Loved the room, had a balcony, loved our view. Didn’t mind the location (despite other reviews I was dubious) - easy work to the station.

Staff where great, enjoyed the restaurant too, wifi was super fast, and generally thought the facilities were great.

High standards throughout the hotel. I’ve marked good rather than excellent as I could hear some traffic, a side of having triple glazing I’m not really sure how the hotel could do anything about that. Would 100% stay again.

Ok … wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel is in good condition and is exceptionally clean. Pillows were awful!
However, the area around the hotel is currently run down, undesirable and is in the process of being regenerated.
It is a 40 min walk into the city centre and I would certainly not advise walking to the hotel after dark from the city centre. The tram is a 10 min walk, under an underpass in an undesirable area.
The car park across the road is not well lit.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

Not the best of locations however. Bus and trams required for getting into the centre. Would not recommend walking back to the hotel late at night on your own.

Also, night club next doors runs till 6am and the noise was terrible.

Hotel itself is great but the area around S Jean station is undergoing significant regeneration. There is a large construction site a few blocks away. Other buildings close by are disgusting. Earmarked for demolition, the lanes are full of rubbish and rats. Across the road, a food court and restaurants have closed because the development seems to be stalled. The area is quite safe day or night.

Fabulous hotel. We received a warm welcome with lots of tips for what to do. Wonderful room with a view of the river - highly recommend! Plenty of bars/ restaurants and even a supermarket on the doorstep. Roof top bar is lovely on a warm night (though staff seemed hassled!)

Close to both the Gare St Jean and the waterfront promenade it is a very convenient location for travellers. Super clean. Very quiet. Amazing staff. Hotel itself is adequate and clean with comfortable bed with decent shower & nespresso coffee machine. The superior room was much smaller that expected and there are no balconies as shown in photos which is misleading. The \"courtyard\" view is actually just a view of the interior of 3 brick walls and windows, I found it quite claustrophobic. Apparently you need to specify room location before arrival. Hotel communication is good asking you for preferences/requirements before arrival (shame we didn't know about which room to choose re location). The area towards the station is dreadful and dodgy if walking back from tram station at night. Derelict buildings, graffiti, rubbish, loads of demolition (April 2025), drunks and druggies. Fifteen minute walk to station. Other side of hotel has some decent restaurants & Boca food hall with lots of choices of food stalls, also a small supermarket. Tram into centre is a 15 min walk followed by 10-15 min ride. Would probably stay closer to centre or tram stop next visit.

お部屋からバルコニーからガロンヌ川を眺めることができ、スペースも十分で快適でした。外観は少し古いですが、ホテル内はとても綺麗で清潔感がありました。朝食はブッフェスタイルで、マドレーヌ、パンケーキ、クロワッサン、カヌレ、バゲットなどどれも美味しかったです。朝食会場からもガロンヌ川を眺めることができ、優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。部屋の掃除はしてもらいましまが、タオルを替えてもらえなかったのが残念でした。レセプションの方は皆さん親切で、素晴らしい滞在となりました。またボルドーに行きたいと思えるホテルです。

Hôtel très agréable. Chambres bien aménagées, bien décorées et bien agencées.
Literie très confortable, particulièrement les oreillers.
Salle de bain très bien aussi, serviettes et peignoirs de qualité, ainsi que les produits à disposition (savon, gel corps et cheveux, conditionneur et lait corporel).
Apéritif pris au restaurant très agréable avec une belle vue.
Personnel accueillant et sympathique.
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner !
Seulement 2 employées qui ont fait comme elles pouvaient.. beaucoup de monde (salle pleine) et buffet vide. Il manquait de tout. Le personnel n’avait pas le temps de recharger.
Ils ont fini par servir des madeleines encore congelées.
La qualité des produits était quand même au rendez-vous, bien que le buffet n’était pas contractuel avec les photos exposées sur les différentes plateformes de réservation (pas de gaufre, pas de muffin..)
À revoir !
Lors de notre départ, nous avons expliqué notre contrariété et l’apéritif de la veille nous a été offert en guise de geste commercial.
Nous avons apprécié ce geste et seront heureuses de séjourner à nouveau dans cet établissement.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Garage war etwas kompliziert zu erreichen und umständlich zu bedienen. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ok und hübsch eingerichtet.
Uns hat die Lage des Hotels gar nicht gefallen. Dunkel und wir haben uns hier nicht sicher gefühlt.
Das Hotel schön aber aufgrund der Lage kommen wir nicht mehr wieder
