The hotel isn't too far away from the airport, but walking would take a while. Since I had an early flight, I ordered a shuttle the night before. At 5am the next morning, the reception was closed. While there are self-checkout machines, if anything goes wrong, there is no one around to help. I waited 20 minutes outside for the shuttle, but none came. Already late, I had to hurry 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop to catch the first bus to the airport. So I would not recommend relying on the shuttle and instead find other means of transportation.

Sophia at the reception desk is absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, extremely polite, and genuinely committed to giving guests a fantastic experience. When our TV malfunctioned, she arranged a room change immediately. We also requested extra towels, which were provided promptly, along with daily housekeeping.
The hotel itself is spotless, in a very safe area, and perfectly located just steps from the train station, supermarket, and excellent restaurants. Everything about the stay felt smooth, comfortable, and well cared for.
A couple of minor upgrades — new mattresses and updated shower stalls — would make it even better, but overall this was an exceptional stay and we would happily return.

Practical, accessible and clean modern hotel with just one issue. I arrived within the opening hours stated for reception (before 11 pm) only to be greeted by locked doors. There is a machine in the foyer to churn out your key card after entering your personal details for all to see as they walk past you letting themselves in, entering the hotel. Very uncomfortable experience and must break GDPR rules for data privacy! I wouldn't want to be a single woman arriving like that. On entering the hotel it is like the marie celeste. Not great. On leaving the hotel, staff were lovely, but that's not the point is it? Lack of reception cover with inaccurate website information is not OK.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. Great lobby. The room was new and clean. The one swinging door serving both the bathroom and shower was clever but did not afford a lot of privacy sound-wise. Regarding check-in, I prefer having a person check me in and not a self-serve kiosk. We switched from the kiosk to the staff member at the front desk after trying the kiosk but it was taking too long.

On check in, although there was a staff member on site they asked me to check in via kiosk in lobby Very inconvenient as they already had all my booking information but I had to input it all again including all personal information for both my husband and I Including passport info. Booked a taxi with a staff for taxi to airport for the following morning. The next morning went and double-checked that taxi was booked and they had not written it down so taxi had to be rebooked. All turned out well but again a very impersonal experience.

The only complaint I have is about the construction going on beside the hotel which started very early in the morning and was very loud. The rooms were pretty soundproof (not fully) but it meant we couldn’t open the window. Not really the hotel’s fault but something to note.

Hotel is in a very convenient location for a quick trip to the airport. We were in Zurich for only one night and the hotel was only a 15 mins bus ride to the airport and 20 mins from the city center. The train and bus stations were right next to each other and 5 mins walk from the hotel. There are 2 grocery stores and a couple of restaurants right outside as well. The room was a normal room; clean and quiet. The amenities were pretty bare but can be forgiven. For price comparison to hotels in the city center, Zsleep is so much more affordable.

The location is also very convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stops, and it's close to Zurich Airport.

As late arrivals, we utilized the contactless check-in service. However, when preparing to shower, we realized the absence of towels.
