I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, it was an acceptable stay and good value for the price. The room was fairly comfortable and the location was convenient.

The only downside is that there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. There is also a vending machine near the reception, but it only accepts coins.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made mornings easy and convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. I also liked that this hotel was more affordable than many of the downtown options while still being close enough to walk to Chinatown, Johnson Market, and even Fisherman’s Wharf. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because I noticed some dust buildup on the stairwell railing. Aside from that one area, everything — especially the room itself — was spotless.

Friendly staff, has the basic necessities, we didn’t need any extra amenities onsite so we were satisfied. The bathroom was clean and functional. For us, this was the most reasonably priced accommodation for what we needed. Also close to downtown and tourist attractions.

It was a clean bargain hotel which served my purposes. There is also a car rental place on the premises which is so convenient. It’s ten minutes to drive to the waterfront and there was lots of parking. Front desk was friendly and found me a folding chair when I needed one which was much appreciated. If you want a budget hotel that is close to the centre this is a good choice. Across the street is Namaste and I had very good Indian food from them as well.

For my situation, this is going to be my go-to place for business travel. It's easy to park, a short walk to restaurants, public transit nearby, and the room was very comfortable. I also found the staff to be very kind and helpful.
The lower hallway is a little warm, the AC in the room adjusted for that very nicely.

Honestly, you can’t really call this a hotel - it’s more of a motel. For the price they charge, you could get a much nicer and more comfortable place to stay in Vancouver instead.
The rooms are very outdated, and the cleanliness could definitely have been better. Even basic things you would expect from any standard hotel, like ear plugs, were unavailable, and the front desk staff rolled their eyes when asked simple questions. Overall, the customer service and experience were disappointing.
Would not recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. The carpet was a bit worn and could use replacing, but apart from that, great value for the money. If you enjoy walking, you can get right into the city centre in less than half an hour. This was my second stay, and I'd stay again.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly. It was quiet and comfortable. The beauty about this hotel is that it's 10 minute walk to the huge shopping mall ; and 25 minute walk to downtown victoria. No need to move your vehicle once you park.

It was okay. The staff were very friendly and gave good lip service when I needed help, but it seemed like they were only partly listening. I had to ask twice to have my room cleaned during my week-long stay. It was a very small room, and having the overflowing trash and laundry for a week was inconvenient. Then, when they finally did clean it, they missed a lot of surfaces, and it was not overly clean to start with. I had to wipe down the fridge and coffee areas before I used them. The toilet started to overflow one day, and I asked the staff to check it while I was out for the day. I returned to find it in the same condition, and I had to ask again. I am a reserved person and it stresses me out when I have to ask multiple times for a service I already paid for. The air conditioner basically just blew hot air, and I didn't want to open the window because the car rental company had their area right outside and they were constantly vacuuming vehicles, smoking, and spraying stinky cleaner. There was a door that led from the lobby to the area where the rooms are. It has a sticky opening mechanism that sounded like someone was beating on it whenever it was opened because it required so much force. Fortunately, not too many people were using that entrance during the night/early morning, but my room was right by that door and it was very, very loud. I didn't travel to stay in the room, so it was overall okay for the price, but not that great.

Very good money for the value. The inn seems to be recently renovated. We especially appreciated how new and clean the bathroom was. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was a bonus. Our two-queen bed room felt spacious. The only two things we didn't like: 1) the AC was loud (until we found out the windows could be opened, so we did that and turned off the AC); 2) the fridge wasn't cleaned. It wasn't super dirty at all, but there were a few small bits of stuff left from before. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

Easy to find location and rooms were great. King bed rooms are the best and bathrooms seem newly renovated so they felt great. Plenty of parking as well.
Area is a little sketchy but pretty quiet.

No kitchen or breakfast but that's already made known during booking.

Robert at the front desk was absolutely the best. He answered every question, provided some great suggestions and ideas for the day and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I paid extra for a room that was supposed to not be on the ground level, but the room I was given was exactly at ground level, right at the same height as the main entrance. When I questioned this, the staff member told me there were rooms “lower than that” — which honestly made no sense unless he meant a basement, since my room was clearly at the entrance level.

Unfortunately, this completely affected my night. I had an important exam the next day and was unable to sleep at all. The noise was constant: I could hear people opening and closing the entrance door as well as the door leading to the rooms throughout the night. On top of that, there were conversations, laughter, and even people walking and running on the floor above. It felt like there was no sound insulation whatsoever.

Although the room itself was clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it difficult to rest properly.

Overall, the lack of transparency about the room location, combined with the noise and poor mattress quality, made this a frustrating and exhausting stay.

Great location…only a short bus ride from the waterfront in Victoria. We rode the bus from the ferry terminal to here and the Inn is very close to the bus route (#70/72) Room was clean and the staff was great. Very close to a few restaurants and music stores. I would stay here again.

We booked a premium king room and were happily surprised with a large bathroom with a soaker tub and glass enclosed shower. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff for check-in. The only negative was the slight musty smell upon entering the room.
