Hotel is right in the airport. Rooms are very dark and poorly lit. This is a busy airport hotel. So, it is not cheap. Room cost high and breakfast cost high.

Stayed here overnight to wait for the rest of my party to arrive. Hotel is located in the airport conveniently connected to terminal 1. Room was spacious and clean. The entire exterior wall was glass and it faced the runway. Soundproofing was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was superior.

We had a short stay. We had only about 8 hours after traveling through 10 time zones before pur next flight and badly needed some sleep. We were assigned a room “with an upgrade”. The room’s toilet and shower did not function. We were promised an immediate repair, but after 15 minutes no one came. Called again and front desk said “No one came?” Demanded and got a room transfer. That took a lot of precious time and we got even less sleep! The most important things a hotel needs to offer are functioning plumbing and a decent bed. This hotel deeply disappointed us.

Shower drain clogged and water poured into the entire room damaging some luggage.
Showers are poorly designed as shower floor is level so water goes everywhere and you don’t notice the situation because you are cover with soap etc. then it’s too late.

Our rooms were not cleaned even though we had 'make our rooms' signs out. When we told housekeeping, they seemed irritated, unapologetic and couldn't care less. After calling again when cleaner still hadn't arrived, we were told the cleaner will come when she comes and by then it was already 7pm.

I went to reception to complain and only then cleaner was sent but duty manager but it seemed like they were going us a favour.

The hotel had such a strong perfumed scent had a headache all night from it. The rooms are so dark it was impossible to see or get any work done. We had an issue with our thermostat and requested help. Was told someone would come up to fix it but no one ever bothered to show.
The hotel itself was very clean and the location was perfect for our quick travel out of Zurich but I fail to see how it's anywhere near a 4 star establishment.

The hotel property is listed as radison blu, maybe I expected more from the name. I arrived from an international flight @7am, by the time I made it to the hotel it was @845am. I was charged 75Francs for early check in which was at 9am. I waited and checked in at 9 and the room was barely cleaned. Stain on the sheet and various long hairs through out the room. Hotel is fabulous. Finding it is another story. Due to construction in the Zurich airport none of the signs are correct. We spent 1 hr 20 minutes looking, asking, being sent the wrong place, ended up at the Hyatt and they called a cab to take us approximately 500 feet which were not walkable due to construction. A nightmare. The hotel could be sending an email to people registered telling them how to get there -- which is an outside walk, not inside the terminal as advertised and signage suggests. Nobody we asked got it right except the Hyatt concierge, including Swiss Rail office, many employees in the airport, etc.

Exceeded my expectations. I frequently stay at ZRH Airport hotel, but this was my first time staying at the Radisson Blu. All previous times I stayed at the Hyatt instead. I will come back to Radisson Blu next time!
The large Hotel entry space is inviting, centered by an excellent Bar.
Hotel is about 6 min walk to terminal A, and about 8 mins walk to Terminal B. Walking path to the terminals is all indoors through large, lighted tunnels and airport terminals. No need to be outdoor or exposed to weather to get to the Terminals.
I will stay here again next time.
