BEWARE – the photos are seriously misleading. The carpet was peeling up, the sink was damaged, the mirror backing was coming off, and the whole room smelled damp. The bathtub was so dirty I wouldn’t wash my dog in it. The bedsheets were stained (at least I hope they were stains and not just dirt… yikes). And more. I took real photos and hope the app lets me upload them. There is absolutely no way this is an 8-rated hotel. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone could give this place a 10 — it was bad. The only positive was the really friendly guy at check-in, though a staff member knocked on my door in the morning asking me to check out earlier than what my confirmation email said. Fine. I left and won’t be back. You’ve been warned.

Staff was excellent, but this is an old, ruin of a hotel! Looked at several rooms. All had patched walls, dirty grout, ancient furniture, and a run down look! When we turned down the bed there was insect frazz and egg casings! Stayed elsewhere!!

The front desk was nice. I was disappointed with the room, looks older than the posted photos, does need renovation. The worst part was the weed/cigarette smell which I think is already stuck in the mattress, beddings and couch. I got it cheap so I probably shouldn't be expecting much. But I feel like the photos listed should be updated with the real condition of the rooms at the moment.

Megan at the front desk, absolutely is an angel and save the day not once but three different times. She is simply excellent if you’re looking for a place to sleep at a great rate in a decent area this is probably the best value on the site.

The staff was nice and cooperative. However, the bed was comfortable basically average clean. Though, the furniture is old wood that could look better if it's refurbished. The chair and reclining needs to be upholstered or thrown in the garbage. The sink needs to be upgraded and the tissue holder needs to be replaced. The hotel has great potential if the owner/s put time into keeping the walking/floor areas clean and painted.
I see that I was charged a higher price on line but the advertisement showed a reduction in the cost and at the reception area. I will dispute the charge.

Fear. The main part of the building looks like a Soviet era apartment building. You will worry that you late for your shift at the stale bread factory.
Sadness. After you enter the room you will wonder what you did wrong in a past life. Did you steal from a charity? Did remove the brake from a child’s stroller? Whatever it was it was messed up.
Joy. When you finally do lay down to rest your body you will look up and see the 36 square foot mirror on the ceiling… this is not hyperbole… there’s a giant mirror on the ceiling.
Will I stay here again? Yes. Do I sometimes hate myself, also yes.

There were many disappointing experience even with top brands like Windham IHG. Meighan was a simply great. She was courteous, supportive, helpful and extremely proactive. The property shows signs of years of use. There was a hairball in my sink. I saw someone who appeared to be working on her/his vehicle at the hotel, which I usually consider to be a bad sign. I returned to the hotel late on Saturday night after a sporting event and heard loud yelling. This may not be a good place for single travelers or travelers with families.

The room was disgusting. The floor was barely wiped clean. The dresser was old and missing the top drawer and not replaced to a reasonable position. There was an armoire that was broken. The sink was cracked. The shower was old and had rust stains. The main light switch didn't work, There were 3 old lamps with crooked shades. The fridge worked, no coffee machine. There was, at least heat and hot water.

First, I have to say the staff was very friendly and kind, but the rooms did not look how looked online. There were stains on the sheets, dead bugs behind the bed, no remote control in our room and when we got one it was broken, the bathroom door could barely close, and the hotel was just honestly in poor shape. What made up for it was the price and kindness of workers but it still was not the best experience.

The second one had some smoke and mildew odor, but was still pretty unpleasant and made it hard to sleep. There wasn't any way to open the windows.
