No Parking they send you to a different place you have to leave your car key with them the place is so small anything happens they are not responsible for it the person behind the counter his name was sayid he very rude he is acting like he owns the that place. I had a hard time with them.

Clean and tidy. Check-in complicated but worked. Had a problem when electric blew in room but was sorted, although had to call twice. Convenient for airport.

The window dressings were moldy, the walls were thin so I could hear a lot of folks around me and it took me a while to find the room because there were two elevators that went to different parts of the building and the elevator I needed was not the one at the entrance I was told to use. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was in a very loud area, the room was hot and stuffy and the window was over a very loud bar playing loud music all night. There was no airflow or fan. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are no amenities not even soap to wash your hands after the toilet which just made me worry about all the fecal matter that might be lurking around the hotel. The halls were dingy and the carpets were very dirty. Overall I would not stay here again and it was the worse hotel experience I have had in years. It would have been better and more restful and cheaper to just stay at the airport.

The property also has apartments in it, the neighbors were smoking marijuana in their underwear right outside our patio. Felt unsafe to leave the patio door open. Very shabby rooms, broken appliances and in need of a deep cleaning.

We stayed one night in Zurich at the beginning of a 14-day tour through Europe and one night at the end of our trip. The first night we stayed at Swiss Star Zurich Airport and the last night we stayed around the corner at Zleep Hotel Zürich-Kloten. The cost difference was less than 10 euros and the difference was night and day. This place was run-down with no air conditioning. The place around the corner was new, efficient, with a staffed lobby, a bar and great working AC! the only reason I didn't rate it lower is because it felt safe and the bed was alright. But when I compare what you get for the money, I recommend you skip Swiss Star and head to Zleep Hotel.

The window did not open, and there was no air conditioning or fan, which made the room very warm and stuffy. We arrived late at the airport and had to walk through deserted parks and wasteland to get to the hotel (although the next day we found a safer route) The apartment was hot with no air conditioning. There were patio doors but they led to weed covered balconies that could be accessed easily from other apartments. We did not feel comfortable leaving the doors open at night and in one room there was no other ventilation. The light in the bathroom had been dismantled so we had to shower using phones as torches. The light in one bedroom did not work and there were broken switches that we had to fix in order to operate the blinds. My sons woke up the next morning covered in bites. As we were getting dressed in the morning, someone used the code on the door to enter the apartment without knocking first, obviously unaware that we were still there and were staying two nights. As we were leaving for a day out the same two workers asked if they could go in to silicone the bathroom, a job that did not appear to be needed, could not be done while the tiles were wet and would have needed 24 hrs to dry, meaning we could not have used the shower for the rest of our stay. We were not happy with them having access to our room and belongings while we were out. We tried to find somewhere else to stay but there was nothing available that we could afford.The stay in this hotel tarnished our visit to Switzerland and we would not recommend it to others as it was unsafe.

BEWARE NO AC IN THE SUMMER!!!!!
Yall need to know THERE IS NO AC OR FAN!!!!! We had to stay one night in late June and had a very sticky sweaty night. The only solution is opening all the windows at risk of all the bugs coming in. This property should at least have a standing fan or two for the rooms. Beds were mid, hard ro sleep because we were just so hot. There were people outside yelling all hours of the night and I generally got a hostile vibe from this place not a hotel or anything. But since we just needed one night it was walkable from the airport (30 or so minutes bc we had a 7 year old with us) and that was fine.

The location is great for being an Uber ride away from the airport or train station, but it was not as clean as most places I have stayed in Switzerland, especially for the price I paid. It felt very high traffic and wiped down with just water and an old rag. The linens were clean, but the other surfaces felt not so clean. Maybe they are not used to Swiss and German ideas of clean just yet.

We really love this place because it’s so clean! However, we noticed that there isn’t an electric kettle in the room. It would be wonderful if they could provide some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few cups for us to enjoy. Thank you!

The smell in the room and the hallway wasn't pleasant. The neighbors were noisy even after 11 p.m. The room and the toilet were somewhat dirty. Some appliances weren’t working, like the hair dryer, electric kettle, TV remote, and the bedside lamp. Luckily, it was just an overnight stay, so the place was just okay for that purpose, especially since it’s near the airport.

Honestly, I would stay here if you have an early flight or need to get to the airport. The hotel is walkable to the airport which is nice, about 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself seemed very clean but the sheets had stains and the bed was not comfortable. The room was extremely hot which resulted us opening a window and allowed all the bugs in. The building is near other residents and it is very loud and you can hear everything that was happening outside so it was not quiet, especially since the window needed to be open or the room was stuffy. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station so if you need to go to Zurich proper it’s convenient. Only recommend staying here if you’re on a budget or need to get to the airport fast.

Room was ok but i am disappointed with the wrong information because as per the booking pictures they shows it as the apartment like with kitchen amenities but when I arrived there was nothing. It just a room with attached bathroom. I spent too much money on food there because of misinformation. As per the booking pictures I assume you are going to provide us kitchen as well so that i can cook food there as per my choice. But that was totally opposite because of this that i went outside daily for having my food. I am not happy with this kind of service. In future i am not gonna book this apartment.

I did not check in before going, that is my bad. Staff helped a lot to check in. During this process a Drunkered was blabbering which was scary. Room was not cleaned before check in. It was quite filthy and wash basin was clogging. Requested for clean up and stepped out. Staff were good at that point. Called back to confirm it was cleaned before going back and staff were rude. My boys got grossed out stepping into the room. After cleaning it was ok and stay was peaceful, not much public transportation around

No check in person. Did via emails and codes which was wrong. Aided by some people staying there. Spoke with agent eventually was bombarded with codes (all wrong) finally got an email with me code which was correct. Avoid !

Upon sign in the system sent me to room 510. There was no direction to room 510 which required the use of one single staircase in a building with multiple staircases. Upon arriving at my room and using a punch code to get in, I realized there was no way to lock the door from the inside. Anyone with a code could gain entry to my space. As a result I had to pile a table and my luggage against the door for my own personal safety.
I then noticed there was blood splattered on the wall beside the bed. A disgusting display of uncleanliness and furthering my fears for my safety.

Airport stay - just what we needed
It was a little hard getting in since you had a code. Just had to find pad - then it was easy. Didn't know where to park but was a large lot to the north and it worked ok. It was comfortable and bed was nice. If in Zurich again and leaving from airport this would work for me.

Automatic checkin had failed and it took 20mins to even get to talk to someone on the phone by which time there was a queue of frustrated customers. Window shutters in my room had failed meaning I got no natural light. Promised to be fixed but wasn’t.
Had these things not happened it’s would be a good option at ZRH if you don’t mind an easy 20min walk (although parts are not lit at night). Room itself was clean and well equipped.

Good location and overall good for our short stay. Kitchen only had 2 chairs for the 4 of us. Our hairdryer was not working, we sent an email and a text through the app as no one picked up the phone and we never received an answer. It was hard to wash hair and then go out. We understand that it was during the holidays but if totally digital hotel, someone needs to monitor messages and fix what is wrong. We also paid for 3 days to park our car and someone took our reserved parking sign off after the 2nd day. We also got a nasty note on the windshield the day we were leaving that they would tow our car. I had emailed the person who confirmed the reservation and payment the 2nd night but never received a response.

This property was extremely disappointing. The apartment smelled like a pack of cigarettes this includes the beds, sheets, towels, etc. (this place is a “non-smoking” building), the sliding doors were left unlocked and opened when we first walked in, the sink was not draining and also leaked the following day, curtains stained, light/blind switch covers missing, glass in the cupboards were dirty, we found condoms under the bed, headboard faux leather is peeling, mattresses looked like they had little dirt balls under the bed sheets. I expressed the state of the apartment to the property and they said they would clean the room and we saw the cleaning lady when we left in the morning and we came back at night and nothing was done.

Quite a strange place. The room itself was fine; spacious and clean. The windows had been left open so there were mosquitos to contend with, there was a thermostat on the wall but it didn’t do anything. Access is through a self service point outside the front door, you check in with a code that is emailed to you then it shows the room code on the screen. The display is quite big and there is no privacy so there were some people stood around outside who could just see the code and as this is the access to the room, it didn’t feel very safe. Overpriced for what it was.

No AC (as I thought I'd requested) so we had to keep windows open at night. Which then led to loud talking and smoke from neighbors all night. The bed hardly had a bottom sheet and it has hair from previous guests on it along with small, flat pillows. I only saw the area late at night, as we arrived late and left early. There were a lot of people out at night but I wasn't scared, if that helps.

The worst thing was the sheets on one bed were disgustingly dirty. The headboard on the other bed was very dirty and the faux leather was worn out. The curtains were very dirty and have clearly not been cleaned for a very long time. The patio is large but there were no chairs to sit outside and there was grass growing in between the tiles. Again it is clear no one is taking care of this property. There is no air conditioning which made the stay even worse.

It wasn't very clear, how to check out. The bathroom curtain was moldy! The dining options nearby are decent enough. The TV has alot of blank channels, & other broken channels. Most functional channels are either French or German. Only 1 keycard, wifi login was rather difficult. People smoking in the doorway was awful! No hand soap or sanitizer. The outlets were a bit confusing at 1st, but the EU adapters still work fine. The kitchen was fine, the bathroom toilet has issues flushing! There's no way to blind the windows at night. The pillows sucked!!

This hotel is a different kind of hotel. No reception, you check in with a code. No one on site to assist if you need it. Parking is complex, they have to assign you a space, at 15 CHF per day. Tried several times vie email to get this done but no response. Had to call and talk to someone to finally get a space. Otherwise the rooms were decent and clean. No AC if the weather is hot. Bathroom was nice, bring your own shampoo. For security, only your own room has a lock. During the day the back door to the building was wide open and the front was propped open. People were letting others in. Be aware of your surroundings.

It was a 20 minute walk on hiking trails from the Service Center at Zurich airport where I securely store my checked bags overnight. Many travelers, locals and flight personnel using this walking route. Clean and safe area. Many kind local residents in this area. Lots of local restaurants. I had dinner next to a tree lined stream listening to birds at dinner at the facility. Highly recommended

I stood for one night. There is no reception, which is ok. The problem is that, prior to parking, they need to instruct you where to park. The only communication method is email. So i emailed then asking for parking instructions. And they never answered my email at all. They dont care. Horrible. My husband stood 2 hours in the car. No response. He had to pay and park in another hotel’s parking lot. It was cold, bad neighborhood, we dont speak german. And the hotel dont carr to respond to your email. I have never been so mistreated in my life.

You get exactly what you pay for with this hotel rental. There are no frills. You need to read the welcome emails carefully and confirm before you come. When you get to the building make sure you use the touchpad in your native language. If you do that, all the instructions after that are simple, straightforward and very easy to follow. If you don’t do that, like I did and get the instructions in a different language, check-in becomes more difficult. Room is clean and simple. My only complaint about the facilities is that it’s probably time to do a little maintenance on the shower handle that doesn’t stay up as a shower and you have to use it as wand. Other than that it was fantastic.

There was zero moving air. No air conditioning, no fan system, no ceiling fan or even a floor fan. Window did open but zero breeze. I could not stay the night. I was sweating even after a cold shower so I booked another hotel and left.

This is a bare bones hotel room, which is fine if this is what you need. There is no reception area and you check in on a kiosk. There aren’t even drinking cups or glasses provided for water-like I said, basic and just the essentials. Check in was easy on the kiosk and the space was clean and accommodating. I didn’t realize the room didn’t have AC but thankfully in Zurich it doesn’t get hot in July. We opened the window and cooled the room off with no problem. The hotel is very close to the bus and we used it to get around the city and to the airport. Overall good place to rest your head for the night.
