I booked off the pictures...not quite what we got. The carpet was filthy..sloppy paint job,whenever that was done and just beat up. Upside..the sheets and towels where clean. The breakfast was very good too. Staff was nice..

We didn't even stay after checking in.

There was a stain on our bed and our lamp was broken. Our \"non-smoking\" room REEKED of smoke. The elevator was in a dim corner that made us feel unsafe.

The pool was dirty and foggy with a film on the top. There was a hairball at the base of the water feature (which was rusted) and the hot tub was \"permanently closed\" which no one notified us on the site nor upon arrival. We had to check-in and out our pool towels which was silly for standard pool towels from a 2-star hotel.

That was the main reason we chose this property. It was our honeymoon booked and prepaid for 4 days. The air conditioner was so loud i could hardly sleep.

The room had an odor of mustine like being old, and I wasn’t even gonna hold that against the hotel. There were roaches in our room. The ice machine was broken that was closest to our room. The hot tub was permanently closed.

To start their hot tub is permanently closed which makes you wonder about the pool. The room was in bad need of repair. There was a light fixture in the bathroom hanging down with a very large gap between it and the ceiling and you could see exposed wires. The toilet seat was not attached and when I went to sit down I almost was thrown to the floor. The mat in the shower was not secure and there were large gaps on the edges of the walls baseboard where you could see behind the wall. Random stains in the bathroom area. We checked into the hotel and then left an hour later, refusing to stay any longer in those conditions.

Hotel was clean, easily accessible from all the local attractions. Staff was very friendly, the morning breakfast excellent. Unfortunately, the advertised hot tub was posted as permanently closed. The main building ice maker appeared to have been broken for some time, and a sign referred you to one in another building. Overall, our stay was a value for the price.

They claim to be pet friendly, but there is a $20 fee in addition to the Hotels.com price. There is also a $2 hotel service fee that they don't tell us about.

Breakfast was terrible the first morning. We did not try it again.

We were at the end of the building. It took about 5-7 minutes to get hot water to the shower.

Only discovered the extra charges when I looked at my credit card bill. When I called about the extra charges they refused to make an adjustment.

Room smelled like mildew and terribly musty. Door was kicked in like someone was kicking it constantly and wouldnt stop and you can see the outside through the seals. Tub didnt have a drain plug, tried calling front desk no one ever answered. Paid a deposit and a house cleaning fee, which was unacceptable especially for them not. Cleaning it or bringing clean sheets or wash cloths or towels. Our stay was horrible. The Chair had stains all over on it, the temotes didnt habe a back case on it. Im.so very disappointment and upset about this stay considering the money you spent for it. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Several breakfast items were gone and not replenished well before breakfast time was over. Room was fairly clean, but grimy in corners & edges. Air conditioning was good for our room, but not for some other rooms on our floor. The pool & waterfall area was very misleading from the picture. The photo shows everything clean & pristine, but in person there was mildew, paint peeling on walls, random carts with stacks of hotel items sitting in hallways. The fold-out sofa bed in our suite was stuck and wouldn't unfold without a great deal of force. Staff was kind, but the condition of the hotel was poor. Unfortunately we didn't have any other options for the night, otherwise we would not have stayed.

No hot tube like it says there is. No way to reach the front desk seen some bugs in the room blankets looked like they had c** stains on them (both beds) the heater didn't work and it 17% outside and we sat there waiting to be checked into our room that I preschuled a week in advance and my room still wasn't ready till almost 6 . No microwave in the rooms and one ice machine in a completely different building then the main building .

I wouldn’t recommend the suite to anyone!! Nightstand light didn’t work, couldn’t watch tv in bed because the tv is definitely in the wrong location. And in that location where the tv is it’s only a chair and a desk chair. Could get a good night sleep because of the outside lights shining through the cracks around the door. Definitely could use better looking curtains. Parking around back is definitely a bad location for vehicle break in. And please send me my 100 deposit which is ridiculous for what the experience I went too. Thank you!!!!

First off. I had stayed at this hotel previously about 10 years ago. And had an amazing stay. I'm not sure what happened in those ten years, but at the very least, it's false advertisement on the Hotels.com website. As all the pictures and information do not match the actual condition of this hotel. The pool area is run down and the hot tub and sauna are not in working condition. These should be removed from the hotel description as the lady at the front desk told me they are permanently closed. The pictures are very deceiving as well because the area is very run down, the waterfall feature in the pool area is broken and rusted. The water in the pool is not heated. Tried to get ice from the room where they have the ice maker and vending machine. Our key card did not work to gain access. At the very least, changes should be made to the pictures and description of the amenities as obviously they have changed. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew this one has been run down over the last 10 years. We work very hard physical jobs and we were looking forward to the sauna and a soak in the hot tub.

I found this Quality Inn in Branson to be very typical for the area. These hotels are showing wear and tear as they have hosted numerous guests over the years. As for cleanliness, it was adequate for our needs. The fixtures and bedding were clean and the shower pressure was nice. The grout and caulking in the shower area could be replaced or deep cleaned to give a cleaner nicer look. We also had a towel that was clean but stained. I didn’t let it bother me and just left it in the tub with the other dirty towels when we left. Breakfast, even though we didn’t try any of it, was well stocked and had several variations of foods that looked good. Overall it was fairly priced and suited our needs.

The room was dirty, I found mold in the refrigerator, and the freezer was completely frozen over. The shower head was spraying water from the bottom instead of the top, the sink was clogged, and the beverage and microwave area was out of service. At breakfast time, at 9 am, there was no juice left (since breakfast is from 7 am to 10 am, there should have been enough food until 10 am).

When we arrived at 11 pm and checked into our room one of the beds was partially unmaid and looked as if someone had rolled around on it while eating chocolate and got it all over the sheets. Went to front desk and were told they had no other rooms and were given sheets to re-make up the bed. The bathroom was undesirable and the Free Breakfast was sub par. I will say the woman at the front desk was nice and very apologetic. Things were out of her control and she did the best she could.

We drove a significant distance to the hotel for our kid's birthdays. We picked this location, 1. Location 2. Price. 3. We could bring 2 dogs.

Our kids had counted down the days for our trip and their surprises. As we neared the location we kept resubmitting the address because it kept taking us between the storage units and the cemetery on hwy 76. We called the hotel 8 TIMES with NO ANSWER OR RECORDING, as we continued to drive for an hour. We decided to stop at O'Rileys and ask for directions, and come to find out it is down by the Applebee's about 2.5 miles away.

When we got there, the attendant Karen (yes, her name) was sitting on the wall back behind the desk and had been playing on her phone. Who's not to say she didnt have a call or two come in, but for an hour? I mentioned that we had tried to call because we were lost and unable to find it, all that was said \"oh I'm sorry...\" as she typed on the computer. Keep in mind, we were checking around 6:15pm. As she is asking for my credit card, she asks about the dogs. Then informs me, it will be an additional fee per pet (did not mention per night). Shame on me for not calling in advance... but what is confusing me now is why I was charged another whole room rate for my dogs... We checked out early and not even reimbursed the part of the stay we didn't utilize. Have stayed other places that have done so.

This hotel will nickel and dime you to death and tell you AFTER YOU CHECK IN.

The room was not cleaned throughly. I actually cleaned what I believe was blood from the counter leading into the bathroom. When I wiped the counter glitter and dirt/grim came up. Ice machine was down. Hallways were dirty going to room. The pool area was not as shown, not even close. The hot tub was not working. The ice machine was broken. The remotes were missing the covers over the batteries and didn't work, neither did the tv buttons. Questionable spots on the couch. More glitter!! The bed was clean and soft. Breakfast: The questionable sausage did not look fully cooked, powdered scram eggs, bagels or slices of wheat bread or English muffins, mini ban nut muffins- no orange juice, no yogurt, half open jug of milk and warm oranges. Heat worked great. Large room as we had the \"suite\". Would not stay here again nor recommend.

First room they gave us was EXTREMELY DIRTY!! Literally had a piece of bread just sitting by the toilet in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them as well as the blankets. So they moved us to another room which had live crawling roaches in the bathroom. Had to cancel our reservation and get a new hotel. Lucky there was a hotel available on so short notice. But 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Worst experience. For instance, asked for an additional blanket (family of 4 in 2 queen beds). Was told the first night that housekeeping was locked up and they could not access. Second night i was told the same and that they would get ahold of management to accommodate. When called back i was told i could not have another blanket.... at a hotel.... quite the hospitality expected.

The GM was extremely rude when speaking to us outside our room.

The room was dirty, and smelled of mold. The tub stopper didnt work. The housekeeping never refreshed the room. The phone was missing almost all the buttons. The pool was filty and cold. The hot tub was roped off. The staff didnt seem to know what was going on with their own hotel. The public restroom by breakfast was out of soap and paper towels... just over all BAD BAD BAD.

The worst experience. The location was the only perk... do not stay here.

Hot tub, broken they are not going to fix it as I was told. I only booked this room because it had a king size bed and an accessible room with an accessible bathroom and when I arrived, the accessible room was not available. The hot tub was broken and as I was told not going to be repaired When I went into my second floor room with two beds, which I didn’t even need two beds the room smelled like bug spray like it had been recently exterminated, and I pulled the plug out of the power strip behind the entertainment center to reveal bug feces the bathroom silicone on floor and round tub was peeling up and dark colored Behind the bathroom door and on the floor around the edges was dirty. I didn’t even set my bags or anything down on the floor I kept them elevated even my shoes for fear that I might contract some sort of insects or pests the lobby where I checked in at had massive stains all over the carpet rug And if you don’t park right against the building, the entire parking lot is a hillside. Will not stay here again the only reason I checked into this hotel in the first place was for an accessible room with the king size bed, and the hot tub.

This was a last minute booking so we decided to stay here based on the pictures and reviews. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The property was very dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture in the lobby was filthy. Our room smelled like urine. Housekeeping only serviced the room one of the days we stayed and when they did they only half-way made up one bed and left the other bed completely undone. Don’t stay here. There are other inexpensive hotels off of the strip that look much better maintained.

It was a good, budget friendly hotel. The pool was nice and the breakfast was actually really good for this level of hotel

I have traveled in and out the country since I was a small child and this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at!

The room was very damp and had a heavy mildew/mold smell. There was no microwave and the fridge barely worked.

I was very disappointed in the shape of the room. When checking out I voiced my concerns and was told by one of the ladies that works there that a few of the rooms smell like that and are damp.

My children needed treatment when we got home and I ended up needing my inhaler.
Never again will I stay here and I truly hope they fix this terrible issue.

2 1/2 stars it was terrible

The room was not cozy at all. The bathroom was really small. The WiFi was terrible had no WiFi the whole entire time. The breakfast was terrible eggs were not done and running and sausage was cold. Not a good place to stay in Branson

Pictures do not match!

The photos are very out of date. The handle on the shower fell off when I tried to start the shower. The sink only had hot or scalding hot water. The amount of gnats or fruit flies in our room was gross. There were cigarette butts on the carpet right outside our room.

We had an upstairs room and there was no way we could have pulled our luggage up, the manager was kinda evough to trade and ground room.
The sink clogged up.
The elevator was out, and no sign on it saying Out of Order.
Ice machines were hard to find. The pool is in another part of the area.
