The location is nice because your about a 5 minute walk to the beach one way and the other way next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Too expensive for the quality of the place. This place isnt super fancy its very average if you just need a bed to sleep in. I felt it was advertised more fancy than it was advertised online. The lady with red hair was very short tempered and rude. its just not that nice of a place in my opinion. Carlos was awesome ! super nice guy - made up for the red head unprofessional woman. NOT CLOSE WALK TO STRIP OR OLD TOWN - just beach and restaurants

Good location, good breakfast and service. Rooms are a bit old . Live music in the evenings is old school .
Overall, it was a good stay . Hotel takes 100 euro damage deposit yet you have to give another 20 per beach towel - makes no sense . Pool is okay.

Superb Hotel

Fantastic hotel.
Our room was an apartment very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area.
Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€)
Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required.
The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax.
Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again.

The hotel in terms of condition and decor of the building and the rooms, and facilities are 4 star, but lacks the warmth, welcoming service and atmosphere. What I felt was cool business is business attitude. I cannot believe when I have a king studio in a four star hotel, tea bags and instant coffee sachets are welcome gifts, but not daily inventory supplies. The reply from the male staff at the reception was as unfriendly as it could be.

Good hotel with just the right touch of modern.

A really nice, modern updated hotel. Friendly hotel staff and a very convenient location.
Bars and restaurants close by are ok and if you want something more (albeit too much for our stay), you can always visit the strip.
The old town is worth a visit and not too hard a walk although we had ovecast skies for most of the week so to walk in the summer may be a little hot!
Overall a nice relaxing week.

Fair play the hotel was clean, friendly the room was cleaned everyday. The room was very spacious with balcony. The only thing that was disappointing was paying to use the spa. But the hotel was perfect close to the beach and very close to bars and restaurants 👌

Rooms were very clean, staff friendly. Also the hotel was well situated for amenities. My only criticism was an extractor fam was needed in the bathroom as, after showering, towels remained damp - mot a problem in summer I suspect!

So so like it

We total stayed there 4 nights. 2 nights we booked directly with the hotel n 2 nights with hotels.com. 2 nights no house keeping. 2nd night n 3 night asked for housekeeping n both times showed up at 5:30 pm when we came back from a long day out. Finally cleaned on the 4th night n next day we have to leave. Indoor swimming charged euro12.50 for 2 persons. Safe deposit charged euro3 per day. They never tell people upfront. Any charges they have to show on their advertising n give people options n agreed

We stayed 5 nights in October. I would give 4 stars only for the lobby of the hotel not rooms as they are dated with tired furniture. Housekeeping service not good, on our second day we had lady coming to clean the room around 6pm which is not acceptable and we never experienced this in any other hotel we stayed in Portugal, this continued for the rest of our stay.. only towels changed and bed made, that was it. They never bothered to clean anything in the room and this is not a service you expect from 4 star hotel! If you plan to stay there be prepared to pay for the safe use in your room plus deposit of 20 euros for beach towel, again this is something we never experienced in other 4 star hotels in Portugal or other countries. Staff in the reception and restaurant were friendly, breakfast is good if you book this option. Hotel is close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Lovely stay at this hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and is beautifully furnished. Check in very quick. Staff informed us of covid restrictions in the area.

Breakfast was great. The pancakes and croissants were the best I have had! Lots of fresh food available. Guests required to wear mask and gloves for self service which was good.

Pool area was nice and well maintained. Pool is open until 7. It had a relaxed vibe. There is a garden area with sun loungers so plenty of room.

The apartment was a nice layout with doors to pull across for the bedroom and kitchen if required. The rooms were made up every day.

The restaurant and spa were closed durimg our stay due to covid restrictions.

Location-there are restaurants nearby and shops. It is about a 10 minute walk from the strip. Also about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a bus stop directly outside which we used to connect to Quarteira, Albufeira bus terminal and the marina.

I would recommend staying at this hotel. They have good covid precautions in place and it is very clean. Also with restrictions in Albufeira all restaurants were forced to close at 3.30 at weekends so it was great staying here as we had our own kitchen to make dinner.

Stayed in ground floor apartment. Not what we requested. Asked to change was told not possible no availability even though people were checking out. Very noisy in the morning with cleaners and maintenance. Ask for late checkout(just an extra hour) was told again not possible. Not very helpful in trying to make our stay as relaxing as possible

The first room we were given had a very bad smell we were unsure what it was until we found mold on the curtains. We asked for a room change which we got the next day. The second room also had signs of mold but had been cleaned. There were no double beds despite us booking a double room. Housekeeping turned up after 5 pm while were getting ready to go out but we had been out of the room all day. We only had our room cleaned once during a 5 day stay. Guests smoked by the pool area and in the rooms despite this listed as a smoke free hotel. We had to pay each day to use the indoor swimming pool and spa which was a surprise. This hotel is not 4 star. We had such a great time in Portugal and ate at some wonderful restaurants. The only disappointment was at the hotel.

Good only if you have a view room

Avoid the ground floor if you don't want to feel you are in a prison. The deck chairs of the pool guests are right by your balcony door and if you don't keep it close you go mad. The worst rooms are the ones closest to the deck chairs. I was not impressed by the fact that they made no attempt to change the room the following day or any day, as I had requested a view room, even happy to pay more. The pool area is not so nice as all you see is the building. The positive side of the pool is that on one section is deep enough. The bad part is that, closing at 7, they start cleaning the area at 6 - ish so you are being hugely inconvenienced.

This shouldn't be a 4 star hotel

This hotel claims to be a 4 star but is dated outside and the bathrooms are too, although the apartment was nice and spacious the bathroom and kitchen were dated. The toilet and shower cheap plastic.

Noisy at night screaming kids and adults shouting at 130am, waking us all up.

They charged €20 deposit for one towel which you had to go down a flight of steps to collect.

Staff a bit standoffish.

The area isn't that nice either. It's on a main road. It's not far from the strip or the beach which was about ten min walk.

The old town of Albuferia seemed much nicer.

Didn't enjoy this stay unfortunately and won't be going back. Stay away.

This hotel is ok, we stayed on room-only basis, so can't comment on the food/restaurant. The room was ok, though you should be warned that, although it has a kitchenette, the housekeepers don't wash your pots and you aren't provided with materials to do this for yourself. You are given a tea towel, no washing up liquid or dishcloth. We used the shower gel.
The shower was good, kept its temperature mostly, with a good powerful jet. It had a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. The room overall, was comfortable enough, had 2 wardrobes for clothes and plenty of drawer space. We used the pool once, not because it wasn't nice, it was, just that we were out for most of the day and when we came back, they were putting the loungers away.
We used Teasers, just next door, for our breakfast. The food was made on demand, tasty and reasonable in cost.

Hôtel vieillissant mobilier usé. Nous avons apprécié le SPA. Le personnel est très sympathique. Pour les repas le petit déjeuner rien à dire alors que pour le dîner cela pourrait être mieux et plus varié. Hôtel bien situé.
