Very dated and basic, hairdryer, safe, pot washing stuff etc, all extra charge. Shower just a dribble.
200€ deposit had to be in cash which is crazy in this day and age.
Ropes across the width of the pool dividing it in 4 so impossible to swim lengths.

Stayed here for 4 nights and honestly left feeling pretty disappointed. The whole place was absolutely infested with ants which made us really uncomfortable. Check-in was confusing and awkward, and bar service was all over the place – cocktails were amazing on the first day but went downhill after that.

The pool area was probably the best part: plenty of sun loungers, good music during the day, and a nice spot to relax. The room itself definitely showed its age – very outdated, but I guess that reflects the price. Our shower broke at one point, though to be fair it was fixed the same afternoon.

Housekeeping only showed up once during our stay and didn’t even change the beds, which wasn’t great. The night staff also got a bit too close with some guests in the bar area, which just felt weird.

On the positive side, the location is great – only a 10-minute walk to New Town and a short taxi ride to Old Town. The hotel has potential, but the ants, poor upkeep, and inconsistent service really let it down. Wouldn’t recommend.

Easter Weekend Break - We just went for a few days but we loved it here. Studio Room was large, had everything you could need and was clean and comfy. No rush for sunbeds, quiet due to time of year. All staff were polite and helpful. Less than 5 min walk to supermarket and lots of great restaurants.

First off, the staff are fantastic, but unfortunately that's where the good ends. The condition and decor are right out of the 80's. Clean but tattered and in disrepair. They have nicely updated the reception so you get a false sense when you check in. They require a $200 cash deposit returned upon checking out. There is no onsite coffee etc till 10am so your on your own to venture out to find something and impossible to find if your an early riser. Overall wouldn't recommend.

It was my biggest mistake to stay in Natura Algarve Club as their heating system in the main bedroom wasn’t worked during our stay. They did provide us the portable heater but that one was old oil filled heater which was unbearable due to its smell also the customer services lady (Alexander) was very rude and not helpful at all she was keep portraying sorry but she wasn’t at all intact her gesture and attitude was very rude. Overall very pathetic and very horrible experience.

Go Here, Don't Make My Mistake

I go to This area of Santa Eulalia alot. I've looked at this hotel many times but something has always put me off. Don't make the same mistake. Lovely People, very welcoming, and although the rooms maybe slightly dated they have everything you need. I'll definitely be looking at this place first for future visits.

Was a pleasant stay, the property was clean lovely pool view, was nice and peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and very accomodating! They decorated the room for mine and my partners anniversary which was lovely. The location is within close proximity to everything, loads of restaurants or supermarkets near and not a long walk to the nightlife area. Would definitely recommend staying here, I plan to come back!

Lovely staff but alot of 'rules'

+The staff were great, all really friendly and helpful. The lady who cleaned the rooms was great.
+The pool area was lovely and very clean.
+ Our check out was extended no problem by an hour and half, i think by the manger, who was really friendly and happy.
+ at the weekend there was entertainment poolside
+The hotel were very responsive to any communication we sent before arrival
+they offer a great transfer service to and from the airport and also can organise a taxi to the Old Town if needed.
- there are alot of 'rules'
- you only get 1 key and fob, meaning if 1 person goes home, or goes for a walk and others go elsewhere, the rest dont have a key or fob - there was no budging on this and it was extremely frustrating.
- there was a minimum spend on card, which at this stage should be redundant as the use of cash is pretty redundant now. This meant you couldnt just get a bottle of water.
- If you got a cocktail, you werent allowed bring the 'glass' poolside..eventhough the 'glass' was plastic.

Towels are changed every 2 days and if you need daily you need to pay.

Great place at a very fair price.

Great place with a comfortable feel and basic accommodation. Staff were always polite and accommodating. As a group of 17 men, we were pre warned about behaviour, which I completely understand. We never had an issue whilst in the hotel. I would definitely go back with a group or family.

We changed to thias hotel mid way through our holiday. Front desk staff were very helpfull, place was clean. Kitchen equiped with washing machine. It was quiet as we were there in November, Portugal itself was very clean and the people helpfull, we got lost the one day and asked directions, we were offered a lift back to our hotel by the young family, we will be visiting Portugal again. The Hotel has a rigid Late CHECK IN POLICY which put me off we asked for an early one in advance but this was refused . We were told twice the room wasnt ready when it had been ready hours previously. Our neighbours told us same story. The staff are obviously told to say this ....so no one gets in early so why not just be honest and say so guys ? ?

Lovely stay after rocky start

We got off to not the best start, as the hotel hadn't booked our transfer from the airport, despite having confirmed this with us a week previously. As a result we arrived at th hotel outside of check in hours, and so found the reception locked and had to call for a staff member to let us in. We had been assured on the phone while still at the airport that someone would be there to check us in, and while someone was on site we would have appreciated more immediate availability, especially since it wasn't our fault that we had arrived outside of hours. Despite the rocky start, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel-our apartment was spacious, the facilities were good, and the snack bar is cheap and convenient. The lady who works at the snack bar was always friendly, and the lady who checked us out was helpful. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay again

Second review fiven, sinceextended stay. Overall very good, but as sltated with all included for free should also include free wifi and safe which is room, which both require extra pay if used. Also, not being allowed to change to another same reserved room of same status when it was open, without paying change fee. Also couple recetionists seemed a bit pretentious, but still helpful when needed. Overall very good place to stay during low season when prices are much much lower.

The property is old and could really do with a refurbishment. The decor is tacky, bed are really uncomfortable.
You get what you pay for, staff is excellent though very helpful and welcoming, happy to help.

Fabulous!!!!!

Just got back from an amazing holiday to Portugal. Everything about the trip was fab. The place, the weather, the location and the accommodation. Had some reservations about the accommodation being too quiet but not the case at all. They played music in the pool bar area which was great and everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves. Would definitely return!!!! Rooms very comfortable and have everything you would need, just wish we could of stayed longer!!!

Nice clean place but not recommended for families with young children , unfortunately during our stay they were numerous large groups of people making extreme noise from afternoon to early hours of the morning , so our children and ourselves couldn’t get a proper nights sleep which was awful , it happens 4 nights out of our 7 days stay I don’t blame the hotel but unfortunately other guests had no respect for others especially young children in the facility which I hope the hotel might take into consideration in future

Enjoyed the holiday very much with good outside life ie shops, bars etc. The Natura was a very good base to stay and was suffice for our needs. However, we have stayed at many accommodations over the world with the same context (self catering) but found the Natura as one of the best for its layout and comfort etc. Would highly recommend this place.

We were lucky and had a corner apt with massive balcony. The place was very clean and staff were helpful. There was a mix of families and younger groups, but there was never any noise or parties. There is entrrtainment around the pool every day, some better than others but never too loud or annoying. We had 2 kids with us, 10 and 7 and felt they were safe at all times.
Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away but the strip is pretty tacky. A taxi ride of about 8 euro takes you to the old town which is far more relaxed and authentic.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, 24 hour reception, lovely clean pool area with loads of sun beds, shutters on balcony and windows you can put down for safety, good location near beach, bars, shops, restaurants and cafes. Only negative was having to pay for use of hairdryer as it did mention that on the hotel page, it said hairdryer was available on request but didn’t mention that you had to pay for it otherwise I would have brought my ow, most hotels I have stayed in provide hairdryer in room free of charge, also was unable to get breakfast at 10.10am as I was told they stop serving breakfast at 10am which seems a bit early to me. All in all I had a lovely stay here and would come back again and recommend to anyone

The apartment overlooked the pool, decor very modern and clean. Good sized apartment with well kitted kitchen including microwave and washing machine. Lovely pool and gardens and chilled atmosphere. Location is good for the beach being 10 mins walk, nearby restaurants and 10 mins walk to the strip if you want more life. Overall very good.

Our stay was absolutely fine. We had a one-bed apartment which was very roomy and had a great kitchen. The location was good very close to local eating places and easy walk to the beach and the strip. Our only little grip was the paying of the deposit for the room, which we knew we had to pay, but it would of been handy to know that they would of taken it in sterling. We had an early morning transfer to the airport which left us with 100 euros we didn't need and changing them back to sterling is never a winner.

4 days perfect peace!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day break. Staff superb. Apartment very well equipped with a large sunny balcony but take your own hair drier and iron or hire them there.Free WiFi in bar area/reception.Very impressed by cleanliness and commitment to recycling. Location about 100 metres down a slightly steep hill from main road into Santa Eulalia with bus stops and tourist info.right there. Far(or near!) enough from the Strip if that`s your scene, so very quiet.Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.. We will definitely return here next time we are in Algarve.Well done to all Natura Algarve Club.

It was perfect for us out of season and quite but expect it gets busier on local beaches in full seaon. Plenty of resturants on doorstep. We used Eva bus if you do not drive and got about sightseeing easily and great value. The hotel is lovely and the pool facilities good just a shame we didn't get to use them due to unusual poor weather. Would recommend the hotel and go again.

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel and apartment - mention has to be made about the staff who were incredibly helpful especially Celia who was really friendly and informative. Enjoyed the weather which was sunny and just under 20 degrees everyday(would probably be too hot and busy in summer for us) but found it not too crowded. The beaches are good and we did lots of trips eg Lisbon and Seville which we enjoyed although there was a big difference in prices between the two main tour operators - we took the cheaper one and all was fine. Plenty of bars and restaurants which were fairly priced but found out very quickly that we had to always check our change everywhere we went in Portugal - beware! The one beach was pretty close but quite a long walk into old town where I would imagine all the action is in the season but transport to there is cheap by taxi or bus. In fact we were happy to be where we were as it was quieter but still with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Girls holiday for 3 days. We had two rooms overlooking the hotel grounds. The grounds are absolutely STUNNING both night and day however the rooms do not match. Would be so much better if they offered an all inclusive although there are numerous restaurants etc up the hill on the strip.

Excellent Place to Stay

Natura Club is clean, comfortable, not too big and not too small. No high rise. The ethos of the hotel is exemplary and progressive and other hotels would do well to follow. The environment is key here, recycling facilities available. Peace and quiet and respect are key, signs reminding us to be quiet and considerate to our fellow holiday makers are very subtle and very effective. The staff are very respectful, efficient and friendly. The friendliness is genuine and you would know these people are actually really nice and not \"trained\" to behave a certain way. I would highly recommend this hotel.

From check-in to check-out all the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. This was our 2nd time to stay and we weren't disappointed. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable and situated on the ground floor so very easy access to the pool and restaurant. I was delighted to see the new sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Natural Algarve is very close to everything and easy to get around. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Lively hotel close to the beach and strip

The apartment was good value and had all the facilities needed if you wanted to go self-catering with a good supermarket across the road. Because of its value it seems to be an haven for stag and hen nights so it can be quite noisy in the early hours and although it is specified in the rules for no noise after ten nobody seems to police this. There are good facilities at the complex and the staff are very helpful. The main strip is a short walk but the old town is a bit of a leg. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel away from the main bustle but close to to the strip and easy access to old town by taxi (not a bad walk either if not too hot). Hotel room very spacious, with no room being far from a well equipped and non overcrowded pool, with some chill daytime live music entertainment.

Good value accommodation for the price!

We really enjoyed our stay. Are family with 2 kids. Check in was efficient with eur100 deposit authorised on credit card for remote controls breakages etc. which we knew about and is fair. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. Range of guests from families to twenty somethings to older couples. Was large stag party of 20 there for 3 days who could be a little noisy but apartment quiet for kids from 10pm. Kids pool and main pool small but adequate for size of hotel. Cleaning Staff friendly and very efficient.
While not 5 star, it was very good value for the money and I would recommend to friends and definitely book again.

Cheap Self catering hotel

Great value. However noisy young women getting back at 5.30am singing at the top of their voices spoiled an otherwise pleasant time. The pool area too had loud music and the language of some of the music they played was really disgusting in spite of there being young families there. Also, they charge for all sorts of things like hairdryers, calls for taxis, wifi

Central, but dated

Pros:
-Great location! Close to restaurants and clubs. Beautiful beaches near by and can get to the old town pretty fast if going through the beach (including a little bit of hiking)
- spacious apartments
- hotel is on a smaller size so we didn't feel lost
Cons:
- dated; hotel could really do with a face lift
- sound insulation could be better... could hear neighbours chatting... but all guest were quiet at night so this was not a big problem to us
- wifi only in the lobby (you have to pay extra to get it in your room)
- swimming pool has depth division lanes so you can't go for a proper swim

Overall we had a great stay and didn't spend much time in hotel. All we cared is having central location and good sleep and this hotel was great for that.

Quick getaway

For what we paid for this hotel, we couldn't be have asked for much more. It was clean, comfortable, tidy and we is a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were fantastic and more than happy to help with any questions. Really was a fantastic place for a warm getaway. It's in a great location close to shops, restaurants and beaches, but down a little street so no noise! Would go back for sure. Thank you Natura Algarve!

nice hotel- every thing u need

Had a brill stay nice staff- hot water broke down on the last day fixed very quickly then given the key to another room to shower luckily didn't need it at shower heated within an hour.

Quiet , yet close to the Strip

I got an upgrade on arrival , good start , and the room was BIG full kitchen large bathroom large livingroom/bedroom and a big Terrace leading to the pool a few steps away . Very pleased
