The room was passible but my sleep was terrible. Despite the air conditioner being on it was not cooling. I was on a high floor so that may have been part of the reason. Regardless though the air conditioner should have cooled the room especially on a cold night. The did provide me a fan that at least provided air flow. I was able to confirm via the fans thermometer that the room got warmer overnight.
The mini-fridge also didn't work. They did send a technician up to my room to fix it which he succeeded.

The hotel is ok, but definitely not “exceptional” and nowhere near a 9.4/10. It feels very average overall. The rooms are clean but bland and very airport-like, with no real character. Food was mediocre at best. The staff was good and professional, which is a positive. The hotel is also surprisingly far from the parking and not convenient to reach on foot. In addition, Zurich Airport has two Hyatt properties, which can be confusing, so travelers should double-check which one they are booking. Overall, it’s fine for a short airport stay, but a 3 or 4 out of 10 feels much more accurate than the rating advertised.

The signs to get from the Hyatt regency suck. People are confused, have to wait in line to get to the check in desk at the regency all to told they are at to wrong hotel . Then they have to DRAG their luggage across cobble stone walk way all the to the other hyatt building. Poor planning !!!!
