This is our second time we have stayed here and it has been lovely. There is construction happening right out the front and the do start at 5 not 6 so just be mindful if your not a morning person.

We have stayed here many times over the past 17 years and always love it but this was our last stay. The apartment was lovely and looked newly renovated, very happy with that but we were unprepared for the noise from the construction and felt the warning we received in no way prepared us for how severe or disruptive it was. We have always stayed much higher up but this time we were on the 4th floor - no ocean view and jack hammers from 6.30am directly opposite us. To make it worse, we paid more than we did the same time the year before to stay on the 17th floor. We were also impacted by an aggressive, abusive resident on the floor below. We ate dinner on the balcony on the Friday night and at 8.55pm we were shouted at aggressively by the man below. There was literally 4 of us on a balcony laughing at a story my daughter was telling. No warnings anywhere about noise curfews on the balconies and it was literally 9pm on a Friday night and there was just 4 of us talking and laughing while we ate dinner. The aggression and abuse was terrifying. We were quiet well behaved guests it was simply dinner conversation that he deemed too loud and instead of politely asking us to keep it down, was aggressive and abusive. It rattled our kids who were then scared to go in the lift or pool area anytime they saw an older man. Pretty sure it was a permanent resident and not a holiday guest. We are no longer keen to return which is a shame.

Just an okay stay in a Studio Superior room - it just had a very old feel about it with very low ceilings, giving it a cramped feel. The room smelled quite a bit as well which was very odd so I bought some room fragrance and kept the balcony door open which improved things a little. However the noise from the pool was very loud - perhaps I should have asked for a different room. My fault for not raising my concerns with the staff. The rest of the resort was fine. I guess for the price it wasn't all bad.

Charged extra cleaning fee for leaving \"sticky floor and furniture surface\". Never encountered this in the hundreds of holidays that our family have taken. What we left was just normal amount of cleaning after two weeks of stay, nothing unusually dirty or difficult to remove. Beware.

I would stay again. The location was excellent-one street back from the main road, not overly noisy, 2 mins walk to beach and PAC Fair. Multiple restaurants on the main road south within 100 metres, cafe pastries across road. If you walk north the Broadbeach hotel is just up the road.
The only issue was the lounge room tv only had foxtel (husband wanted to watch footy). We didn’t check the tv in the bedroom that may have had the other streaming services.

We loved this property location in Broadbeach so close to the beach and pacific fair shopping the unit was clean and tidy with a balcony to enjoy the views amazing views from master bedroom and lounge/kitchen , enjoyed the spa and swimming pool definitely be back , on leaving we were able to leave our bags as late flight they were very accommodating

Convenient. Clean. Well satisfied. Highly recommend for those who want to stay somewhere different to Surfers but is most accessible. Broadbeach has a great vibe and so close to Pacific Fair, with easy and affordable 50 cent fare to Cavill Avenue, if you want to go and see.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on floor 15, the property is lovely and quiet and in a good location for walking over to pacific fair or to the beach. The pool area was great for the kids and the property is lovely and clean and well maintained. The basement parking is tight, but it could be beneficial if they were to move the fob location as it is very hard to get to that far down the driveway.

Close to the Tram stop, shops, casino, bars, restaurants and surf club etc. Our 1 bedroom oceanview apartment was on the 11th floor and it was comfortable. The pool and spa were nice enough. We enjoyed our stay but usually prefer accommodation with 360 views of the ocean, hinterland and Nerang River.

This property had a great location. A few minutes from the tram and bus station, from the beach, supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants. It was perfect for families with a variety of pools. The games room is limited with a pool table (that you pay extra for), and claw machines (that you pay extra for). We would stay again based on the location and hope we got a different room. The down side was the cleanliness. It appeared quite dated and not well maintained. The grout and silicone was meant to be light but was dark and made it look like the place had not been cleaned. The doors for the laundry were swollen from flooding at some point. There were numerous large cobwebs and grime which had been there quite a while. The window in the smaller bedroom did not close which made it quite noisy. The ensuite toilet did not flush easily, a child was unable to flush it as it took that much pressure. It looked like it had had a surface wipe over but a long time since it had a deeper clean. Overall great location but cleanliness needs some extra attention.

We stayed about 3 weeks just before, during and after Cyclone Alfred. A few things to improve: Hot tub and pool are not very warm :( Windows leaked during storm, requiring relocation. Our bottom sheets were not fitted so we had to keep having to remake the bed. Internal parking spots for non owners are now quite limited. Dish, dishwasher, and laundry soap meager for longer stay guests. Having said that, good value overall for type and location of facility. Grounds, common areas, and rooms kept very clean.

We stayed here for the week Cyclone Alfred impacted the Gold Coast. They provided excellent information in advance and thought the 3 days of lockdown. We didn't lose power. They responded very quickly when we had a water leak through the front window. It had lovely view to the beach. Close to coffee shops and restaurants. Great food at Kurrawa Surf Club.
