice comfortable room to eat in.

Room was very clean, we had the 1 bed King that had an upper level. Room had a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans as well as expresso maker (pods included) and tea kettle (tea bags included).
Check in desk was very friendly. This is a very eco friendly property and they encourage you to not use room service for freshening up towels as much as possible.
Breakfast was just ok, some cooked food such as diced potatoes and scrambled eggs and cold food such as cereals, muffins, fresh fruit salad. The same thing was served the next day and again, they are really big on conserving and encourage guests to only take food they are going to eat and food is not allowed out of the dining area.
Parking was great and there was an option to park under ground or over for $ 18 CAD per night. I chose underground for safety reasons as there was a gate that can only be accessed via your room key.
It is also a great location and very walkable, you really don't need a car and we never used it as we stayed mostly downtown.

Great view of the marina although there was construction in front of the hotel. Not wheelchair friendly if you are on first floor. You have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is 18$ a day or street parking after 5 pm up front till 8 am is free (if there is a spot). Breakfast room was full so we went to find breakfast somewhere else.
