It was a basic hotel airport. The rooms are adequate and have what you need for a quick nightIn my opinion if you call it a B&B the price should include the breakfast. There was breakfast available for a $30 price tag which we didn’t take. However they did have a free airport shuttle which was appreciated

The room was descent for one night for a late arrival/ before an early flight. The room had 2 towels, no hand towels or face cloths. The bathroom was tiny, but sufficient. Included shampoo and hand soap. The bed was comfortable and rooms were soundproof. The staff at the front desk read my room number out loud in front of other guests, which isn’t great practice. When I came down to confirm the code to my room, they also read it out loud for the other customers checking in to hear. Again, not very safe for a solo traveller.

They offer free shuttle service but only if you book the hotel direct with them and not through a third party like Expedia. Otherwise it’s $8chf.

There is a bus stop 2 min walk from the hotel that takes you to/from the airport in 10 mins. Tickets are cheaper than the hotel shuttle. It runs every 30 mins. Bus #510

There is also a breakfast area for an additional charge and what looks like a restaurant/ bar but it was close when I arrived. there is an ALDI, subway and McDonald’s nearby.

Room had no toilet paper and 1 towel. Stayed for 2 nights, Front desk had me check out and then recheck in on day 2 for the same room. Housekeeping took my brand new box of macaroons I got in Paris. When I went looking for it, it was under a towel on the housekeepers cart, with 4 being eaten.

Shuttle bus at the airport was 45 mins late. Also, the ride is chargeable - we were told this after reaching the hotel.
Even though we arrived after check in time, our room was not ready and we were asked to wait for an hour.
The worst part was that the reception staff was not at all courteous. Her tone was almost rude and condescending.
We requested to talk to the manager and the lady at the reception (with long nails - didn't catch her name) outrightly refused.
Room was alright. But would not recommend the hotel after the experience with reception staff.

I would not return and stay here. Beds are hard. Breakfast is 18 CHF and it’s a very poor breakfast.
There is no organization and so the poor ladies have to be almost harassing everyone for their room cards while your serving your food already. There should be a dedicated breakfast check-in. Front desk ladies are nice. No room fridge, no courteous water, overall poor on amenities.

Don't waste your time.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in, barely big enough for the bed. No AC, confirmed by the staff. It was hot in the room and no way to cool off (75f/23.8c). Window opens to another window that doesn't open. Only one towel provided. Had to pay and exhorbemt amount extra to check in a little early. And hot water must have run out in the morning for a shower. Skip this place and go elsewhere. definitely not worth the money. Oh and a ride back to the airport cost more than Uber.

If you’re returning to Zurich via train to catch a flight in the morning at ZRH this is convenient. Take the SBB train to Rumlang and it’s maybe a 7-10 minute walk to the hotel. I got there late at night after a massive bus of travelers checked in so that was good. 6 or 9 CHF included an airport shuttle in the morning and a small tax. The hotel was over crowded but the receptionist was very friendly. The room was fine. I would probably stay here again but maybe there are other options.

In our five nights stay we only ate 3 breakfast. However transportation is very convenient, bus stop is just outside the hotel to get to the train station if you prefer not to walk for 12 minutes to get to train station.

We stayed here for 3nights. Asked for extra pillows 3x but no one ever did give us extra pillows. They just kept saying that they will send someone in 5minutes. They only have 2 very flat pillows in their rooms and there’s 2 of us staying in the room. We also tried borrowing clothes iron but again, nobody bothered to lend one to us even though they said that they have it. Really poor customer service. Would not recommend staying here.

Our room was not ready for us even three hours after the stated hotel check-in time. We were then told there were no other rooms available and we would need to wait. Not until I asked for a refund did they find us a room. The hot water took FOREVER to kick in, the bathroom was crazy tiny and shower water went everywhere. In addition, the bathroom sink did not drain. On top of that, we were told upon reservation that parking was included but we were made to pay for parking. Any little extra cost you at this place, even a cup of coffee. Not happy with our experience and would not recommend the hotel.

There was a problem with the toilet, where water was leaking from the button for flushing the toilet.
Transportation to the hotel from the airport was free, however, transportation back to the airport was not free. That was not communicated during the reservation process.

- Very friendly staff
- shuttle bus to the airport (paid 7chf, goes every 30 mins)
- all extras paid and expensive - bottled water, tea, coffee
- broken door and flush in the bathroom
- I'd probably stay again if it was the cheapest option for an overnight at the airport

We were there only for one night, the hotel was only 10 minutes drive from the airport and only 3 minutes walk from the train station that can give you full access to Zurich city.
The front desk had one of the most amazing receptionist named TARIQ he exceeded our expectations with his outstanding service.
