First off. I had stayed at this hotel previously about 10 years ago. And had an amazing stay. I'm not sure what happened in those ten years, but at the very least, it's false advertisement on the Hotels.com website. As all the pictures and information do not match the actual condition of this hotel. The pool area is run down and the hot tub and sauna are not in working condition. These should be removed from the hotel description as the lady at the front desk told me they are permanently closed. The pictures are very deceiving as well because the area is very run down, the waterfall feature in the pool area is broken and rusted. The water in the pool is not heated. Tried to get ice from the room where they have the ice maker and vending machine. Our key card did not work to gain access. At the very least, changes should be made to the pictures and description of the amenities as obviously they have changed. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew this one has been run down over the last 10 years. We work very hard physical jobs and we were looking forward to the sauna and a soak in the hot tub.

The room was not vacuumed, the floor in the bathroom was dirty, there was no microwave in the room, and the air conditioner/ heater was very loud and did not work correctly. There was no ice machine in the building at all we had to go to the next building to get ice. The hot tub was permanently closed, and the indoor pool was very cold.

I found this Quality Inn in Branson to be very typical for the area. These hotels are showing wear and tear as they have hosted numerous guests over the years. As for cleanliness, it was adequate for our needs. The fixtures and bedding were clean and the shower pressure was nice. The grout and caulking in the shower area could be replaced or deep cleaned to give a cleaner nicer look. We also had a towel that was clean but stained. I didn’t let it bother me and just left it in the tub with the other dirty towels when we left. Breakfast, even though we didn’t try any of it, was well stocked and had several variations of foods that looked good. Overall it was fairly priced and suited our needs.

Heater in room did not work; maintenance did a 'quick fix' but room stayed cold in 19 degree weather. Only one ice machine on property didn't work, so we didn't even stay; we checked out shortly after arrival, and clerk would not give me a receipt for what I paid. Unacceptable. I will ask for a refund since clerk could not do it.

The room was dirty, I found mold in the refrigerator, and the freezer was completely frozen over. The shower head was spraying water from the bottom instead of the top, the sink was clogged, and the beverage and microwave area was out of service. At breakfast time, at 9 am, there was no juice left (since breakfast is from 7 am to 10 am, there should have been enough food until 10 am).

When we arrived at 11 pm and checked into our room one of the beds was partially unmaid and looked as if someone had rolled around on it while eating chocolate and got it all over the sheets. Went to front desk and were told they had no other rooms and were given sheets to re-make up the bed. The bathroom was undesirable and the Free Breakfast was sub par. I will say the woman at the front desk was nice and very apologetic. Things were out of her control and she did the best she could.

We drove a significant distance to the hotel for our kid's birthdays. We picked this location, 1. Location 2. Price. 3. We could bring 2 dogs.

Our kids had counted down the days for our trip and their surprises. As we neared the location we kept resubmitting the address because it kept taking us between the storage units and the cemetery on hwy 76. We called the hotel 8 TIMES with NO ANSWER OR RECORDING, as we continued to drive for an hour. We decided to stop at O'Rileys and ask for directions, and come to find out it is down by the Applebee's about 2.5 miles away.

When we got there, the attendant Karen (yes, her name) was sitting on the wall back behind the desk and had been playing on her phone. Who's not to say she didnt have a call or two come in, but for an hour? I mentioned that we had tried to call because we were lost and unable to find it, all that was said \"oh I'm sorry...\" as she typed on the computer. Keep in mind, we were checking around 6:15pm. As she is asking for my credit card, she asks about the dogs. Then informs me, it will be an additional fee per pet (did not mention per night). Shame on me for not calling in advance... but what is confusing me now is why I was charged another whole room rate for my dogs... We checked out early and not even reimbursed the part of the stay we didn't utilize. Have stayed other places that have done so.

This hotel will nickel and dime you to death and tell you AFTER YOU CHECK IN.

The room was not cleaned throughly. I actually cleaned what I believe was blood from the counter leading into the bathroom. When I wiped the counter glitter and dirt/grim came up. Ice machine was down. Hallways were dirty going to room. The pool area was not as shown, not even close. The hot tub was not working. The ice machine was broken. The remotes were missing the covers over the batteries and didn't work, neither did the tv buttons. Questionable spots on the couch. More glitter!! The bed was clean and soft. Breakfast: The questionable sausage did not look fully cooked, powdered scram eggs, bagels or slices of wheat bread or English muffins, mini ban nut muffins- no orange juice, no yogurt, half open jug of milk and warm oranges. Heat worked great. Large room as we had the \"suite\". Would not stay here again nor recommend.

First room they gave us was EXTREMELY DIRTY!! Literally had a piece of bread just sitting by the toilet in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them as well as the blankets. So they moved us to another room which had live crawling roaches in the bathroom. Had to cancel our reservation and get a new hotel. Lucky there was a hotel available on so short notice. But 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Worst experience. For instance, asked for an additional blanket (family of 4 in 2 queen beds). Was told the first night that housekeeping was locked up and they could not access. Second night i was told the same and that they would get ahold of management to accommodate. When called back i was told i could not have another blanket.... at a hotel.... quite the hospitality expected.

The GM was extremely rude when speaking to us outside our room.

The room was dirty, and smelled of mold. The tub stopper didnt work. The housekeeping never refreshed the room. The phone was missing almost all the buttons. The pool was filty and cold. The hot tub was roped off. The staff didnt seem to know what was going on with their own hotel. The public restroom by breakfast was out of soap and paper towels... just over all BAD BAD BAD.

The worst experience. The location was the only perk... do not stay here.

Hot tub, broken they are not going to fix it as I was told. I only booked this room because it had a king size bed and an accessible room with an accessible bathroom and when I arrived, the accessible room was not available. The hot tub was broken and as I was told not going to be repaired When I went into my second floor room with two beds, which I didn’t even need two beds the room smelled like bug spray like it had been recently exterminated, and I pulled the plug out of the power strip behind the entertainment center to reveal bug feces the bathroom silicone on floor and round tub was peeling up and dark colored Behind the bathroom door and on the floor around the edges was dirty. I didn’t even set my bags or anything down on the floor I kept them elevated even my shoes for fear that I might contract some sort of insects or pests the lobby where I checked in at had massive stains all over the carpet rug And if you don’t park right against the building, the entire parking lot is a hillside. Will not stay here again the only reason I checked into this hotel in the first place was for an accessible room with the king size bed, and the hot tub.

This was a last minute booking so we decided to stay here based on the pictures and reviews. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The property was very dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture in the lobby was filthy. Our room smelled like urine. Housekeeping only serviced the room one of the days we stayed and when they did they only half-way made up one bed and left the other bed completely undone. Don’t stay here. There are other inexpensive hotels off of the strip that look much better maintained.

I have traveled in and out the country since I was a small child and this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at!

The room was very damp and had a heavy mildew/mold smell. There was no microwave and the fridge barely worked.

I was very disappointed in the shape of the room. When checking out I voiced my concerns and was told by one of the ladies that works there that a few of the rooms smell like that and are damp.

My children needed treatment when we got home and I ended up needing my inhaler.
Never again will I stay here and I truly hope they fix this terrible issue.

The photos are very out of date. The handle on the shower fell off when I tried to start the shower. The sink only had hot or scalding hot water. The amount of gnats or fruit flies in our room was gross. There were cigarette butts on the carpet right outside our room.

Location is nice, but the facility was atrocious. Walked in to a very humid room, with a sound of dripping water coming from the bathroom. Upon looking at the dripping water coming from the ceiling vent I had to go to the front counter for help. They gave me buckets instead sending someone to fix it. All rooms were booked, so they couldn’t move me. I totally understand circumstances around the issue, but a lack of customer care was what frustrated me. I was given no opportunity to get any sort of compensation or support. The fact is this: I could not use my bathroom for my whole stay, and was given no help whatsoever. “Not So Quality Inn”

For the most part everything was great! We needed extra blankets and a few other things and the front desk woman was very helpful. We did find several cigarette butts in our room, which was non smoking, I did let the front desk know and she apologized. I just didn't want to be blamed and charged for it. Doesn’t meet expectations

The room was run down and old. It had a jacuzzi tub in the room. However it made the room very small. Our room was not cleaned the first day and possibly before we checked in because I stepped on a small piece of glass with my barefoot. There were also worn out places and stains on the carpet. Our room was barely cleaned the second day. Toiletry items were not replaced and the bed was never made the whole time we were there. I saw where several reviews were praising the breakfast. It was all prepackaged food that gave us flimsy plastic wear to attempt to eat it with. The last morning we woke up to the toilet overflowing, even though it hadn’t been used yet. They were prompt to plunge it. Frankly for the money we spent for this hotel, we could have stayed somewhere nicer without all the issues.

First, the pictures are not from this location! Rooms are not clean. We tried two different rooms. Then asked for a refund and left to find another hotel. Never received a refund. Was told non-refundable was agreed to. Yes, but the hotel failed to provide their end of the bargain. Would not recommend to board a dog!

I especially liked the queen beds. The mattresses are microfiber, very comfortable. Pillows were nice.
There is heavy traffic. Ask for a room in the back, away from the front desk, if you don't want to hear any traffic on W76 Country Road.

Our stay started out horrible. Get there and checked in. Get to our room and room keys didn't work. Walked back up to the front desk and they gave us 2 new keys. Walk back to the room still wouldnt work. Go back to front desk and was told to go back to the room and wait for maintenance. 1.5 later we finally make it in our room. The hot tub was working, the sona was now a storage room. We got absolutely no sleep that night. The guy in the room next to us must live there long term. He was very loud all night. The next day we did the things we came to do and had a blast. Returned to our room late to hear the man next door slamming his door and just very loud coming in and out. We had had enough and got our thing and checked out. Not to mention there was mold all in the bathroom and some spots in the room. I will never stay here again. Left 1 day early and lost what I had paid for the room and had to drive 4hr home with no sleep in the middle of the night

We were looking forward to the pool, sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and the sauna was filled with janitorial products. I literally chose this place over others because of the sauna and price.The pool was cloudy and it didn’t seem like the filter was working.
The beds were very clean and comfortable.
The floors had old carpet and the pictures showed laminate wood flooring.
The pictures were definitely from when the place first opened because everything was worn down and dirty.
They did a great job with the breakfast.
I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hot tub was not working, hot water in our shower was not working, pool was murky and cloudy and there was rust and rust stains everywhere around the pool area. We tried to call down at the front desk and no one ever answered. Definitely wont stay here again. Quality was lacking at Quality Inn.

Horrible, disgusting

The rooms are dirty with mouse droppings, bed bugs, paper thin walls, a disgusting cesspool hot tub that doesn’t work with trash and dirt everywhere. I tried to get my money back but the manager was hiding from the guests.

The room was not very clean. Breakfast was not that great. Was charged an extra $2.00 per night over and above what we had booked the room for and when I asked what this was for I did not get an answer. Property is kind of run down. Would not recommend staying here. Very disappointed. Should not have had the higher rating that they show on line. We have been to Branson many times and have stayed in a lot better places than this one.

The location was nice. The first desk staff at check- in were very helpful. I was sad that the hot tub was not working and the pool was not heated during my stay. Also the breakfast attendant did not anticipate the needs of guess and there was several people waiting around to get breakfast items.

It was OK

Got there an hour before check in and had to come back. Came back 30 minutes after check in, got our key, went to the room and it wasn’t ready, was told about 30 minutes more. No problem. In the meantime, they went ahead and switched rooms. Got to that room and it was a double Queen size and we had reserved a King size. Wasn’t worth the hassle of going back to the desk so we stayed. It was tough to get to sleep with kids were running back and forth above us and very LOUD conversations next to us but, All in all, we had a place to stay for the night and that’s all that counts.

Arrived onsite at 5:30pm for a check in. Checked in at the front desk, cleaners will still in the room. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Pictured posted don’t match property. Had to wait in line for check in so manager could finish her cigarette outside the front door. WiFi didn’t work.

Do no take your family

Pictures was from their prime days. Tried to call front desk about the Pot smoke coming from the bathroom vent and she was outside smoking, went in looked at the phone and walked back out. The pool was not heated and the kids could not even stand to be in it. The hot tub did not work. Wifi did not connect even to their smart tv and we had to hotspot them. People were out screaming in parking lot at 2am. We had till 11 to check out and the cleaning crew who seems to possibly own it was trying to get us out of our room at 10, we came back from breakfast and she deactivated our card and was looking thru windows.
