I chose this Radisson Blue hotel for the convenience that is right at the airport. My flight was early in the morning and the fact that I was basically at the airport, gave me a peace of mind I was able to sleep at ease. Besides the hotel is very modern and dandy clean!!!!

The location of the hotel is spectacular. Easy escaltor ride into the airport. The hotel itself is not bad. The rooms are very dark.

Drop off parking was limited and taxis were blocking two drop off parking places. Proximity to ZRH airport is excellent. Everything else was great too.

The room was clean and the hotel was very nice. The front staff was mediocre. My only complaint were the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable! I thought the Radisson would have much softer beds. We did not sleep well at all and woke with tight muscles.

Everything was clean, nice decor, friendly and efficient staff. We had a delicious dinner in the dining room. Location was very convenient we had a early morning flight out of Zurich Airport so this location was great.

We got a room overlooking the atrium and the room was very dark with the limited lighting (one floor lamp, bedside lights, and work desk light). I had to use a flashlight that I brought with me to repack my suitcase. There were also some plumbing issues in our bathroom. The room was a nice size, had the usual amenities and the location was quiet.

The hotel in inside the airport so makes it so convenient. The breakfast included with the room is really fantastic with beautiful selection of hot and cold foods. There is small gym with hot sauna which is really amazing to find in a hotel. The rooms and facilities are first rate and beautiful.

This hotel is conveniently located within Zürich airport. It’s just like less than five minutes. Walk to the terminal. It’s very clean quiet inside the room room is big bed is comfortable and staff is very helpful. They have a special pass inside the building that’s connected with the airport.

DONT STAY HERE. I booked 3 rooms for one night. No dental kits. Missing TV remote. Toiler paper in toiler bowl although no faeces. While taking shower after check in, the body wash bottle was empty. I had to use shampoo to finish the job. The shower head was also leaking bad. The rooms were cold with no heat and the highest setting was 23 degrees. I had to ask them to deliver portable heaters. Next morning before check out for my flight, there was NO HOT WATER for the shower. WHAT THE .........

Only hotel connected to the airport. They stored our luggage while we went and explored Zurich. Train Station very convenient as well. Food court and shopping area about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel next to the train station.

Great location, wonderful service. The bar was great (our waitress Nicky was excellent). Perfect for a layover or if you want to explore Zurich but not stay in the city center (you can be in the city center via the train station in 15 minutes).

The hotel was excellent. The room was nice and the breakfast was well done The staff were outstanding in all areas. Now for the 2 down sides: 1. The hotel is very difficult to find in the Zurich airport It is also confused easily with the radisson pods which is in a different area.
2. The tub/shower enclosure is poorly designed with only a half door over the tub enclosure to keep water from getting on the floor . Never use the handheld nozzle as the water will easily leave the enclosure. Only use the downspray.😄

Overall very clean and incredibly convenient. The bar/lounge area is very nice and they have a sauna in the fitness area which is great after a long day of travel. They're also very accommodating with check in and out times which is so helpful for planning around flights.

Nice, quiet room on the modern side though bathroom lighting could be brighter. We had dinner at their Italian restaurant, Fillani, and the food and service were good. The convenience to the airport terminal and train to the city made getring to both super easy!

Very convenient if you need to stay close to the airport terminal, it is only a few minutes away on foot.
The main downside was that there were only two check-in desks, so when we arrived around 10:00 pm we had to wait over 20 minutes. To their credit, the staff upgraded our room as compensation, which was a nice gesture.
The room was neat, the bedding was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. The only other drawback was the view from the window - basically... none!

Hotel is convenient and nice. However they no longer have a coffee machine in the room. Now you have to go to lobby and use a machine there and pay with credit card.
In the past they had a The nespresso in the room for free.

Horrible setting with lighting, for two days I felt like I am in cave, or another option was, open the drapes that you feel that you are fish in aquarium and whole hotel’s lobby can watch your movements. Stayed here overnight to wait for the rest of my party to arrive. Hotel is located in the airport conveniently connected to terminal 1. Room was spacious and clean. The entire exterior wall was glass and it faced the runway. Soundproofing was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was superior.

We had a short stay. We had only about 8 hours after traveling through 10 time zones before pur next flight and badly needed some sleep. We were assigned a room “with an upgrade”. The room’s toilet and shower did not function. We were promised an immediate repair, but after 15 minutes no one came. Called again and front desk said “No one came?” Demanded and got a room transfer. That took a lot of precious time and we got even less sleep! The most important things a hotel needs to offer are functioning plumbing and a decent bed. This hotel deeply disappointed us.
